The customer service here is beyond perfect! I came here about a month ago and I was impressed to say the least. But I thought it was just a nice person working and its probably not like that all the time. So no need to leave a review, right? So today I came in and the service was awesome yet again!! They explain what theyre doing and why theyre doing it. This place is great! I hope the customer service stays this way. So if you need diverging shipped, faxed or printed, come to this FedEx! You dont be disappointed.
Went for a passport photo. Quick & excellent service. The store was clean & employees were sharp. Yeah, just in uniforms, but there was pride in appearance & the store.Being slightly out of the way, three werent many people there, which is a plus right now.Definitely, anything I think they can do, Ill call ahead and try to give them my business. 👍
Was very rudely treated by Anthony who kept waiting on people in line behind me. Something that should have taken a few minutes took close to half an hour. Poor service.
Rockstar Store Manager Christian provided the friendliest PROFESSIONAL service I could ask for. He was as cool as Jake from statefarm, but an expert like Flo from Progressive 😄. This dude runs the store like he owns the place and Im super impressed and thankful for his service. Answered all of my shipping questions, and really set me up for greatness with FedEx. If I could give no stars I would. I went here to have a package sent to my little brother for his 18th birthday. He’s been doing so good his last year of school and just all his life. He’s always been good and gave us no problem. I purchased some AirPods for him and had it shipped to him. I was told the shipment will be there Tuesday. But it didn’t arrive, I didn’t trip. But when the next day came I called because it said the address was wrong. I confirmed the address and the lady over the phone told me that the zip code was incorrect. The person that typed in the address when I went to this store typed in the wrong address. I pulled the address up on gps and told the lady the address and asked if she put the right address. Each time the lady said yes. I explained that to the lady over the phone. But she lied and said they corrected the address already before I called and had the package out for delivery at 7:34am. It is now 9:05pm and I called back because the package still hasn’t arrived. And I was told it doesn’t have a delivery date and isn’t scheduled for delivery. I was also told it could be lost and that’s why it wasn’t delivered. So now my brother bday has passed and he didn’t get his gift and he’s been waiting since Tuesday for it. I’m so pisssssst !!! I know that is t a word but I’m just to upset to care! FedEx owes me my money back for losing my package.

I walked in at 8:53 just expecting to print off 2 sheets of paper.... well it didnt happen as smoothly as I thought lol BOBBY was an angel. He was patient and kind and very helpful! I didnt get out of there til 9:15 they closed at 9:00 but he did everything he could to help get my documents printed off so thanks Bobby!
I was being completely patient, standing, while trying to mentally resolve a very small monetary issue with the FedEx employee. Apparently, I was being looked upon as being criminal because the employee made an emergency call to the police in order to have me removed from the FedEx office. Not only I was escorted out by the police officers, I was also informed that I would be charged and jailed for criminal trespass if I return to this FedEx office without written consent from the owner or authorized representative. Not only should customers behave humanely, Store employees also have an obligation to act/react in a professional manner. I have made numerous visits to this FedEx during the entire year of 2015, interacted with the employees each time with no problems. Now this.....
The staff, Bobby was courteous and helpful, i went back 2x after I dropped my package to ask him that the package is fragile so he put 4 red “fragile” stickers on the 4surfaces of the box, then went back again to ask the weight of the package because it was not indicated in my receipt but he helped me with that. He wasn’t annoyed at all from me bothering him twice but was very helpful.
Clearly, one person working at this store is unacceptable. The nice lady was doing her best to ship packages, mail letters, and trying to assist me with the scanner. The computer froze and wouldn’t allow her to cancel the transaction. Needless to say, she unplugged it and credited the fee back to my card. This is a management issue, FEDEX needs to do better. Hire enough staff to handle the traffic or close it down.Thank you,TW
Mostly very good but there is one agent there who clearly missed the customer service class. I asked to speak to the manager today (11/11/16) and was told the manager was not in today. Not the best business model.
Very rude. I normally love fedEx but I never been treated so bad and by the actual manager. So rude!! She was the most difficult person I have delt with in a long time. Do not recommend this place at all!!!

When I first moved to the area, I will be honest that the service was quite subpar and the employees seemed to not be very happy with being there. However, in the recent months, this Kinkos location has greatly improved their staff and customer service and I go there daily for copies and other business needs. Thanks for constantly improving!

This location is a joke... Hallie has been there all three times that I have gone and had absolutely awful service. She is lazy and completely unable to multi task.
Rude individual who stated I was stressing her out about sending out items I am paying to be shipped. She was sitting at a desk not being helpful when I walked in. Maybe you should find something else if that’s an issue. Customer service sucks! Maybe she was personally stressed but horrible. I’ll never come back.

I will never use this particular store again. The black female that was at the counter who appeared to be the manager was rude to say the least. Let’s just say she had her picks to who she spoke to in a certain way. I was in the store for at least 20-30 minutes and observed her. Again she was rude and i wont be returning.

Lack of customer service and overpriced. I paid $96.20 cents to send a one page letter size document to the Carribean. There was only one rep there and her idea of customer service was terrible.
