I honestly believe the reason cement was thrown near by in the hand full of days I was employed there had more to do with malfeasance than nonfeasance.

I will never be the same after working on-site many times at ARC. The government mandated regulations were misinterpreted by employees who released the creation. It was an uncontrolled release. The monster is loose and still growing. The towers, the guns, the underground facilities, the chemists, the radios, computers, ships, tunnels.... I will never be the same after the experiments. The vitamins they released.... change everything. Help them.
