Cindy was a live wire very energetic and kept our attention. A lot of times these classes can be long and boring. Cindy made sure she kept everyone laughing and made the class enjoyable.

Well, let me start out by saying we have a great route guy. Hondo is our route driver and he does a great job! Hes always pleasant to work with and always in a great mood when he arrives. Definitely makes the work day go easier. That being said, let me brag on the whole unifirst team. We practically know all the unifirst team and all the guys/ladies are pleasant to work with. Im just totally impressed what a great team they got. Its tough to get 5 employees to get along well, but im definitely impressed how well these guys work together on a daily basis on my visits to the office. The ladies in the front office are very pleasant, and Derrick & Ryan & Rick are awesome guys as well. What a great team! Rick is the best team leader anyone could ask for. Always get good service from Lee Keefe. He makes sure we get what we need. He always asks if there is any problems they need to address. Wow I guess its just us that have problems. I work multiple locations and find uniforms at the wrong location on a pretty regular basis. Sometimes its one item, sometimes an entire weeks worth. I have had my entire set disappear and have to be replaced. Sometimes they reappear later on. Probably hanging in someone elses location. There is also an inconsistency is sizes. I have pants that are too long and others that look like Im waiting for a flood. Some are too tight and others are loose. They should be the same since they are measured by inches. Seems to depend on what country they were made in. None made in the USA. Lee is always friendly and ties to sort out the issues but the problems continue. Wish they would twist tie the sets together like Rental Uniforms did.

Fred is AWESOME!! I love the fact that he comes in every week with a smile on his face. Very personable. If we have a problem he notes it and does his best to get fixed.

Lee is great and always does his best to make sure that things are taken care of as best he can. We have had some bumps with the actual company though. They will try to raise prices on you and add services if you are not careful, so make sure to check all of your invoices. Also the quality of the clothing was an issue for a while. Things would be missing that my guys turned in and clothing didnt seem clean. But slowly things are turning around and I hope that they continue to improve.
