I needed an item that I could get same day and I was able to find and order it online and pick it up at my local Target. It was ready in less than a hour and I selected for it be delivered to car. The store clerk was already there with my order along with others and I was literally out of the parking lot in 2 minutes. I love the security feature of making sure I had a code for my order in order to get it. That gives me assurance that someone cant just pretend to be and take it. Thanks again Target! Lifesaver!

Very nice store and staff. Lauren greeted me at the front door and was so friendly and polite. They had what I needed and the lines were not that long.

THE 5 STARS are for Jaques the manager that assisted me with the Samsung Galaxy LIVE buds. He made everything perfect after a not so welcoming experience in the electronics department. I will not go into detail. Jaques should train all employees in the Art of client service. This store has the potential of becoming a 5 STAR LOCATION. Thank you Jaques! You are one of the most fantastic rarest individuals that should be in a 5 to 6 star Resort in hospitality.

One of the worst Targets I have ever been to. They constantly lack in stocking items on the shelves. Today I needed laundry detergent and I found they were completely out of numerous popular detergents. This has to be a store issue since I can find these same brands fully stocked at multiple different other stores. I’m not relying on this store for hardly anything anymore.

Do not recommend their drive up service. this is how they bagged it.

The customer service is less than friendly. I receive more friendliness from Walmart. Every time I enter this Target, the clerks who greet you are always teenagers who talk loudly and use profanity. I feel very unsafe at this Target. I really wish this Target held customer service at its number one priority. Even the workers who stock items are rude (dont speak) and act like they dont want you there. This store is run poorly.

Absolutely love this store, very pleasant and helpful associates. Wonderful atmosphere, clean and depending on the time of day you go..always smelling of freshly brewed coffee or some freshly popped popcorn..yum. Target 🎯 you are on target! Keep it up!

This is the best Target I’ve ever visited. It has quickly become my go to favorite get away to relax and mindlessly shop. I adore the staff and their friendly outlook and demeanor towards guests. The stores cleanliness is beyond perfection to the point of unparalleled. I am hopeful that the covid situation will eventually come to a point where it’s safe to venture out again because I do miss my weekly trips to Target and I certainly miss seeing the employees that I’ve become friends with. Fingers crossed I be back shopping soon.

Ordered online then downloaded the Target app. Great experience as app lets you tell them you are on the way. I parked in a spot and added parking spot info to app and my items arrived quickly. The young lady who brought the items to my car was also friendly.

I absolutely love Target. This location is a new one Ive frequented since moving closer. I am happy to say it has been super satisfying every time. Clean environment, nicely stocked with employees that are truly nice.

I was very impressed with the excellent customer service I received on my latest visit. The employees were friendly and helpful. I completed my shopping and then waited in line to pick up the mini-fridge I had pre-ordered the day before. While waiting in line, a manager asked me if he could help me. When I told him I was there to pick up a mini-fridge, he scanned my barcode and quickly found my fridge. By the time I finished purchasing my other items through self-checkout, my fridge was loaded in a cart and waiting for me to take home! I appreciate the level of service I received on this visit. I can tell this location is making an effort to improve their service, overall.

There is only one person in the whole department I have been standing here for 30 minutes now and they still are saying he is on his way. This is ridiculous. They didn’t even offer a manager to come and help. They are to busy stocking to help customer. I drove very far to come here and I feel I’m waisting my time.

I woke up today for yet another notification that they have canceled my order and when it go to replace the order its out of stock now. I’m upset because they had some pop collectors items on the shelf to sale on the 22nd of July .. they weren’t supposed to have them out just yet and I didn’t know that… my brother saw the items and knew I was looking for them.. I went to the store immediately to grab them as they are known to sale out fast … got to the register with them and was told they “weren’t allowed “ to sale them yet .. manager comes over and promises that they will hold them until the day available for sale date… when I arrived on the 25th at 130pm they had sold my entire bag.. made me wait for 35 mins while they tried to find an alternative just to come back and talk me they hadn’t found them and was I willing to drive 40 mins to another store to “see” if they had them… long story short cost me time and money and I still ended up with the short end of the stick!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The most important reason for the score I selected is that my time was shown as valuable. It was a rainy day; however, I was not kept waiting for my order to be brought out. It was brought out in a timely manner, and I appreciated that very much.

I called the store 4 times regarding the purchased missing items the checkout girl did not place in my bags and the associate hung up each time until the store closed and the call automatically disconnects. I will be back tomorrow morning!

