Had my Highlander in for some bodywork and repairs. The whole experience was very user friendly and my representative Jonathan was very helpful and friendly. Just a quick note, If you want it done efficiently and you want it done right, take your car to these guys. Casey, the service writer is a good guy with a sniper calibrated eye for detail. Everyone I met with was so nice and attentive. Having repair work done on your car can be stressful. Youre always left wondering: When will it be done? Will there be added stuff? Will I have to call constantly? How many people will I have to talk to about the same issue? I had none of those issues with caliber collision. They were constantly sending texts to my phone with updates as to the progress, they took time to evaluate everything BEFORE telling me what needed to be done and giving me a time frame, and I had the same man (Jonathon) working with me the whole time. Jonathon was so nice and helpful and spoke to me by name from the moment he met me (important to me). Even when I walked in a week after dropping my car off he greeted me by name. This place has definitely earned my business (Ill also add that I live 45 mins away).

This place was awesome from the first phone call. I got a text every Monday until my car was ready for pickup! I picked it up and the inside was cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. Cant tell it had rear bumper and truck damage.

My Service Advisor was Casey. He and Caliber Collision did a super job on my car. Casey was very intelligent, experienced, knowledgeable, sympathetic, and helpful. He helped save me money on the repair, and I dont know of any way he could have been more decent. The part was on order for a couple of days and then they had to paint it, but as soon as the paint was dry, Casey called me and scheduled the work on my car the same day (he had been keeping me updated with phone calls in the interim). They took care of everything very promptly (they really hustle!), and the result was just beautiful. Very positive experience, and I definitely plan to use them again. I commented to the guy at the front desk re how everyone there had been super nice to me, and he said, We understand that when someone has to take their car to the body shop, thats not a happy situation, so we want to do everything we can to make them feel better!

Great service! My service representative Jonathan and team kept me informed on the progress of body repairs. They completed my service days ahead of time promised. What I really appreciate Jonathan delivering my vehicle to my work place on a Friday evening and returning my rental car back to Enterprise. Caliber Collison detailed my vehicle with a car wash and vacuum inside after the repairs were completed.

Hello I took my white Honda Accord to this Collison shop due to a minor Collison issues, in which required paint repairs to the side bumper. I had to take my car back 3 times after picking it up. I feel like it was a rush job because I had to return to adjust my hood/fender, next my panel under my door was hanging & the final return was my headlight bulb had to be re-ordered & installed because it was the wrong kind. My car has not been riding the same since being repaired for front end damage. Car rides rough & now I just been notified by my dealer that I need internal work that has to do with my steering. Car was hit on front left side & that’s the side I need work done on. I’ve replaced front tires twice within a year because of this issue, repairs was rushed & not done correct

Let me just say that the customer service from the 1st phone call up until they informed me that my vehicle was ready was definitely a 5 star experience. I was updated regularly about the status of my vehicle, there were no surprises on additional fees, they fixed it quickly, and were persistent when making sure I had adequate transportation while my car was down by offering me a rental car. This was hands down THE best car care experience. Oh and my car was washed and cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. How AWESOME is that.

I cant say enough about Wesley, the manager. When I ended up needing to take my car in for warranty service while traveling, he took the lead on making sure that I was taken care of. He personally followed up with my insurance company and the Caliber location that originally repaired my car in Houston and made sure that my rental car was all setup. He was also very good about keeping me updated about its progress.While they werent able to correct the underlying problem that my car was having (which I cant be so upset about as a subsequent BMW service shop missed it too) I can honestly say Id recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a great repair center.

Marilynn Bailey I took my car to this location April 1 I was working with the gentleman very nice person but communication Was not good he would tell me one thing and do something else then the manager took over his communication skills was worse was going to call me for two days never dead then a young lady start working with me that I had seen from the first day I came in excellent young lady communication very well and I was happy to work with her but why do you have a manager that does not communicate with the customer and as part of his job did not pick up my car until May 18 that work was excellent the did on the car but when you keep telling me different times that I can pick up my car and it does not pan out I have a problem with that whenever bring my car back there again if possible if I can work with the sign young lady Keisha That will be the only way have a blessed day
