Friendly place seem to always have everything I need quick propane fill up

My sister rented some white chairs for her wedding. Well turns out the reason this place was so cheap was because they were planning on delivering some dirty, stained chairs. The delivery guy asked us if we had some bleach to clean them up before he left, so Im guessing he was aware of how dirty these chairs were. We had to sit around individually wiping down the chairs and even then they still looked dirty.

Got my propane tanks refilled at what I believe to be the cheapest price in town. As I was parking and unloading they were already walking out to fill the tanks and were done before I could walk inside and pay. They also have a loyalty card that after so many fill ups you get one free which is very nice in these days to be able to earn something and get the perk of a free fill up.

Two weeks ago I called Conway Rental Center to reserve a brush mower for a day at the end of the week. Gave my name, address, etc. The man on the phone was real friendly and said I could come get it that Saturday. Due to a family emergency, I called him and canceled and told him of the emergency. He said no problem, and I went ahead and reserved it for the next Saturday---no problem sir! He said.I live about 15 miles from Conway Rental Center and the sole purpose of going to town that sunny Saturday morning was to get that brush cutter and finally be done with the job I had lined up so long ago. Pulled into the parking lot with my trailer—didn’t see the brush cutter—red flag! I thought, “boy this ain’t gonna happen”. Sure enough, I go in and tell guy behind the counter I was here to pick up the brush cutter and the man with a big friendly smile says it won’t be back until Tuesday. I told him that I reserved it over a week ago and I just called two days ago to make sure it would be here when I came and the man I talked to assured me it would be waiting.Of course I was unhappy, but sometimes things get screwed up and I can deal with that. What blew me away was this guy’s attitude. Didn’t apologize, nothing, just said won’t be back until Tuesday. Finally I asked the guy if my name was even in his rental log showing I’d reserved it---“no you’re not in here anywhere”. As I was trudging out the door he said “might try Cannon Equip”.Anyway, I won’t be back …Dan SmartConway, SC

I will never rent from them again. Pulling up to the rental center, everything was just sitting outside in the open with no coverage. The stage and stairs we rented were a safety hazard, and put us at liability for a lawsuit. The stage would bend under my weight and I am only 118 pounds. Parts of the stage had rotted wood, and wood that was missing. None of the stage panels matched in color. When we picked up the stairs and stage, we actually had to assemble the legs to the stage ourselves. We were delivered a set of wooden steps that were just boards nailed to each other and were VERY rickety. One of the steps had chunks of wood missing. The metal stairs that we were forced to use (by having no other option) were duct taped together and I actually had to re-duct tape it so those walking on it would not trip and fall. The person who helped us did not see anything wrong with the condition of the equipment. The photos online are NOT a representation of the quality of the products you will receive. Since we were renting, we did expect the equipment to show some wear and tear, but we didnt expect it to be such absolute shoddy and lazy work.

I also changed the number of chairs I initially needed & they didn’t even charge me any more. Such a great place to work with for a great price!

These guys are awesome. Especially if you dont know what you are doing. They explain all the equipment and tell you what piece of equipment will work best for what you are doing. Will continue to go to them for all my rental needs. Thank you.

Conway Rentals provided the rentals for our solar farm dedication event in a very remote location this week and I could not have been more pleased. I so appreciate working with vendors who are responsive, flexible, timely and take care of their equipment. and that is definitely Conway. From bid to delivery, Conways team was friendly and professional and showed a real commitment to customer service.

Good folks more like grandpas junk basement that has everything you need. I mean that in the most respectful way possible. They looked out for us and dug around and found what we needed and cut us a good deal on everything. I will be back and highly recommend this place to anyone

The customer service at Conway Rental is incredible. The people here are always very nice and helpful. I rented a hammer drill and it worked great, easy to use. Also, have gone here with friends for wedding stuff abd they have great prices, selection, etc.

TJ was fantastic to work with and made sure we had everything we needed on time for the big day. The tables and chairs were delivered before we even got there, so set up was able to get started right away. I highly recommend this company!

Absolutely untrustworthy!!! Beware!!We went there for help to level our yard. Tim showed us small backhoe. I kept saying didnt look heavy enough for job. He swore over and over would be. We left $150 deposit. When we got it, we tried and tried to make it work. Sure enough not heavy enough to push the heavy dirt. We call, he runs out here after us having an hour ($350 price was suppose to be for 8 hrs if use he told us) We had an HR. He tried to say well Ill just charge you the $150. I told him absolutely not. He said hed talk to TJ the Owner when he got to shop. I called TJ myself right away, he laughed said he wasnt the Owner. that Tim the one that rented to us and came out and picked up was the Owner. So Tim the Owner not only lied to us about equipment, he lied right to our faces and said he wasnt the Owner Then they said well well only charge you the 2 hour minimum. Then why did he rush over here and get right away, we only had it an hour if use. Then sure enough they finally sent us a refund check for only $32.00. So we didnt have for the 2 hrs, he lied that he knew itd work for our job, he lied about being the Owner, check was suppose to go out right away it took a month to get. I contacted them couple times, check was always in the mail. So they charged us $118.00 for something completely useless just to get our money. Which in BEWAREmy eyes is STEALING! Only out for your money, once they have it youll be screwed, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!!!!!

I spoke to several rental companies regarding items for my wedding reception. Conway Rental was quick to get me a quote and had the best prices of any of the others I called. TJ and Whitney were very friendly and helpful and the delivery staff was professional. I would use them again for any future events!

Conway Rentals was amazing to work with. Its actually funny because originally we were going to use a different company for our wedding, but when we needed tent walls this other company recommended Conway Rentals for tents. I called Conway and they had everything we needed for our rental needs (tables, lines, chairs, heaters, etc) and plus it was 50% cheaper than the other company. Price on supplies, customer service, and delivery was excellent. The only problem that we had was one of our tanks from the heaters was given to us 1/4 the way full and was useless during the reception since it was supposed to be 100% full. I never contacted Conway Rentals about it since was 8pm when a family member mentioned it to me; then the next morning forgot about it. Other than that we had no problems working with Conway Rentals. Highly recommended!
