I went searching for some craft thread and embroidery thread for bracelet making and it was a wonderful experience they have an entire aisle reserved just for threads and yarns! I absolutely lovee the selection. I got these beautiful threads and charms just to spice up the bracelet. I cant lie it was quite expensive being that Im only 14😅 but it was soo worth it.😊👍

Very well-stocked, but a bit of a maze trying to find artists tape on Aisle 60 (as indicated on their website), only to go bonkers finding it on Aisle 61. Still, they had it in stock!

Some of their pictures and descriptions arent so great. I didnt find what I was looking for but that is OK.

This store rocks!!! If you like to craft...they got it. If you paint, there are always deals. I really enjoy the clearance bins and then there is also stuff for the kids.

Employees were wearing masks!👏🏾 They also were quite friendly/professional, needed help finding an item and the young lady stopped what she was doing to find & show us the location of what we needed. I had a horrible experience with having a custom painting framed here. When I went in, I asked about custom framing for a painting I purchased while traveling abroad. I was assured that the end product will be very professional looking, with glass covering, strong hooks on the back, and will look high end. I wanted something high quality for my home and decided this was the place! I paid $243.96 to have the item framed. This was with a supposed 70% discount on framing. A few weeks later, I picked up the framed picture. When I brought it home, I realized the framing looked like it was done by an amateur. It definitely was not the professional-looking customized frame work that I was promised. The painting was put in the frame lopsided and mis-aligned. It literally liked like a child with no experience did it. The painting has sand around the perimeter in about a 3 inches width and it was not properly aligned when framed. I called the store and they asked me to bring it back in. They told me based on the receipt I didnt pay for glass covering and that I can pay for it now. At this point I didnt really trust them. I took the painting back in, and they offered to re-do it. Re-doing it can damage the painting. They offered me 40% refund. The back of the framed work looks cheaply done, and definitely not worth $243.96. If the person who framed it knew that the job was too complex, he she should not have taken the job and given me a call. I would have happily went elsewhere. This work looks is not worth hundreds of dollars. This is definitely not worth the price and it isnt the high quality work I was promised. I still need to take this somewhere to get it fixed. I could have paid a college kid $50 to do this kind of work and it would have been better done. If you have a large painting that needs framing, I do not recommend that you trust this place with your artwork. I cannot believe they even thought the final product was acceptable to give to me the customer after paying hundreds of dollars.

Artists heaven

Very deceptive advertising, buyer beware!!! I purchased 2 items and there was a sign stating that ALL lighting was on sale by this particular manufacturer. However the cashier wouldnt give me the discount even though I took a picture of the sign stating that ALL lighting was on sale. The cashier then calls her manager and the manager says that the sale is only for hanging lights!!! What are we, mind readers!! I think that customer service has gone the way of the Dinosaur. What happened to the customer is always right (and I showed them the discount sign!!) Dont go looking for deals with coupons because although its written out and everyone can clearly see it, it aint so!!

Just took a visit to see how social distance was at this store. I can give them a 5. Associates were wearing masks and had gloves on, check out counters had clear protective screens up. They do recommend using a credit card as money could spread germs easier. The cashier sanitized her area as I walked off. There werent a lot of customers and everyone appeared to keep their distance. They need more people working on the floor. I found what I wanted, it was the only one left, but the reusable tin the product was in was damaged - and the contents may have been. I searched that entire half of the store and did not find an employee working the floor to ask for assistance. I left without making a purchase. I will not (and no one should) pay full price for damaged goods.

This location is always clean and organized! The staff seem happy to help and relaxed in their positions. Michaels has any and all craft items you are looking for. I love their holiday stock as well! They have awesome decor and crafts for your home. Its an excellent store to just wander around or get everything you need for a special project.

My go to for Crafting. They had a lot of what i was looking for to finish a project that i had to complete in a short period of time. The best part of my visit was the discount coupons, so i saved some money. My kind of store!!!

Rarely do I find what I came to the store for. We need another location in Covington to avoid having to drive to Conyers.

It is a pretty nice craft store. It is well organized and clean but a bit small. It seems like they have tried to cram a lot of different types of craft items in a small space. They have a really nice selection of scrapbooking supplies, though. Much bigger than a lot of other stores.

Great place for just about every craft you can think of. Always have sales weekly that are pretty good! Store is usually neat with most items in logical places easy to find. Staff isnt always easy to find. A good place for your craft and hobby needs.

Visited today with our girls troop. We were in one of the rooms which could easily seat about 30 people. We had a perfume craft and celebrated one of the girls birthday. This is one of my favorite stores to visit. During the summer we pop in on Saturdays for the kids crafts. The lady who crafts with the children is very pleasant and doesnt stress when the kids get impatient. We usually enjoy walking the aisles especially during the holidays. They usually have what we need in stick. Be sure to bring your coupons with you too for discounts.

Store was merchandised very well! Not crowded with overstock. The cashier was very sweet, kind and friendly.She greeted me...and thanked me...told me about my coupon on my receipt!

The go to place for crafts and holiday decoration items. Good selection of floral arrangement stems as well as seasonal items and frequent sales discounts. Staff could be a bit more visible for assistance on the sales floor but otherwise good choice for crafter supplies.
