Absolutely went above and beyond helping me find my perfect prom dress!!! Susan made sure I was happy with my dress when receiving, but also made sure I got my dress with in a few days of ordering during an ice storm!!! Thank you so much for everything!! I learned of this little (but not so little) boutique while looking for a very specific dress for my daughter. I live in Mt. Juliet so after discovering that this shop possibly had a variety of dresses shed be interested in, I decided that I should call before making the hour + trip. Susan answered my call, who I understand is the owner, and she was FABULOUS. So helpful and informative. She offered to face time with me to show me the selection available before making the trip. We ended up going today, tried on probably 15 dresses, and left with the one. Danielle helped us in the dressing room and she was equally as sweet and accommodating as Susan. The selection was vast and the quality was what youd expect from a dress boutique.We will make the drive for our future needs for sure!

This store is FANTASTIC ! the owner Susan, her daughter Morgan, the entire staff made the shopping experience OVER THE TOP.. They truly know what TOP NOTCH customer service is.. They listened to my daughters needs, wants, desires, for a Homecoming gown then asked the sensitive question up front, whats Moms budget and stuck to it ! WOW !!! We will definitely be back! They made it fun, exciting, and made my daughter feel SO special, they truly know their stuff ! Spread the word, this place is a MUST for its industry. We drove 3 hours to get there, and it was SO WORTH IT ! You guys are all PHENOMENAL ! Fabulous Experience ! Thank you....

The service was very good and I found some nice clothes for my daughters. The prices are a bit higher than mall prices, but the quality seems good.

I had the best experience with RSG! They were recommended by my pageant director, and Im so glad that I went. I went on a holiday, so it was slammed with girls shopping for prom; however, they still made me feel special and remembered while I was looking and waiting for a dressing room. The sweet girls and Susan constantly checked in, grabbed dresses I had found, and picked out dresses for me. While trying on dresses, they were so helpful, and I appreciated their expert opinions and advice. Yes, they were picky about the dressing room, 1 dress at a time and they had to zip/unzip, but this is pretty standard, and I didnt mind at all! The dress I chose was actually a dress one of the girls picked, and I love it! So excited to wear it! I ordered another dress for my pageant interview, and theyve been very helpful. I definitely recommend! I didnt shop the childrens side, but there was a lot of selection and a play area. Thank you, Susan, and all of your girls!!

My daughter and I may have spent 10 minutes in this store Saturday and that was all that it took to be completely DISGUSTED. The staff were all overwhelmingly unprofessional and rude. We stated our budget (of $400 or less, which I thought was reasonable) and received nothing but snobby views from then on. On our way out the door I had the privileged of meeting the owner and it was all made clear as to why her staff behaved the way they did... She was AWFUL. One star because it forced me but they deserve a zero for zero effort. Will never shop there again.

More expensive then my taste BUT amazing selections from outfits, accessories and shoes. They have a gated train track play area my toddlers played in while I shopped. Great staff