Target is the fancy version of Walmart or at least they try and for the most part do a sheeting good job. Was there to return something had my receipt but it was 5 days past the time allowed for a return so they denied my return it was a camera that sat on my desk and I procrastinated and got burned as I dont need the camera and even though I had the receipt I could of returned without the receipt for store credit but they wanted to give me way less than I laid even with the reciept but it was 5 days over time. Id rather keep it as a paper weight than allow target to get down on me like that so they enforced their policy and Im enforcing mine I will only shop their if I have to wont be going in and browsing for sheet cuz they was shady and even though its a nice store I dont like their policy and feel that some policy should have bend to it the item was clearly never opened and I did have the receipt ok I didnt get cash but they could of met me halfway and at least have me what I obviously paid with said reciept really they should of given my money back but its all good they enforced their policy and now I must enforce my no shady business policy what the little they gained they list way more I often went in their just to browse and have found myself dropping a couple hundred without even thinking so I hope their 5 day rule works out for them but it didnt me and I will not be in their just giving my money away anymore you made five list hundreds hope it was worth it and the bad review Im cool with it I save even more in the end. _

Curbside pick up ordering was the best service I have received in a VERY long time. From downloading the app and ordering to driving off with the package in my card was flawless. The 20 minute drive took longer than the complete process of ordering and picking up. Way to go Target.

I love that Target was fully stocked. When visiting other stores seeing many empty shelves it was difficult to find what I needed. Target’s commitment to keeping the stores open and stocked during these times is greatly appreciated. I applaud the really essential workers!

Check expiration dates of food items. I purchased a box of Quest Bars on 8/6/19. Had one for breakfast today, I noticed the taste was a bit off. Later when I began to feel a bit nauseated I decided to check the expiration date. The bars expired on 5/31/19. I have contacted QuestNutrition and will also be returning the remainder of the box to the store today and requesting a refund.UPDATE: returned product to store today. Manager was AWESOME! Excellent customer service! Very polite and apologetic. Changed my rating from a 2 to a 4. Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer.

The young lady who brought up my items out was very very nice and very professional

I was having problems with a new phone I bought the day before and Ray the young man behind the counter took his time and showed me how to work my new phone. I dropped the old phone in the water so I thought the sim card with my only child pictures on it was lost. You see I lost my son on Oct. 30, 2020, to Covid-19. Ray showed me how to save my sons pictures and keep them forever in a safe place so I would never have to worry about losing him again. Thank Ray and Thank you Target for having hired a kind and patient person, Ray worked with me for about an hour, he answers all my questions and never complaint.

Please create a faster system for Shipt (prepaid). Im essentially waiting in line to bag stuff after quick barcode scans, and everything needs to be delivered in a timely manner. This is the worse Target when dealing with Shipt.

Store is very clean and the shelves are well stocked. But there were several items that did not have a price listed on the display. Most of the employees are friendly, but some get a bit uppity if you ask for help.

The young lady working drive up pick up, had a spirit of excellence in her customer service. Although she was going from car to car, she had a smile. She represented TARGET AWESOMELY with a contentious climate.

Malik was very helpful in finding a specific item for me in the grocery department. He took the time to walk me there versus just pointing or telling me an aisle number. That little bit of extra is why I shop at Target.

Speed, accuracy, great customer service

They have someone constantly guiding people at the self check out line, instead of people just bunching up together. Especially during these times, it’s very important. Use the app, I always use it to see if they have what I need in stock and where it’s located, hasn’t failed me yet!

Staff is typically friendly and willing to help. However, Target needs an updated inventory system that reflects what is truly in stock. I see an item in-stock on-line but when I get to the store it is not available and even when I check on-line while in the store it still reflects the item is available but is not. I dont live in close proximity so I waste alot of gas and my time just which is frustrating.

I was in this Target location on August 20,2020 and asked for a very simple item( a travel size must bottle).I located an Associate in a red shirt, who said he didn’t know. He took me to a cashier who said she wasn’t working on the floor. Another Associate sent me to Torrin, who told me that he was Security and he didn’t look for items, but he would help. The final result was...... NO ONE could assist me in Target. This location has really tremendously gone down in its level of customer service!!! Just Awful!!!!

Exceptional service. The cashier helped me to price match the item I was buying from another sale online and it saved me quite a bit. I live in Covington so I dont get here that often but it is definately the preferred big box retail store in Conyers. Extremely clean the floor actually sparkles. I like that respect everyone in the community too.
