I used this location regularly until today. The employees have always been helpful. Not today. Terrible experience. I used self check but needed some help regarding my discount. I showed the employee my receipt and asked if my discount was on there and I was missing it. He said no it wasnt but he couldnt help because I didnt use the regular register. Then he literally walked away while I stood with the receipt in my hand. At first, I didnt know he was an employee. He wore a UT shirt with no name tag or other store ID. Rude and highly unprofessional.

Wish I did not get the vaccine there, they were so cold and unfriendly there even my husband said it was not a good experience.I would not recommend to any of my friends.i should have gone to the health department.I would not go back there again.

I like the people who work here, theyre always polite to me and they know me by name when I walk in. When I have a question about a medicine I feel comfortable asking them.

I would leave a zero if I could! I used this pharmacy for 2 years, and finally got tired of their poor attitudes and rudeness. Theyve made multiple mistakes on my prescription, and they are never willing to admit it. EVERY time Ive had to call another CVS to correct it! Obviously nobody here cares because corporate said they have had plenty of complaints about this......

I’ve been going to this location for years and both the pharmacy and store it self are clean and the staff is very helpful. I recommend this store.

Dont recommend this place for passport photo.. price is same everywhere better go across the Street and the guy is concern to give a good service and better pics.

I been using this pharmacy for 3 years and found all the pharmacy employees to be very friendly, helpful and professional. There is one female who just seems like she doesnt like her job and would rather be somewhere else and isnt personable and doesnt seem to care much that she has a job. I feel that 99% of the other pharmacy employees are caring, understanding, and knowledgeable they generally care about their job . Its a pleasure to deal with them. I feel it would be unprofessional to give this persons name on this review. I just thought maybe she was having a bad day, but it seem like this isnt the case she seems this way every time I deal with her. But with all this said I believe the willow CVS is excellent.

Brandi is always the one thats ends up waiting on me at the pharmacy. She is always very rude and does not seem to want to help anyone. She has been very unhappy to help answer questions on multiple occasions... Good luck keeping customers when they have to have her.

WORST PHARMACY EVER! Would give zero to negative stars if possible. There is only one male that is actually nice and efficient, he is the only male that works in the pharmacy. The rest of the pharmacy staff needs to be FIRED. Run away as fast as possible and go to any other pharmacy if you can. I feel sorry for that one guy who has to work with all of those losers, hopefully he can find another job somewhere else before they poison him with their venomous attitudes.

I have found everyone at the store to be extra nice! My favorite is Lori the main pharmacist!

Always have my refills in time.... And never have to shop for a pharmacy who has my regular meds.... The girls are great.... Although I have seen them stereotype people before...

Supposed to have an atm to deposit cash with but you can only do withdrawals. Outdated store dont bother.

Had a great experience, Pharmacy Staff was very nice and expedited the prescription I brought in. Said it would take 15 minutes only took 5.A+!

They have low aisles so you can actually reach everything, its great

Ive never had a problem with them, friendly and helpful.

Only had half of my medicine and then I had to postpone a trip because they wouldnt let my doctor do an early refill which isnt even a refill its the rest of my prescription that I wanted to get all of in the first place. I am also having to pay a lot more for it because the more you get the cheaper it is. I usually get my whole prescription for $167. Because THEY only had half Im having to pay $115 twice. So Im having to pay almost $70 extra because they didnt order enough of my medicine. I get to quite literally pay the price. Doesnt seem right.

This place is horrible my gf called her prescription in on the phone. Cvs said it would be ready in one hour. She drove 30 minster to cookeville to be told come back in the morning. Horrible staff horrible place all around

Awful pharmacy customer service. This is the first time I received such customer service from any place I talked with. They are receiving the call and just not willing to speak. In the middle of conversation they hanged up the phone. Not just once. Three times...Unbelievable.

Awful, rude pharmacists! I wont be back! Dont come here, they seriously lack customer service!
