Went in a little skeptical. I wanted cheap dress shoes. I figured it would be cheap both in price and quality. However what we found was exactly what I wanted but good quality and only for a tiny bit more than I wanted to pay but well within expectations. I am impressed by the quality and price.

They always have larger sizes for tall women. Maybe not everything comes in 11 or 12, but Ive gotten my needs met pretty much every time Ive gone in.

Terrible.Me and my sister went up here for Crocs;and the manager kept coming to our area of the store briefly asking, if we needed assistance, only to leave. My sister was asking HIM a question, only for him to cut her off, and come straight to me, ONLY to repeat the same action.Younger employees are working, while he stood in the middle of the store, DRINKING WATER.

The employees were nice, interactive, and really helpful. Not as big of a selection as were used to at the stores on Satellite Blvd (Duluth) and Presidential Market (Snellville). Also, whats the deal with no wheel? And, we were terribly disappointed to learn that Shoe Carnival discontinued its perpetual BOGO half off promotion. Thats the main reason weve been shopping there for years. They have some good quality shoes, but at this time, budget is also a big factor.

A bit discussed yesterday with my visit. Came here for boot shipping before Christmas. The boots were located near the front close to the door. The registers could be seen. Im a 65 yr old who was watched by a hawk in this store. Seriously, I didnt want anything and surely was not going to steal it. Bad experience. Come on people dont you want the sales because of the coronavirus? Think about it!

They have a big selection of shoes and boots for men women and kids. I didnt like that the crocs were not part of any of their sales. So I went on line and got them on Amazon for 74 dollars for two pair.

Would give a 5 they dont carry enough larger shoe sizes for women. I wear either a 10 or 10.5 and its always hard to find them. Other than that love it!

Not a very good assortment of shoes in the 14 4E area. Dont get me wrong, there were people coming out of there with 3 and 4 bags full of shoes. Must be nice to have smaller feet😢.

Easy to find! Nice, clean store with a huge selection! We got my little guys shoes for school and saved a good bit. However, in the time that we were there, we were never approached by an associate to see if we needed help. Once we went to check out, there wasnt much customer service there either. A thank you goes a long way.

They do not close at the scheduled time.I realize that stores must have a closing time. They SHOULD however keep to that time. We arrived at 6:55 with the doors already locked. I called the store standing on the side walk to be told that it was already 7:05. I even asked if we could walk in and make our purchase. No help. I’m just disappointed. They were having a sale and this was as quick as we could get here after church.Oh well I guess we will have to try again or find somewhere else to shop.

Shoe stores need to cater more to customers with large feet. Variety and quantity is a must. I went online to a different company and was able to get shoes and clothes of my liking and most important my size. Brick and mortar shoe stores get it together.

This place is expensive! But a little cheaper than most stores.

They had run out of the shoe I was looking for. The young lady associate ordered them for me and they arrived at my house within 4 days.

Apparently Shoe Carnival is under the impression that all women have small, narrow feet. My son gave me a gift card for my birthday over a year ago. Have gone to the store at least a dozen times and have yet to find a 8 wide. Ill try the website. Done with the store
