I have been an OMTC customer since spring of 2019. Fall of the same year I moved to central Minnesota. Since then I have made the 26 hour round trip twice to buy more kayaks from them and will do so again spring 2021. Chase, Grant, and Tyler are the best in the business. Personable and full of knowledge. As long as Im buying kayaks Ill buy from OMTC Conway.

Chase and Tyler were very knowledgeable in helping me choose my first kayak (Perception Outlaw 11.5). The demo took place in a cove at Beaverfork Park Lake, it provided a safe and comfortable area for beginners. I felt respected as a customer, when they didnt have a PFD my size, I wasnt pressured to buy one at the compromise of my safety. We ended up getting a Perception Tribe 13.5 as well and they taught us how to (un)load both kayaks. Thank you for the warm welcome into this new hobby!

EXCELLENT customer service!! I have been a kayaker since 2005, mostly whitewater, but wanting to do more recreational boating. Amazing experience buying two kayaks. Employees are extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. They didnt try to upsale us on anything. They laid out all the facts and left us to decide what would be best for us. Will be going back next time we need anything related to kayaks or canoes. The employees at the Conway store are knowledgeable and helpful. They had a good variety of kayaks in stock. We bought one in stock and ordered another one that took about two weeks to arrive. They also gave us a trade in on our old kayak. Grant was transparent about the process of the amount of the trade in. We highly recommend Grant and OMTC .
