This is a wonderful Wamart where you walk in on level ground to get in the store.You dont have to walk up a hill to get in their store.Their employees are very friendly and they sell almost everything !

Great experience. This store is always full and it takes forever to do anything at the customer service counter. They have covid restrictions right now. Masks required, social distancing, and plastic shields are at the checkouts.

I submitted a pick up order on Sunday 7/25. Gradually over the last couple days Ive realized items from my order are missing. Looking back at the order summary they werent documented as out of stock or substituted. Overall I have five items I didnt not receive all from the frozen foods section. This is not the first time this location has forgotten items from my order. When you submit a pick up order you trust that youll receive all the items you pay for. Sadly this is the closest Walmart to my home. Not sure that I can rely on pick up orders from them anymore.

Curbside service is SLOW, always late! In person shopping is a joke too. Empty shelves, understaffed and the responsible, hard working associates are blaming management. The incompetency of management seems to be systemic throughout the organization. Walmart is now an emergency situation shopping experience and will gladly pay a little more to shop locally.

I had stopped to pick up a new charging cord for my phone. The employee was nice and rang up my items quickly. Several employees spoke to me on the way out. The store was clean. Ive stopped here several times when Im in the area because I know I will get great service here.

They have sooo many options. Didnt try the pizza yet but I did like the zoodles entree I ordered. Definitely need to go back.

Its the best store in the city theyve checked my receipt every time I walk out which is kind of annoying especially when the guy doesnt know how to read a receipt. Other than that its a place to find what you need most likely.

ALL Walmarts are good to shop in! I shop in the one in Catalina Arizona, cause its very close to San Manuel Arizona wheres I call Home!

Cleanest Walmart I’ve been to in a very long time. The customers are clean, friendly, polite and not scary at all. The staff was also clean, friendly, helpful and polite. I felt very safe shopping here and leaving our bikes on the back of our RV while we shopped. They have some shaded covered parking and it looks like they may allow overnight parking if needed. The customer bathroom was small (1 stall), but it was at the front of the store and clean. The store was well-stocked and we were able to get everything we needed.

I feel like walmart in general is declining as a whole. I approached 2 workers asking for help..one was a manager and acted like I was bothering him. I asked for help with locating an item in the pharmacy area to see if it was on the shelf or behind the pharmacy..response..I have no idea youll have to ask a person in pharmacy.. mind you the manager had a hand held computer in hand and didnt even bother to look and see if this item was on a shelf...I have to say more and more of walmart employees are just lazy..the customer service is extremely lacking!!

I usually dont go to wal Mart. On this particular day I was very satisfied with my visit. I found some really good deals and I was in and out fairly quickly.

Im not sure what is with Walmarts customer service it seems no matter how nice you are and how considerate you are to ask for help nobody really helps you or points to a direction it may be I go there because they have a lot of variety and a lot of inventory and I dont want to have to go to 22 stores to find when Im looking for but I may do that just because of their customer service Id rather have customer service than variety because were good does variety do you when you cant find it and you would think they would help seniors more than they would anybody but no matter what time youre there day night still not good customer service but Im only one customer they would lose they still got a million more

Few in person check outs. Crowded and prices were higher than other Walmarts. They take advantage of rural areas. Only a few things were about the same price as more populated areas were they have computation. Poor service. Many items cost twice as much as in large cities, yet transportation cost less than ones in other states. There is no reason why they should not hire more people, the minimum wage is low for the nation. Yet they take advantage of and cause poverty. Why?

This Walmart doesnt honour price guarantee. There was a whole display with the $5 price tag and they refused To honour the $5 price tag.

This location was actually really good. The employees I came in contact with were very nice, they were fast and they had more available times for pick up than the other locations closer to my house. It was worth the pleasant drive and gas spent.

Small walmart in small town. They have problems keeping items on the shelf and it seems like they never have enough registers open.

