Every time I come in Im always welcomed warmly and kindly even on busy days. The staff are always working hard and helping when necessary. The managers here run a great store with amazing employees. The last time I came in the cashier up front, I believe her name was Brittany, was very kind and helped me find everything I was looking for while keeping up with her other duties. I am very impressed and always happy to come in.

The staff is very friendly and helpful all the time. Like everywhere else they do have a supply shortage but they are very nice about it unlike other places. Love going here for all my life out there needs like feed, gardening, tools and more! The manager is awesome and helpful

We went there for dog food. They have a great selection for low prices, and their sales staff are very knowledgeable and helpful

I love Tractor Supply. They always have what I need and their employees are great. The only problem I have is there is only one manned checkout lane next to the self checkout lane. My husband and I stopped here the other day and the manned checkout lane had very long line. Only 2 or 3 people used the self checkout lane. I wish they would open another manned checkout lane. We like the personal touch.

This is where I get my dog food and other stuff. They used to be really fantastic. But now, you stand in line FOREVER. No cashiers and no one to help you in the store. So disappointed. It used to be great.I am actually thinking of going to Petco or somewhere else. I tried to get a BBQ tank filled and waited 45 minutes. So ridiculous.

Always has great customer service. Neat and clean. Good selection of clothing as well.

Great place to get lots of things for the home if you live in a more rural setting. I always get my cats flea medicine here as well. Theyre usually pretty good to help you when you need it. Friendly workers for the most part and a clean store. I love going in here and finding things that I didnt even know I needed, lol!

The young men who loaded our tub really had NO idea how to load it. We had to stop at a bank hear by, thank goodness we stopped. The tub had scratched the paint below me split back window. I had a pillow to stop the scraping of the paint. We traveled 45 miles to get home..we didnt loose it,but it was interesting

Young ( What looked like manager) helped me find what was a better product than i came in looking for. Thats customer service.

The Tractor Supply in Cookeville is always stocked with the farming and pet items I need. Angie, the store manager, is always professional and eager to help customers. If she does not have the answer, she knows where to look or go for the solution. The prices are reasonable and are competitive with similar stores. I do wish that Tractor Supply would carry pig feeders and watering systems, but otherwise, I always get what I need. The store is easily accessible from the main road, although I do not like the speed bumps in the parking lot, as it makes it difficult to maneuver a cart loaded with feed and dog food to my vehicle.

They have a great selection of feeds, for all animals, from birds to dogs; chickens to horses. Also supplies for them, clothing, boots, hardware, decor, canning supplies, propane, plants...you name it. Its the country girls mall. All at reasonable prices.

I love this TSC store. They are always helpful and friendly. (It doesnt hurt matters that they love my dog and ask about him when he isnt with me.) Excellent customer service! Easy to maneuver inside and always in and out quickly.

Very happy with my local Tractor Supply. Google had picked up some pocket action or something and showed that I posted a negative review. But that was incorrect. So this is a correction.

Decent selection as always, but didnt have quite what I needed, which is a rarity. The staff was helpful and the shelves were well stocked, so Im sure if I wasnt looking for a specialty part, Id be able to easily find it.

Lots of cool stuff to look at all the time and the store staff is always able to answer any questions you have. Always check the sale item bins..new things in there all the time! AWESOME!!

Tractor Supply is just a great place. There is so much to see and everyone is so helpful. I have a great time there looking at some items that bring back great childhood memories. Even though its a retail store, I always leave with a smile.

This is a good place for all types of lawn and farm equipment and attachments.... They have feed from horses to rabbits.... Occasionally they even have chickens and ducks to purchase.... All kinds of feed for your pets cats to cattle.......

Spent a lot of money here buying supplies to put up a fence. Found out a couple days later that Lowes had the same supplies for cheaper. Spent $145 on 2 rolls of fencing that Lowes had for $100. Almost everything you can find here, you can get cheaper at Lowes.

My visit was very nice, I was in the market for a hay ring, and I bought the last one of a particular type, and it was on sale and they helped me load it on the truck.

I love Tractor Supply, they have a good selection of products at reasonable prices. They are pretty much like a combination of a pet store, farm supply store, and hardware store.

🇺🇸👍 I can say since day one when they opened the prices are definitely going up and most of time with any of these stores the prices should be coming down but for the prices to go down that word relate to management to make things like that happen good management takes companies into the deep future bad management I normally felt pretty quick and closed doors Tractor Supplies a cool place for the most part theyre very friendly people that work there I do believe theyre highly under staff for the most part their management would tell us we do that to keep prices down oh boy doesnt look like it sorry Im picking on you but its fact most people dont even know 12 oz can name brand soda if you go through Sams Club you can get it for basically $0.22 a can then all these companies got their little refrigerators up by the cash registers they shouldnt be called refrigerators at the cash registers they should be called gouging machines cuz thats exactly what theyre doing to the American people I have seen it in our country over $2 for the same can that I know you can get for $0.22 and the really sad part about it a lot of these rinkeydink companies out there go to Sams Club inject the price up when they bring it back to their store and theyre the same people that are self-centered only thinking about themselves greed is their best friend its sad when you look around and you see so much of this throughout our country and the world hopefully we can fix it before it destroys the world Tractor Supply my hats off to you cuz you guys have made a big difference on trying to keep the prices down which is real important especially when their government dont do nothing the stop these gouging prices at the gas station even no we got the best government in the world.

Past several visits to this store I have found them to be out of stock of the item I went there for. Today it was an inner tube for a tire on my pressure washer. Becoming a nuisance.

Best place to get hardware like nuts, bolts, and washers. A least half the price you would pay at our local large chain home improvement store.

Expensive parts. Triple what Amazon prices are. If you can wait for the shipping, dont waste the money. Nice staff though.

The store in general is very clean and has a lot of items . BUT we were in yesterday and wanted to buy a couple of things and one item took batteries and we wanted to make sure it worked before buying the product. When we asked to see if they had triple A batteries to check, the one lady in the back said go up front, so we went to the front register and asked. It felt like a inconvenience for the clerk to open or get 3 little batties(which can be for store use and write it off) to help out. We were looking to buy numerous items, but when we were treated like that, we just said we are out of here. We have been to other TSC in different areas AND NEVER been treated like that.
