It is unbelievable how customer service is lacking in this store. After waiting for 10 minutes at the pickup location, the lady at the cash register who was obviously watching me, came to me, pretended to look for my items, to finally say if I would like stay and wait for the person who works in this area to give me my order. When I asked her for how long I am gonna have to stay, she looked very impatient and stated she has no idea. My thing is I have been waiting for more than 15 minutes, it is preposterous to ask me if I would like to stay or come back at a place that is supposedly be open for business with staffed people. Finally after 30 minutes, someone came from the back, apologizing, saying she did not hear the page. And again, if you did not hear the page, how can an employee leave her post for more than 30 minutes and not thinking there are no customers waiting? This was supposed to be a grab and go thing...

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I have had nothing but bad experiences and have given them multiple chances. My husband is on medications that are not to be taken lightly from mental medications to diabetic and blood pressure they are not narcotics but they are medications that can cause life or death. Medications can never be ready when promised and what I mean is days after. These people dont care about their customers and especially not about their health. Out of all the techs I have dealt with there was only one that took ownership for their mistake and corrected it. I am a very patient person but when you call all they do is place you on hold and eventually hang up on you so you are forced to go to the pharmacy, wait in the line for at least 30min only to be greeted rudely, spoken to rudely and to be told to come back along with being lied to. Be very careful with excuses they give you, this pharmacy likes to make excuses that are false and incorrect. I have had to confront them multiple times about lies they have told me to my face but because I know pharmacy operations they cannot use those lies on me but it only makes me question their integrity and lies I am sure they tell other customers that may not know.

I went to pick up a prescription that was dropped off 7 days earlier youd think it would be easy. If course it wasnt they were a little busy but noone seemed to be in a hurry I dropped off my sheet a week early to avoid the waiting game pharmacys do. Well needed three scripts only got one they couldnt find the other two even though they had been filled according to their records was told since they closed in 20 minutes it would be the next day before I could get the other two. So there went my we laid plans right out the window Im still stuck playing the waiting game so Im thinking its time to find a new more reliable pharmacy

Christina NEEDS customer service training. After waiting about 25 min for a poster that was ready for pickup because no employees were in the photo area, she expected me to continue to wait because “her job is to run the front register”. Instead of handing me my photo she chose to walk around the store looking for the manager - simply ridiculous. Then instead of returning to the photo to area after not finding the manager she walked back to the front register and proceeded to ring up a customer while speaking negatively about me. Inadequate staffing is currently a problem for most businesses, but it’s absolutely not an excuse for poor customer service. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Worst Walgreens ever, you will be waiting to speak to the pharmacy for one hr, they pick up, hang up, or send you back to the front desk which rings for 20 minutes then hang up. My elderly mother is visiting and need her medication, I am now going to physically go down there and try not to catch a case. Whoever runs this Walgreens need their license yanked!!! also the store is a hot dollar store like mess. Update they have now restored order in the store, its now nice and orderly, they do however need to hire more staff for the pharmacy, why do people have to wait in that long line to drop off their prescriptions, there should be a drop off at the first window. I will give 3 stars for having the store nice and clean. They need to however do something about the outside, overflowing trashcan outside the store.

I called the store and was in cue for 36:03 on the first call and never answered. I hung up.I called back and the automated system wanted to know if I was satisfied with my call. I gave a 0. This is the worse Pharmacy I have ever used. I either sit in line for a very long time if I go to the drive thru or I am not answered on the phone. This system is awful and needs corrected. I was next in cue and never answered.

Wow! Just Wow. Ive called for 3 days straight about my prescription needs. Ive been hung up on, put on hold and when it rings for at least 15 times it is disconnected. Cant believe it. Im actually on hold right now. They just answered and hung up and just goes back to ringing. If Id have known this I would have used Publix on hwy 212 and 138, theyre great! How are they STILL in business?

Just one simple question, about an item I really need, and you put on order for me . Do you have it or not? This could not be answered by a darn computer. 15 mins on hold than hung up on. Staff problems? How about an e mail? You really need to fix this.

The service is terrible they need to hire an entire new staff. They never answer the phone they leave you on hold then they hang up. Lines are always long they need to just shut down if they are not gonna provide proper service because medicine is not cheap

I dont quite understand what is going on with this location. I have NEVER had such a disappointing experience with a store...EVER! Try calling the pharmacy to talk with someone about a percription, and youll be on hold anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes. THIS IS TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE. Not only are you on hold for so long, but you will be disconnected after youve been waiting. We have a family member that is on in home hospice care and we ALWAYS need medication. Even the nurses have a problem with getting through to the pharmacy. Unfortunately, we have decided to move to another provider. They may not understand how important customer service is in a city where there is a plethora of options. 😪

Ive picked up my last RX from this store. There is no sense of urgency. It doesnt matter how many people they have on staff, what day of the week or what time of day, they put you on hold often with no music so you dont know if youve been disconnected or not.Do better during a pandemic.

I needed a prescription filled which I had been filling several times. I was told they could not fill it. I am in process of moving to Georgia from another state and they kept my prescription from nine to four. When I got prescription back I had to go to several drugstore that were out of my medication. This delayed my prescription being filled due to holidays. I am sixty eight and suffer from knee pain which my physician informed I may need knee replacements. I have to suffer for four days before I get my prescription filled because Dr. office is closed until Monday.

