My mother used them for a wheelchair and a walker before she passed from cancer. They kept sending her bills that she had paid. She finally made them realize they were paid for. Very frustrating for her. Blessings to all

Was introduced to Vionic ortho shoes for my mother by Jeremy, he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, upon return Jeremy was no longer employed there and the assistance received was very blunt, demanding and not helpful. I was so disappointed the way my mother and I was approached with unprofessionalism and the persistence on what we should buy vs what my mothers need is.

Buckeye is the best medical supply store in this area. The staff are so knowledgeable and caring. I have bought several different pieces of equipment for family members and diabetic shoes for myself. They go out of the way to assist in every situation.

I manage a bedding store in Cookeville. In some cases, I’m not able to provide the products that some customers with medical issues or disabilities require. I have been recommending Buckeye Home Medical to them for all of their medical supply needs and the feedback I’ve received from them has been great! They are always treated with care and kindness and the staff go out of their way to help them with whatever they need to make their lives a little easier. I would ALWAYS recommend Buckeye whenever I can for any and all medical supply needs!

I realize the bad review was written some time ago but I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Buckeye! Amanda was so helpful and polite and went out of her way to help me find what I need. Even being on hold wasnt so bad because another lady kept picking up the phone and making sure I wasnt feeling neglected! Not only were they excellent at customer service but they were MUCH cheaper than anywhere else I checked. I felt like they cared about my situation and went above and beyond to accommodate me. 5 star A+ service!!

I wrote a negative review of this business and now it cannot be found. Why is that? They do not allow returns, even of unopened merchandise. They refused us, were not even remotely apologetic, and therefore helped deplete the account of my elderly mother, who has advanced Alzheimers. So far I have found Larco to be much better.

So I needed a walking boot for my foot because of a bone spur. I have never been to a medical supply store to purchace anything before. I got there, I was immediately greeted, told someone would be with me soon (I didn’t mind) shortly after, I told them what I needed. They took my info and got my information. The woman that was there was very friendly and professional and truely cares about my issue even fitted me for the right boot and strapped me in! I highly recommend going to this facility because of the woman in the corner of the store. She took her time and was patient even when she could have rushed me out. Excellent customer service!

Had a wonderful experience with Buckeye. They were so helpful and pointed me in the right direction. They were all very friendly and nice to me! Considering i had a million questions about my boyfriends CPAP!

I needed an orthopedic boot for my fractured foot. I called around for prices and found the best price at Buckeye for only $72. (I also called Larco; the same boot was $197!!! No wonder Larco has such lousy reviews!) I found the staff to be courteous and helpful. I would recommend Buckeye Medical to everyone.

I am so tired of all the rude people. its like an epidemic, but i saw on here how wonderful this company was. so i gave them a try, and was GREATLY disappointed. they were rude and even though i made an appointment they made me fell like i was interrupting their day. now like so many who need home medical equipment i do have mobility issues. but how does that give them the right to be rude, this should be a place that understands, and tries to help instead of making rude remarks. would i recommend this place to anyone..........NEVER

Karen has helped me with my prosthetics since my breast cancer surgery two years ago. Nothing but good to say about everyone who has waited on me and especially Karen, who is sweet, kind, respectful and eager to help.

Would never recommend them to anyone!
