Came in with pre approval from our bank. Just needed a car in our price range. Dont get no easier than that for a salesman. Our salesman Walter would not listen and continued with remarks with attitude. I said Im not here for games Im here to buy a car. Dont have time for the back and forth. Quite frankly he refused to help with a price of a vehicle. Spent 30 min waiting to get a price for him to say sign here and agree to this payment and we will see what we can do about price. Im not there for 3rd grade negotiations. Either you can do the deal or you cant. I dont have time for back and forth games. Im here to buy a car I came prepared with my own financing. Did my homework and cant even get Walter to negotiate a deal. Wanted to run my credit before we even could get them to make a deal. What a joke. Since I refused to sign he said we could no longer make a deal. I said you dont wanna work or make a deal and left. GUESS WHAT I DID I WENT DOWN THE STREET TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AND GOT A DEAL. Told them what I needed and they found it. Lowered there price to what I needed no problem. Didnt spend 2hrs waiting for nothing. No sign here and we will see. Nope they handed me the keys. Thats how it should be.

Steve Jones had my car checked and explained that my transmission seemed to be functioning as designed and upgraded the old computer code so if any problems happened with transmission would be easier to identify issue. Has a Engine malfunction - service immediately warning come on. Called the dealership at 3:50pm and was given a 5:00pm appointment. Arrived early and they took the car in right away and quickly discovered the issue was the 5 month old battery had failed. It was replaced and all systems were functioning properly and was out by 6pm

The only reason I wouldnt return for service is because Im 300 miles away, but if I lived in the area I would definetly trust them with the service of my vehicle.

Awful. Took my car for front brake job 3 times, brakes still squeaking and service manager blew it off saying it’s just going to squeak. Very rude. I didn’t spend 600 on brakes to hear worse squeaking. Don’t go. I was given “value brakes” without even being told I had a choice. I was told I would be taken back at diagnostic time and shown what was needed and was not. Was then told by the rude service advisor that he would replace the pads even though this would come out of his pocket but I would have to sign off and that’d be the end of service. Husband told him we can’t sign off until we know it’s fixed by driving it. No one drove my car. They put it on a rack. I sent the video of the squeaking to the advisor. All I asked was that they redo what was suppose to have been done the previous week that I paid for and that was not offered. No proof of anything else was shown to me.

I had a coupon for a FREE oil change, rep stated it only meant $5 off. I can read and I know what it said. I have bought 2 vehicles there, had them serviced there but this is not acceptable. I basically paid full price. I have highly recommended you in the past. It will not happen again, quite the opposite.

It was a clean facility and a nice waiting area, quick service. Employees were nice and helpful, just need to train the advisors alittle more on the different service to be done on the vehicles. Our advisor couldnt tell us when our transmission needed to be serviced.

First and foremost, I need to sing the praises of Matthew Cotten. I worked with him to purchase my Nissan Murano a few weeks back, and I came back again and traded my Honda Odyssey for a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. Why? Because he had a complete understanding of my wants and needs. He listened to what I said were dealbreakers and not just that, but also made sure to share with me a variety of vehicles that met those needs. Even before coming back to the dealership, he continued to let me know status of vehicles or new ones coming in that may be a great fit. He was never pushy and I never felt pressured. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. If I was able to not give any stars I would, there is no communication between the people that work there. All I was doing was selling them a vehicle and it was just a constant circle of people telling me different things. I will never do business with them again.

Don’t waste your money!!!! Vehicle was advertised for 35.499 Final price. the dealership first told me they can’t locate the vehicle? They call me back they have located the vehicle? Vehicle was still in transit has not made it to the dealership yet? which is understandable. I Told them I was a cash buyer looking to purchase it. Of course the price that they had online just went out of the window. If I was a cash buyer I lose a $3000 incentive from Nissan? Lol And I am at $39,000 before we even pay taxes. The second option to get the $3000 off I have to finance the car with Nissan for four months but they have to add a 699 coating to the price of the car and they add that to every single car. People like them make me sick this is typical stereotype car sales people.I thought is just one dealership but it seems like it’s a trend at every Nissan dealership.I just need to ask them a question how hard is it when you’re pricing a vehicle as a cash sell is to sell it for the amount that you guys are selling it for? without adding and adding and adding.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They explained everything to me about the insurance coverage and rental car usage. The only problem was the availability of parts. This was the result of the economy and COVID-19, not your employees. The car was great when I got it back after three weeks.

The staff was very professional and courteous. Unfortunately, the problem that I was told was a recall issue was not in their records so the problem was not resolved. Not the service managers fault, but still hate to have to live with a defective airbag because the recall ended.

Terrible experience. Was lied to too my face and basically called a liar out flat. Wont honor their warranties or work. I would rather walk that have to do business with this dealer.Edit: Thanks for the response but it doesnt address your service department calling me a liar to my face and lying about their names when people call. If they will lie about petty stuff like that why would I trust them to do anything. I want the people who put the brakes on my car that I rely on to stop me and my family from wrecking to be honest and your company has fallen Short in that department.
