Stopped for gas and to use the atm all went well. The girl asked me if I got out any money from the atm for her I lied and said yeah. I bet she was disappointed when I left and didnt give her the money I got out for her. Alright maybe it wasnt really for her but she didnt know that till I left. Sorry chick behind the counter if I had done better on the lottery scratchers I had bought at the last gas station the one I left a review for I would of had the means to leave her some but I didnt win sheet man so whats a bro to do? Exactly walk out like I did. Peace Im out.

Swapped in some lottery tickets young lady was pleasant in and out in a flash

I observed some negative communication during my visits there in the last couple of months. The cashier seems to have issues with certain customers. An older man (80s) was buying lottery tickets and when she handed him his change, it dropped out of his hands and the only thing she said was, You got it Pops?. She ask certain customers for IDs (they were not minors) when they were buying lottery tickets. She asked the next customer in line if she could take the customer behind him because they needed change due. A customer handed her money for items and she placed his items on the counter. I think all of the above is just bad common courtesy. The previous cashiers were very friendly.

Great customer service, low prices

I have been purchasing scratch off tickets here for a long time. Lately I have been winning small amounts. As soon as they see the ticket in my hand every clerk I have encountered says is that over $50??!!!)...most the time it is under $50; however, I had one for $75 and they would not cash it. This particular clerk said I dont have it! When I said you never do...she said it is for safety reasons and another said there is a sign. In my opinion, they should not be a lottery retailer if they refuse to pay out at least up to the $600 as indicated on the Georgia Lottery website. Which also states some retailers may not have all cash...thus you will be paid part cash and money order. They are not even fulfilling up to that agreement.

This service station/convenience store was remodeled a few years ago and it is a clean, good looking place. The gas prices are fairly good but a common frustration is that the pumps receipt machines often dont work.

I purchased a money order which totaled more than $100 after fees for an apartment deposit & holding fee which had NO VALUE!!!! The apartment community refused to rent to me after they tried to verify the money order, Walmart and Western Union both stated that they could not cash the money order because it was not valid, holds no value and is not listed as an active money order in the Flash Foods system.I took the money order back to the store as suggested by both Walmart and Western Union and the manager April was rude, combative, refused to look me in the eye or apologize for my inconvenience, said she couldn’t do anything but check the system to see if I really purchased the money order (I have both money order and receipt stub) but ended up printing a tracing and tracking form that states to track, stop payment and issue a refund I will need to pay or will have a $10 fee deducted from my $99!!! This was NO fault of mine! Why are they charging me a fee? They basically stole my money! It also says that it takes 30-65 days to receive a refund!!!! This was all verified by someone who called me back from corporate office after I sent an email threatening to file a lawsuit and call news media! They refuse to offer a timely refund or reasonable settlement for my inconvenience for loss of rental application, paid moving expenses, loss of work & more! There is no number to speak to a live person, only option to leave voicemail. These people are not legit as I have never purchased a money order that was bot valued for what I paid for. It’s supposed to be the safest form of payment!!! This company’s corporate offices ot having a number for me to get immediate assistance let’s me further know they’re not legit!!! They need to be shut down!!!!!

Horrible customer service ever. Went in to make a purchase and cashier wouldnt sell me the items due to me having paper id being expired, so I go all the way home to get my original id and she looks at it quick and starts to scan the items and then says its also expired and I cant sell ypu nothing, when it clearly was up to date. So then because I tell her it clearly says 2018 she tells me I need to leave because I have an attitude. Funny part about all this is that she sold a young boy a cigar without looking at his id and said he was a regular so she didnt have to check it. I then proceeded to say if you checking everyones id then everyone id should be checked since its law!! I will never do business ever again here.

Was my favorite store to get gas, buy snacks, beer and etc.. til today. Went to buy gas and nachos. The sign says Nachos $1.49 with chili and cheese. Then say for hotdogs add $.20 each for chili and or cheese. This girl and her co-worker charged me, refused to look at the sign got an attitude embarrassing me infront of other customers like i was being cheap and told me i didnt have to buy it. So i didnt, i paid for my gas and i plan on going back to talk to a supervisor. If it gets resolved correctly i will update here in a positive manner if not.... I will update the issue here and NEVER return to the store.

Wow where do i begin......this is clearly a location that doesnt get mystery shopped. Who is the Area/ District manager??? They cant be doing their jobs. I use to work @ Flashfoods in Eatonton Ga. So i know how this works Its a must the coffee stay fresh & available,the same for hotdogs,peanuts.....NOT AT THIS FLASHFOOD!!! I barely ever see hotdogs on the grill, hot peanuts pot always damn near empty, I Stop by in the morning & coffee machine is empty, so maybe the customers drink it up huh lol well the creamer machines stay empty too. Bought a loaf of bread jus to get home & discover it was molded. I like Flashfoods but this one is the worst location. Now i jus wait until i get to Stockbridge & go to Quiktrip..

Atm ripped me off $170.00 when I only withdrew $40.00 from their ATM . Poor management & very slow & incompetent customer service . This store already targeted my NYS car, in which was a beer from Upstate, NY, concealed in my car for months as recently relocated back to Conyers ! This store is only asking for bad news ! Beware of their ATM & they threatened to call the police on me again for simply to dispute this transaction . What a complete & utter rip off ! So to speak, I have a VERY good attorney ! I also happen to be a good & regular customer these last 2 months, pretty & disabled, but I will gladly pass on this store ! No thanks,
