I definitely recommend lighthouse auto to anyone looking for a car. I had been looking for a certain car for months and finally found it at lighthouse. My husband and I went and talked to the owner Rick about the car and he was 100% straight up and honest with us about the car having some problems and would not sale it to us until he knew the car was looked at and fixed. There was a recall on a certain part on my car and Charlie went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed completely and I didn’t have to pay a penny extra . Thank you Rick and Charlie for going above and beyond with my car and keeping me updated on everything!!

I absolutely LOVE this car dealership!!! Rick the owner has been extremely lenient with me on BOTH cars Iv gotten from them. As long as your honest and communicate with them they will work with you on whatever!! I almost had my Jeep for a year now and haven’t had ANY problems with it. I believe they sell good quality cars that are depending, and also has affordable payments too. Definitely would recommend to anybody.

I desperately needed a car and lighthouse auto helped me out! I just moved back to Tennessee I had no car no job and no way of even looking! My credit is way less then perfect I knew getting a car was going to be hard without a job. I emailed rick explained my situation and without hesitation he told me to come in. Needless to say I got a 2006 Nissan Altima and just two days after getting the car I was able to get a job. I will forever be grateful to the lighthouse auto team!!! Y’all are wonderful people!!!

I called twice today.(1-13-2021)First time, someone answered, but didnt say Lighthouse Auto or *anything*...all i heard was background noise..like TV or radio.So, i thought I had dialed the wrong number, so I hung up and called again...this time a man said hello...and I said I am trying to reach Lighthouse Auto...?He STILL didnt identify if I had the right place..all he said was how can I help you... so, I hung up..as I still didnt know if I had the right place...plus, his tone was off-putting.This person needs to be retrained on customer service, because I was calling to inquire about a car i had seen on their lot.....But, after that treatment, I will take my business elsewhere...

Recently my brother needed to good stable vehicle with the accommodations of having issues fixed if there was ever an issue. These guys have always treated me fair any time I ever needed them. Light house auto sales is a real blessing they provide financing when the banks won’t and really simplify the entire car buying processes. Slow in processing business

Was told if I had any immediate problems they would take care of it. Had to replace the alternator on the third day I had it. $675. Told Charlie when I made my first payment that I had to replace the alternator and he acted like I didnt even say it. Other than that the car runs ok.Car was over priced but thats going to happen at any buy here pay here place. More fair price than any other buy here pay here place.3 stars

Well bought a car straight out have 3 children which they knew. They reached out to me and tried to offer me a car which was reasonably priced knowing I was desperate for a carIt seemed as if he was kinda trying to help but the car ended up costing me double to fix it feels like I was purposely targeted with a cheap deal because they knew I needed a car because I called earlier that day and they knew I was desperate and within 3 weeks the car started having problems. I got in contact with the owner and he told me that he dont sell no bad cars! Basically the cars radiator was filled completely with stop leak,found out the engine needs to be completely replaced in it,and now the reasonable total had at the beginning has doubled and when I got in contact with the owner he said all cars have problems new or used but I only had the car for 2 months not long enough to ruin what was wrong with it to start with so basically Im out a car and the amount of money I gave them! They got what they wanted to get rid of it and now i have to deal with it so dont go there! If you ever want to get scammed out of your hard earned money Go There!

Dont buy from lighthouse auto. We bought a car at the end of December. Took it back a week later so they could replace the transmission. Waited and waited to hear something back about and just found out they have put it up for sale. WTF! I at least want my down payment back crooks!!!!

Dealer gets upset over truth being told to him or anyone else about problems with cars he sales.... car had lots of problems after hours of asking finally loaned me a car while the replaced 1 battery cable, ac was never fully fixed, transmission going out, and tire almost off due to suspension problems. All after withing 24 hours of having car it stopped working numerous times and almost caused and accident from shutting off while driving. And when the car was taken it wasnt over money at time I paid 150.00 the day before repo and had a verbal agreement to pay the 1 late payment the next day .... car was taken by Rick because my wife told our experience on facebook and he got his feelings hurt over the truth!!!!!

Owner Rick is really rude, & no help. Said “sorry but I don’t know what to tell you and can’t help ya” although Zac is nice there everyone else seems RUDE. Wouldn’t suggest it
