Beautiful homes and very helpful and friendly. Was looking for a modular at a reasonable price and they have them. They also have modulars with drywall. They will setup and complete so it will be turn key on your land.

I just spent 20 minutes trying to get around truck number 7224 while he swerved back and forth trying to keep traffic behind him even though there was plenty of room to pass on the interstate. One driver was so frustrated they went around on the right hand side in the pull off lane so the chase driver pulled over there and drove for a few miles to keep anyone else from doing so. After about 10 miles of this they finally chose a lane and let people pass. I will never even consider this company if this is how your employees behave.

Nice trailers but they were just greatly overpriced one at 250k you could build a nice house for that and a house would last unlike a trailer.

Great place, Donald Monday got our home ordered perfectly. Everything came exactly as requested. Chris Bragg was in constant contact throughout the process thru to the end and the whole team continues to be responsive with any questions we have and or small repairs that have needed to be addressed since move in date which have been minor. I LOVE my new home!! Its perfect for me.....Im very excited about my energy smart package and my smart thermostat and my central heat & air. I am really enjoying my blinds too. Clayton has really stepped up their game with my new home as compared to just a few years ago and it shows when you walk thru my home. I also like the vapor barrier in the crawlspace & the concrete block for the foundation. I like having the extended warranty for extra piece of mind. Clayton rose to the challenge that COVID-19 presented as well during the ordering, delivery & setup for my home.....it wasnt easy but they persevered. Hats off to Chris/David/Donald/Brittany/Ellie as you all worked together as a team & your teamwork paid off because I am a very happy camper.....thanks so much for all your hard work! I am praying that Ill be able to enjoy this home for many years to come.

Very nice homes but you can find cheaper if you look, 3bdrm 2bath 85,000 but I found one better for 62,000...???

Chris Bragg, the General Manager, is simply the BEST. He came to our site and made sure the delivery of our home could, in fact, be done. Communication from Chris kept us informed as to what we could expect next. Our home was delivered twelve days after we selected it. All the crews that came to deliver, set up, clean, and test everything were outstanding. We must mention the great work by Gary, Brandon, the Diller family, Mike, at Block Solid, Ellie, and finally, Jesse, Samuel and sons, at Deck Masters for our beautiful porches. In our time of tragedy by fire, Chris, and all the wonderful people at Clayton Homes of Cookeville, brought us beauty from ashes. We will forever be grateful to them.

I normally dont write alot of reviews but I work in automobile repair business and I know how reviews can damage or encourage your thoughts about a business, my wife and I started this process in late October, early November and we are moving in next weekend. I know it seems like a long time but you have to consider a lot of bad weather, rain, tornadoes, and now this virus. From the beginning Donald helped us through the initial process of financing and picking out every aspect of the home we wanted, staying in contact with me through emails and texts, andl,calls, then once we got everything picked out and financing approved Christ stepped in from there and continued to always keep me informed on what was going on, he kept the work flowing as fast as mother nature would allow. What it comes down to is you could no way find better people to deal with than clayton homes of cookeville and Chris, and Donald. YOU ARE THE BEST GOD BLESS you.

Chris and Donald (ask for Donald when you visit Clayton – Chris is the manager) are great to work with. I ordered the Norris Woodbridge II as a 32x60 mod with several upgrades. The house is well-built and the HVAC system they provided with the house is plenty big enough. I upgraded the kitchen appliances to the Frigidaire stainless steel package they offer and have had no problems with them.Clayton used quality products when building the house (I saw it when it was apart). I have the newest type of vinyl in the living room, laundry room and kitchen/dining, and they did warn me to put felt pads under furniture – the vinyl looks like wood and evidently will scratch just like wood :) Kudos to the guys for warning me before I moved in.

Real nice mobile homes

Highly recommend Clayton of Cookeville. We purchased a home from them and put it on some land we had purchased. We got a tremendous amount of help from our salesman Donald Monday. He was great to work with and talked us through the rough spots. Chris Bragg handled the construction part and everything went remarkably smooth. Everyone we came in contact with was so nice and helpful to work with! Thank You!

I was sent in today by Giles Industries to purchase an extra set of curtains for my previously bought home. I called Giles personally and they explained they do not sell to the public but that I could go to any retailer and they would be able to purchase for me. Immediately when I walked in the door the first question I was asked was if I bought the home through them but I did not. However, I did not have to purchase the home through them in order to purchase the curtains there. The guy that greeted me said well we could have helped you had we had your business from the beginning he led me to a table and asked me to fill out some information. He was very brief and I was in and out the door within seconds with no explanation of whether or not he could order the curtains Im very dissatisfied with the service I received and know where not to go for my next purchase.

Was very friendly and was allowed to look at homes even though I didn’t arrive until 10 minutes before closing. Would recommend

We purchased a mobile home almost two months ago, and Ive asked for an update and no one has contacted me. They last worked on the electrical. The light fixtures have not been installed. Last week I texted for an update, Donald was suppose to check with Chris and I didnt hear anything back.

My mother purchased a Clayton doublewide in Oct. 2017 and has needed some follow up work done. Repeated calls for service have been ignored for the past 3 months. The next call they get will be from her lawyer. She is elderly and doesnt need this kind of stress. Do yourself a favor and buy from anyone other than Clayton!! Terrible customer service!!