They immediately put me on hold when I called and Ive been on hold for an hour with the pharmacy to ask about a prescription that should have been mailed to me 2 days ago. The phone will ring every 2-3 minutes then click and go back to the hold music. They just do not care.

On Jan.5, I went the pharmacy inside. I made sure to check the hours because I don’t want to come in too late for the closing of the pharmacy. It was 8:03p when I got in line. Online it said 9pm. The cashier yells across the two gentlemen in line and says “Ma’am We are closed”. I was confused as to how the hours changed considering it’s not a holiday and the hours were not updated online . The manager was present and started (after I begin to walk away) to ask her why she’s closed and her response was “I don’t know” rudely. I don’t think this should be happening. Being that I work as a manager myself, this is unacceptable. An hour early ?

What is the point in having a phone in the pharmacy if NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. They tend to hang up instead of answering and will pick up and constantly put you on hold until it hangs it! I’ll refill my prescriptions elsewhere!

Can I give a rating less than -0 because thats what the customer service is here 🤷🏽‍♀️I called to have a prescription refilled but instead I have been on hold and keep being told PLEASE HOLD REALLY! After almost an hour, I just hung up. Drive-thru is just as worse!Something needs to be done or they need to close this pharmacy down PERMANENTLY.

The pharmacy at this location used to be prompt and with good customer service. I have been a customer for years. More recently the service is trash. You can always guarantee when you arrive there will be a long line in the drive thru and a wait on the inside. They will tell you one wait time when its really 3 or more hour wait time. I had 3 prescriptions sent to this location and only 2 were filled. After calling and bringing this to their attention. I was told they were suppose to fill the prescription upon arrival. Things have changed drastically at this pharmacy. I will be moving my prescription to another pharmacy.

I want to truly say thank you to Kelli. I was really having a really hard day. I was looking for tissue since 6:00 AM with no luck. Walgreens was my 6th stop . I walk of the store so frustrated because the tissue aisle was empty. In the Parking Lot I saw the truck drove up. I went back to the store and saw Kelli ask her if she could call me once they unload the trunks. She call me and I was able to get my tissues. Kelli was really the highlight of my day.Thank you

Very slow. I came to drop off a prescription for my mother. They tell me it will be an hour and a half. I go to get food for my mother and did a little shopping took food home. Well over an hour and a half. Come back call to check and see if the prescription is ready they say 20 min. So I give them 30 min. Go inside and now its going to be another 15 min. I do believe they must be trying to do too much or they need to learn how to do math and tell time.

On 5/20/20 I placed an order for a canvas to be printed the same day. After placing the order I received a call from a friendly gentleman who stated that they didn’t have the supplies to make the canvas, but the supplies would arrive in a few days. I explained that I didn’t need the photo until 5/30/20, which he stated the supplies would be there by then. On 5/23/20 I received an email letting me know my canvass was ready for pick up. Awesome!!! I came to the store on 5/30/20 and interacted with Keli who stated my order could not be fulfilled. I advised her that I received an email saying it was ready. She nonchalantly explained that corporate sends “ready for pick up” emails on mistake,” which makes no sense. She said all the stores are out of supplies. I inquired if she could call other stores to check and she simply said no. Keli was not helpful, condescending, and I would hate for her to have acted that way because I am African American. I left the store and called a Walgreens in Stone Mountain and my order was completed within an hour. Keli did nothing to assist or rectify the situation. She needs better training in customer service. She could have at least reached out to neighboring stores and tried to assist since it was Walgreens fault. If a person receives an email saying an order is ready, they have a reasonable notion to feel it is true.

I had a great experience today at the Walgreens on Hwy 138 in Conyers, Ga! I was greeted when I entered the store with a cheerful sincere “Welcome. How are you doing today?” I made my way back to the pharmacy for my very first flu shot. The pharmacy Tech was with a client but took just a moment to acknowledge me and they would be with me in just a moment . The tech was very friendly, professional and efficient. After processing the paper work,!invited me to have s seat and the Pharmacist would be with me in a few minutes. The Pharmacist Brie was totally awesome. What a great experience for me ! Would highly recommend this store!!!

Ive never waited in line for less than 15 minutes at this location. Usually its longer. The staff dont seem to care, and theres never enough people working. I pick up prescriptions here a couple times a week and its always a nightmare. Dont even bother with the drive-thru, either. Thats at least a 30 minute wait.

As a prescribing doctors office, we had an absolutely horrible experience with this Walgreens pharmacy. We attempted twice to call in a prescription for a client and were left on hold 16 minutes the first time before being hung up on, then after another 16 minutes on hold we finally gave up. We called our client to let them know we were unable to reach anyone in the pharmacy to prepare their prescription and ended up having to call it in to a CVS pharmacy down the street (where we had immediate great service). I called customer service to let them know about our experiences and was told I would be transferred to a manager, and was promptly disconnected again. I called back a final time to speak to customer service again - to give them the benefit of the doubt that it had been a legitimate disconnection - and they picked up the phone and hung up on me. The customer service at this business it flat out shameful and we will be doing our very best to recommend clients away from using them.

On 4/17/18 at 4:50 pm I entered the store to get a prescription filled. There was a woman on her cell phone sitting in the waiting area at the pharmacy using very loud and very vulgar language during the whole time I was there. The pharmacist nor the lady at the window said anything to this person. This was the first time at this store and my last since they do not care what is said where customers have to listen to it. Terrible place and would have been worse if my grandkids had of been there.