This was a great Walmart before the pandemic hit. Its not the same in two ways. First, employee work ethic has gone downhill. Newer employees dont know who their managers are. They dont know their names. And some meander around the store doing nothing. If you ask for assistance, they point you where to go, sometimes not even correct with where theyre directing you, and if you ask them to walk with you to find what you need, they give an attitude, as if youre taking them away from their work of meandering.Second, whoever is in charge of regional purchasing needs to be replaced, as they have pulled or changed well selling products for those that dont sell well. For instance, natural products sell very well, like eyes drops by Similasan. This location used to carry them, as well as essential oils, but they pulled both products. Also, they replaced the big bag of Mrs Ts potato and onion perogies with potato and cheese. The potato and cheese variety is the least selling as no Slav in their right mind would eat a perogi with cheese inside of it. Slavs make them out of onion, meat or sour kraut, mixed with potato. Never cheese! But your purchaser seems to think perogies are made for a much larger Americanized market, yet I doubt the purchaser ever ate a perogi in their life.Otherwise, its a nice Walmart. They are generally well stocked, no matter the time of day you shop there. However, it would be nice that you replace your purchaser and have your new managers get to know their employees better. Might help if your managers show the meandering employees how to hussle and build a work ethic. I dont like Walmart in general, but I did like the environment and shopping experience at this Coolidge Walmart until about two years ago

I once had given this store a 5 star rating but for the 3rd time now I have purchased an item that was months past expiration. The first time this happened I was told to go grab another of the same product off the shelf. I discovered that everyone of those products were almost a year past their expiration date. I pointed it out to a manager and they were shocked. They said they would take care of it immediately. Two weeks later I checked and the same expired products were still on the shelf. This time it was a ranch dip 3 months expired. We did not discover this until we had already eaten it and agreed it tasted funny. We all got upset stomachs and so I checked the date. I just bought it the day before and sure enough. I am beyond upset right now.

Service was okay. Food was a BIG let down. The grown up grilled cheese is a great idea but lacks flavor. The biscuits and gravy were bland.

In June I bought an window air conditioner,also purchased the warranty at checkout.The unit broke down,they wouldnt honor the warranty,nor would they file a claim with the manufacturer for me.What is their warranty good for?

I have been picking up my groceries at the Coolidge Walmart location since March of 2020. We are an elderly couple with several reasons to try and stay away from people until the Corona Virus is controllable. I just feel compelled to write and compliment every single associate that have delivered my groceries to my car during this time. Whatever training they received believe me it was a success. They always do their job way above and beyond what is expected of them and with a smile on their face. I hope they all get a nice raise for all their hard work.

Rude pharmacy staff. Called to say I was waiting in the pick up area but designated number goes to voicemail. When I called the pharmacy directly, the lady put me on hold immediately without giving me the opportunity to speak.I went to the pickup outside because the phone recording said they close at 7pm when in fact they close at 6pm. When I said they need to fix it she said no, that’s not my job.VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!

Getting glasses here was awesome! Safe and clean with very knowledgeable help. Consuela was a big help to us, showing the different options we had. Choosing the Nikon lens that darkens inside the car was a great decision and my husband loves the clarity. DEF not cheap but after wearing them just a few days made the old VA plastic lens head to the trash. And I would gladly pay again (400 bucks AND military discount yay) for this quality. And BTW Walmarts shop at home and then pickup ROCKS!

Great store but was there about 9:50pm 10 minutes before they close and an announcement came over the intercom stating they were closing in 10 minutes. Shortly after as Im making my way to the front of the store an employee (woman in here 50s to 60s) walked past the aisle I was in and quickly stopped and came back to tell me they are closing and that I need to make my selection and go check out immediately. I went to the front of the store to meet my wife and once with her find out the lady said the same thing to my wife. We were both well aware the store was closing and felt this lady just wanted everyone to get out so she could go home. Whether she had a rough day or not its not her job to rush customers out. Wont be going back to this location anytime soon.

When I first came here I was a skeptic. I didnt understand how or why they only had chicken fingers. But, they know what they are excellent at and these chicken fingers are freaking delicious! And the sauce is fantastic, too. My husband and I usually get the chicken finger sandwiches because we like the bread its served on, but whatever you get is sure to be good!

I Love the cheap prices at Wally World/Walmart Super Center.

Store is clean, staff are mostly friendly. Wish they did less stocking in the day but everything is weird right now so whatevs. Mostly well stocked. They keep the decent booze behind the cigarette checkout though so if you are short, you better have an idea of what you want or bring some one tall with you to tell you whats back there.

This one has alot, kinda out of the way. Always stocked up.
