Lve in the area for years and use to work for this company, this locus closed often even before the pandimic, really the worst rt Ive been to, plenty ppl working, jus locked doors on the regular Ill goto qt

I love the store but over the last month the store has been dirty, lids, liquids and trash thrown about. Its been about 3 weeks since Ive been there. im writing this review in hopes that the problem will be corrected. I like the slushies and the staff. the bathroom faucet is still not working!

On Saturday May 15,2021 RaceTrac to fuel my car with gas at the location 1744 HWY 138 SE, Conyers, GA. I do not recall the pump # ; however, the hours where between 11:15-11:50 am. I pump regular gas which is what you all had. On Sunday at 8:00 pm my car started making weird noises, shaking and stop on me in the middle of the road, which I had to get it tow to a mechanic shop.  I was told by the mechanic shop that it was the gas that cause my car to stop. They pump all the gas out of the car and put new gas which now the car has started but not drivable . The mechanic also stated that the gas don’t even burn… they not sure what fuel it is.The mechanic stated that the BAD GAS triggered other issue in the fuel system. I went to a shop that have all the certification RaceTrac requested. Now I’m out of a car and have buy another one. On top of that RaceTrac not taking any responsibility.

I love going to RaceTrac for the frozen Dr. Pepper. It is top tier. My complaint is that MULTIPLE times I’ve gone to this particular 24-hour location and the doors have been locked! How is it that QuikTrip can manage to stay open and unlocked all day and all night, yet RaceTrac can’t?Update: I’m taking another star off because the frozen Dr. Pepper machine is always down when I come now 😢

Always love going to Racetrac...they have a great snack and beverage selection and clean bathrooms. More importantly, I always enjoy saving money on fuel with the VIP program.

I work very close to here. And it has already happened to me more than 5 times that I get to buy breakfast here and it is closed. I do not understand these policies regarding schedules but I do not like to arrive and that it is closed when the gps shows that it is open.

Nice store with some good employees, but mostly horrible.

This store closes at randoms times during the night every night. Change your store hours of operation it’s very annoying.

This is the best convenience store that we have right here in this area. The other stores seem to always have problems with cashiers and not always professional. But RaceTrac on the other hand always seems to have professional staff that keep the store clean.

It was an easy visit on Xmas day although I wanted some doughnuts they had some but only a few I believe left over from the day before. I still purchased the along with a hot cup of joe somehow for 3 doughnuts and one large coffee my bill was $8.40 not sure how that happened but it was Xmas so I let it go. Next time though best believe Im getting to the bottom of an $8.40 bill. Just seems insane especially paying it twice. Peace Im out.

The place has Krispy Kreme donuts, but the case is filled w knats eating off the donuts. Krispy cream will not fix it. And the gas station still serves it! Shame on the both of you.

Cashier was rude, didnt want to give me her name or show badge because they dont wear any.

Unfriendly and downright rude! I just left the Shell station across the street and was spoken to immediately. Here at racetrac neither one of three women spoke and were bickering among themselves and seemed as if I were bothering them. I waited to get service behind only one guest. And still as it was my turn I was not greeted. I spoke and the young woman rolled her eyes. Great place; awful service!

No receipts, and the pump barely works. Had to go somewhere else to get gas

Very good place to freshen up get gas at competitive prices and if you need to add air to your tire or vacuum out your car they have a really nice exact are kiosk that second to none. However if you use the vacuum keep in mind I just cleaned it out because no one else is going to do it. I used it and it was a very poor vacuum operation so after it shut off I cleaned it out.

This location has inaccurate hours and a paper sign on the door that says they don’t open till 5:30am during the week.

Nice people, great service. I’ve been going to this location for about three years altogether, and they always have what I need and are very friendly! The other day, my battery died, and employee Shay offered to let me use her cables and also gave me the battery jump to get to work that night on time. Would definitely recommend this one

My favorite gas station, they are good to the local First Responders. They have excellent coffee!

Im not usually in this area but I had to stop past here to get gas and grab a snack. The gas pump area is very clean and bright. I went at night so it was great that there were so many lights.Inside the bathrooms were close to immaculate. They were very clean and well stocked. Automatic toilets are an added bonus.The store is neat and clean. I was disappointed that there were only wheat flavored hot dog buns and the ones that were there were very hard. Since the store wasnt super busy, I would have expected someone to be on top of this. All in all, I was impressed and given the chance again I would return.

When this RaceTrac is working it works well. When it isn’t it REALLY isn’t.Claims to be open 24 hours, yet frequently is closed later at night “due to being short staffed”.“Freshly ground coffee” is frequently burnt.And don’t try coming here for frozen yogurt after 9:00 PM, chances are that they won’t have any of their machines running.Compared to Quick Trip, it seems like the culture of urgency and customer satisfaction just isn’t taught here.

Come here about once a week. Very nice place - has everything you need on the road at a good price. Staff is great, store stays very clean, and theres a great selection.

I love this place. It is always so clean including the restrooms. So many options for grab and go food. Gas is always priced fairly. The only downfall is exiting, there is no way to get back onto Sigman Road to make the left hand turn onto 138.

Lies about hours of operation they claim to be 24 hours 7 days a week but multiple times I have gone up there and not been able to even swipe my card at the pump much less go inside and buy anything because they are closed.no business should advertise 24 hours 7 days a week if youre not going to be open fixture hours and Ill fix the review

Awesome place!

This station is usually clean, and is convenient to my location, but I need a receipt for business purposes when I purchase fuel. They never have paper in the pumps and you have to go in and wait in line to get one. Not convenient at all.

Place is always dirty, coffee station where the creamers are. For almost a month now they have been out of iced coffee, both the original and French Vanilla you would think they would put a sign on machine. Went in today to get a fountain drink and they didnt have any dome tops for the medium. This place used to be nice and now its under stocked and messy.

This gas station is much better than q t down the street they have more pumps and products inside.... Well lite at night and so far has been clean

Love the grill roller items, with the app they have you earn free food and deinks. Way better than QT...

I stop here every morning for my snacks. Employees are helpful and nice. Super clean facility.

Staff is cool and store is clean but i have to go to QT every morning because this 24Hr location is closed every morning between 5:00 and 5:30 a.m. when i am on my way to work

I have gone to this Racetrac twice this week during business hours and they have a sign that they are temporarily closed. No explanation on the sign or anything. My husband went up there last week and the same thing. The young lady came to the door and said she is waiting on another person to come start their shift. This is unacceptable! I have never seen nor heard anything like this before. It is bad business especially for a new business in this community. I will take my business up the street to Quiktrip from now on.

Wouldnt you think that when a station is out of Midgrade and Premium fuel, you would let your customers know at the pump and not by placing a note on the door that you are out. After three attempts to purchase fuel, as you enter the store you find out.The so called assistant manager that would struggle to manage a lemonade stand, response is to ignore a long time customer.I will now drive past your location to go to your competitors location.

So it’s supposed to open 24 hours but they put one employee in there who literally locked the door and put a sign up I would like to contact the owner would’ it have been better just to close the store

Three mornings in a row. Around 7:45 - 8 I walk in hungry craving a croissant and they are completely out. I even ask if any more are coming out all I get told is NO.

I lost count of the times Ive been there and the store has been closed, its not a trustworthy place, especially if youre thinking of buying breakfast or something else. Regrettable.I can not understand the days that I have been and I have closed the store, it is not a place where you can trust to go with the intention of buying breakfast or something else. Unfortunately because it seems open and when you go it is not.
