Three Custom windows were installed in our master bedroom. The installers called us in advance of their arrival. The installers were professional and very good to ensure they kept the work space clean during the installation. In just over an hour, the old windows were out and the new windows were in. The framing around each window matched the existing framework in color and the caulk used to seal the framework also matched and was smooth and evenly applied around each window frame. We were asked to look over their work to be sure we were satisfied. The windows exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend Window World!

The gentleman who phoned me was not interested at all in selling me a double French door once he realized I only wanted one. He said and I quote, Well, you probably wouldnt want to get your door here. Youre looking at a minimum of $5000 for what youre wanting. You know we do custom doors, dont you? Didnt tell him, but yes I knew that. Thats why I called them !!! Was disappointed in his attitude, but all is good. Theyre not the only place that make doors!!!!

When I inquired online I got a call right a way to schedule a appointment with a salesperson. He came and showed me all the ins and outs of Window World and I really liked what I saw. When the guys came to put in my windows it only took one day. I love now that I can clean my windows from inside of my house instead of going outside to clean it there. Also I don’t have to unclog the old screens anymore. Thanks again.

This was the best experience in home improvement. Never was there sales pressure. The entire staff explained all options and the details of each. Installation was fast! Absolutely no clean up required. Would use them again!!!!

Would NEVER use this company again!!! Wish wed been warned. They have terrible business practices & probably should be sued, if they havent been already in truth. It is not worth the savings on a window/door/siding/gutter if they cheat you in the end. Even if they know they are in the wrong w/ proof on documents they wont stand up for the consumer & therefore - if your word is not good, neither is your company in our eyes.

They have a sterling reputation but donot handle Fairfield Glade TN or do repairs, replacement only

The family and I wanted a new front door on Mothers house as a birthday present after a couple of years of fussing about her old door letting in cold air. A neighbor had purchased windows and a sliding glass door a few months ago and she said she liked them and the installation took less than a day. We ended up purchasing a new front door for Mothers house and took her for a trip into Nashville while the workers were at the house. She had no idea. It only took them a few hours to install and it looks fantastic. Mother was so excited and surprised. Thank you.

Fantastic work truck looks great

Started out good about a year ago. Sales person was great and sold us on the product. Our door almost a full year later is still not right. The doors look out into our backyard pool area and are all glass. The glass fogs so much on one panel there are very few days we can see through it clearly. We requested a new panel. They sent the wrong side, much confusion around this. Today they sent another panel, again the wrong one. We are at a loss. The people we have dealt with along the way in our opinion haven’t been the easiest people work with. We feel the installers were rude and disrespectful, apparently the only installers in the area. My hope is that hopefully before the end of the year we will have the door we were hoping for. We were hoping to replace our windows through the same company as their prices are fair, however with what we have been going through for the past year highly unlikely. I’m sure there are people out there who had great experiences with this company. Not the case for us. Perhaps just bad luck or a mixture of that and the human factor of people just not handling things as they should.SincerelyJeff
