The staff in store was great. Zack was awesome, however the delivery guys were a night mare. Very rude, disrespectful and complained the whole time. You would think being charged 90 dollars to get it delivered it should have been better service. Definitely makes me think twice before I buy there again.

They delivered a couch with a broken recliner and won’t replace it. Now I have a sectional with a recliner that’s always open! The TV console I bought has an unsightly gap on one side between the cabinet door and the frame. Now I’m stuck with furniture that makes my whole living room look a little trashy. I paid new furniture prices for what looks like well-used furniture. I’ll have to replace both in a year when I can no longer live with it. $2500 down the drain.

The show room was huge and they had great prices and they have so much to offer. The staff was so helpful but not pushy even though they were super busy the day we bought our sofa. The delivery guys showed up exactly when they said they would and they were so nice and respectful!! I would give bargain city six stars if I could!!! We will definitely shop there again in the future.

A fairly simple, warehouse-style furniture shop, they have a plethora of options to choose from along with a 100 day layaway payment plan. I personally enjoy looking at the tables (coffee, end, nightstand etc) and couches/sectionals. The staff were friendly and helpful along with respectful of our personal space by not hovering around us while we looked at the inventory. The missing 5th star on this review is because of the restrooms being subpar. Theyre definitely in need of renovation and some heavy TLC. Otherwise everything else was wonderful!

Local company with local ethics, delivery was pushed out so Martha (our favorite sales rep) asked the owner to make a special delivery to hit our timeliness.

***Warning! This company has False Advertisement!!! ***Purchased a sectional couch with a “in-stock”yellow tag on March 19 and was told our delivery date was set for the following week. When they deliver the couch was told there was one piece missing, a armless chair piece and should be in within a week. A week goes by with no communication my husband calls and is told someone will call him back after they speak to the warehouse to see when it will be delivered. No calls for another couple days. Husband calls back and told it would be delivered May 9 which is a Sunday and Mother’s Day . Went today to confirm it would be delivered tomorrow and was told that we could go pick it up at their warehouse and someone would follow us over to load it. Got home and seen that this “in-stock” piece is not even put together! I will never do business with such a shady company again! You pay $2069 for a “in-stock” sectional couch and delivery and missing 1/3 and no communication and to put together furniture the day before Mother’s Day is not my idea on how to run a successful business! I feel lied to and misled by the “in-stock” tag on the couch(I have pictures of the tag on the couch in the store)

Excellent collection. Amazing/reasonable prices.Great owner and store associates. Very polite and patient people. They let you walk around the store as many times as you want to, and let you take your time to decide. When you are stuck between two choices, they even offer you a friendly advise (only when you ask for it).Wonderful delivery service. Delivery guys are very careful, humble and respectable. Bought a couch & recliner March 9th. Recliner was perfect, but when we unboxed the couch it had a rip & some spots on the leather. Husband called & spoke with Diane the one who sold it to us. She said sent pictures of the defective area, so we did. Diane & Brenda assured us they would get us a new cushion. A month went by husband called them this time was told a representative from the company wouldnt send a cushion so they would refund us some money. This rip is right on the front of the couch in the middle. Can b seen by anyone. Rob told them we wanted a new sofa & its the middle of May & still have no new cushion or new sofa. Its ridiculous. This is a $2500 set. UPDATE: Finally after 6 months they gave us a new section to replace the damaged one.

I purchased a Jamison Alexandria ll mattress a couple of weeks ago because I was having back pain from a new mattress I purchased at another store. I just wanted you to know the the Jamison is wonderful and I no longer have back pain. I could stay in bed all day! Its so comfortable! Thank you for a great mattress and friendly service. It was nice to have a sales associate who was kind and patient while I made my decisions. I will shop with you again!

We recently bought a sectional sofa at Bargain City Furniture. We had a wonderful experience there. They had a good selection and the prices were very reasonable. The entire staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy. We will definitely go back next time we need new furniture.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I was told 6 weeks for our furniture, 2 bedroom suites and a sectional, called towards the end of the 6 weeks to check in. I was then told orders were on 8-12 weeks. Not what I was told. I was then told on that same conversation they will call to have it moved up which was around Nov 10,2020. Called the store again closer to that date to be told that everything was in except the ottoman, but they go ahead and deliver everything else. That conversation happened on Nov 04,2020. I was told then, that they will deliver it on Nov 14th. The morning of the 14th, today, I was told the delivery list we were on was lost and someone created a new one. Now the trucks are loaded with the new list. They were going to push us off until Wednesday. I told them I will be up there today to get my furniture and to refund my delivery fee. About 30 mins later I get another call from them saying ALL MY STUFF WASNT IN!!!!!! Needless to say I cancelled my order and will never be back there again.
