Very dissatisfied with this store. I came in and purchased a wedding band for my husband and it was to big. Came back into the store to get the correct size I was told it needed to be ordered. After openly telling my husband what the cost. (Discretion is clearly unimportant) the associate Alice did not take the time to see that the ring was unavailable, place my money on a gift card that was non refundable. I Truly just don’t want to do any business at this particular location!

I recently bought an item at Kay Jewelers in Conyers, Georgia (January 19) and was told my item would be ready in 2 weeks (February 1). I finally got my purchase today, Feb 25.First the item is perfect. Love it.My problem was with customer service, (I feel I did not look wealthy enough) first after waiting more than 2 weeks and some days, I was told the item has been there, that they had called both my husband and I with no response. I found out the called from a private number, we were never told about this.The item was however not engraved she said because the clerk had not written up the proper form for engraving. People make mistakes. I get it.Btw we were told we would not be charged for engraving. I was extremely angry and did let them know it, needed it for an event. I asked that they send it back to be engraved. She called me back to let me know it would be sent back and be ready by Monday or Tuesday (22 or 23) I called on the 23rd and was told Your item wont be ready until the 27.This is February. I called customer service, spoke with a very sweet rep who assured me, after calling the store that I would be compensated on the 27th for my long wait.I was called today, and asked to come get my item. Asked to speak with the manager, who stayed busy the 15 minutes I waited. Finally the clerk came back to tell me I would not be charged for engraving. I informed her that I was not charged initially for engraving, but she kept telling me about refunding the charge. At this point I was ready to yell again so I told her to forget it and left.My point, good customer service is essential. since I was ready to cancel my order because of this service, and was told it was not returnable.

The Representatives in the store are not bad.But I do feel they need to work with a sense of Urgency to assist all customers in a timely manner. They will literally stand there and wait on 1 customer to decide what they want to do, during that time they could go ahead and assist someone else giving that person time to decide.They move entirely too slow!!!! Just know you will be waiting quite awhile, especially when its only 2 Reps in the store and theres like 6 customers. Learn to work the floor.

Ordered a necklace online for store pickup and the process in getting it was TERRIBLE!!!! Kays Jewelers in Conyers Ga. is so unorganized and unprofessional. After receiving a call to pick up my order, I get there during scheduled business hours to a note on the door that they would be closed for two hours. I wait these two hours as I drove 45 minutes to pick up my order to learn that the manager that left the voicemail advised me that she could not find my order. She advised me that she made the call in error. Then at 7pm that same night I get another call that my order is ready for pickup. At this point I am beyond frustrated as I was just there hours before and now had to go back. When I get there before closing the next day I walk up to the store to realize it had already shutdown 30 minutes before closing time. I was not coming back a third time so I see someone at the counter doing inventory I assume and I knock on the door to get my order. I was not coming back a 3rd time. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

I cannot believe the treatment my wife received in this store. The only reason I gave them a one star is because you cannot leave a review without giving a rating. The manager Shirley was rude and disrespectful and her sales rep Amanda was unprofessional and not as knowledgeable of proper procedures that she should be. I am a loyal customer and I made several purchases at Kay locations throughout the state. I am a retail store manager myself and I have never encountered such an unprofessional staff. My wife went into the store to make a minor purchase and she was met with attitude and standoffish behavior from the staff at this location. I know that Kay has a higher standard for their employees and Im sure that other customers would say that Shirley is wonderful and Amanda is great but i feel that the color of our skin played a factor in them treating us as if we were doing something fraudulent or unsavory. My wife has used my card in several locations and she is an authorized user on my account. However she was treated as though she was a criminal being as a series of personal questions that had nothing to do with the purchase. The sales rep Amanda made a mistake account is inexcusable. While trying to validate the authenticity of my account she caused it to close. The sales rep Amanda made a mistake that I discovered through several conversations with Kay customer service that closed my account. However when we reached out to the store they assured me that it was my fault and they had done nothing wrong. Yet that is not the information given to me. I did have to call numerous times to customer service to get to the bottom of the issue that as of today that is still not resolved. I hope that something is done to prevent this from happening again and I also hope that anyone reading this review dare not to purchase anything from that location and that a change comes with the staff and management.

I recently went into the conyers store to shop for my mother for her birthday and I found that the sales rep Amanda to be very helpful and informative about the wares in her store. This is a great store and I would recommend to anyone. The staff are friendly and welcoming

Over the past 20 years my fingers have grown and yet my wedding ring has not, go figure! I have tried several techniques to get it off so I could get it resized. Most jewelry companies I called said that they couldnt help and to go to the hospital or fire station. That is until I called Kay Jewelers in Conyers. The young lady that answered the phone listened to my issue and not only gave me options but said if I wanted to come by that they would see if they could get it off. Upon arrival I was greeted by two young women with smiling faces and a bottle of Windex. Too funny! They sat me down and went to town. Not wanting to give up they asked a third young lady to come over and assist. Between the three of them and some time they were able to get my ring off. The reason why I am writing this is because these ladies are a prime example of kindness, true customer service and how to go above and beyond. Just what the world needs more of, especially now days. For this I am truly grateful. I apologize to these three ladies for not getting their names but just so their upper management knows this took place around 3:15pm on March 11th. I will make sure I refer everyone to you guys. Thanks again ladies. Take care!

I came in the store 2 weeks ago to have my rings sized and inspected.. only to have it come back all messed up. The employees in the store acted as if they didnt care either.. when I pointed the problem out she just kinda giggled and said well I guess youll have to send it back off now wont you? Totally unprofessional.. I will not go back to that location

Terrible customer service. The prices that are advertised are not what they actually sell them for. My fiancé and I waited around for 2 hours and because of a “corporate mistake” we found out that the ring we were looking at was double the original price we were quoted. And she just says “we don’t really check the paperwork, we just sell at the price on the card” like that makes the situation better. They refused to honor the displayed price, seeming unempathetic. I’ll never go to Kay Jewelers again...

Kay jewelers in Conyers is a horrible place. They damaged my engagement ring wouldnt apologize for it. The manager is rude and disrespectful and when you try to go above them to solve a problem you get nowhere. I have been engaged for one month and have gotten to wear my ring for 4 days and have had to turn it over to them 3 times for 2 different sizings because they couldnt get it right the first time and once when the manager dropped my ring and damaged the stone. They have left a horrible, ugly stain on what is suppose to be a happy time.

Went into this location to choose a wedding band, and asked if they do watch link removal. I was never told how much it would be, and Ive had it done before (usually costs $15). I was appalled when she removed the 2 screws and said $40. My fiancee just purchased my engagement ring from the location in Snellville, and needless to say, that is the only one we will ever go back to!
