The cleanest, neatest grocery store I’ve been to in a long time. I usually see management somewhere in the store, working alongside employees and greeting customers. The zoning is impeccable at this location! I used to be responsible for zoning at closing shift at Target so I know the work it takes. 🤩 I love shopping here.

Had no problem checking out.Did self checkout so didnt have interaction with employees.But not a bad experience

Always find good deals. The just for u app saves me lots of money that I can use towards gas or in-store purchases. I am always redeeming free groceries and house hold items through my just for u app. I love shopping here

Unfortunately, the Just For U codes are not all updated in their computers on a weekly basis. With or without using the digital coupons or carrying the printed copy, I am frequently charged incorrectly and have complained several times. Even though I have been told I know but we cannot help it if the computer has a different price downloaded to it. Even without the use of coupons, one has to watch their charges as they are inaccurate frequently. I will move on to another grocery store.

Got charged wrong for the sodas that are 4 for 12.00 with a 25.00 minimum purchase. I got 3 Pepsi and 1 Dr pepper and was charged for 4 Pepsi and 1 Dr pepper which came up as 6.99. why would anyone pay 6.99 for a 12 ok of soda. I live 9 miles away and didnt notice till I got home that I was charged wrong. I should of checked it before I drove off but was in a hurry with all my cold items. But all the sodas were on the belt so I dont know how I could have been charged wrong when the cashier had to pass each 12 pk over the scanner and I only had 3 Pepsi and 1 Dr pepper. Now I have to drive 18 miles round trip for 6.99 plus tax cause some people dont know how to do their job right.

I Love Safeway Store all the Staff are very Friendly as well as Helpful every time I shop there. Ive been a customer of the Safeway Pharmacy for approximately 20 years. I enjoy how they know me and address me by my name. I fill like I am a part of the Safeway Family.

My favorite grocery store. Until they stopped providing my favorite beer. Dale pale ale. Eliminating a need for me to shop there. Especially with walmart being next door and less expensive.

Safeway is clean, pleasant to shop at, and has excellent quality products.....however.... I get ready tired of sale items being out of stock, signs in the wrong places etc. If I hadnt been paying attention I would have been overcharged $30!!!!!

So so. Employee directed us to the wrong area for soup beans. No where where they should have been. We found them in completely different area from normal stores. Only go here on a quick stop. Prices to high for the normal customers.

Did a Western Union money remittance here! Terrible experience! Mary took my information for an international remittance and screwed it up! Had to come back the following day for her to fix the issue and said she cannot do anything in her system! When WU said they could have done it at the store and gave me a refundand redo the transaction again. Obviously Mary does not know what shes doing an prete ded that she does. It took 3 days for me to do a simple transaction for her screw up! Nice job Mary!

Clean and organized. Hands down the best place to grocery shop in Coolidge. Cashiers are fast, accurate and friendly and management is superb. Rented one of their rug doctors and went home to find out it was broken, manager gave me my money back and gave me a free 24 hrs with a new machine. A+ all around!

This Safeway. Usually is a pretty good experience. Just try and go thru Gabys line. Shes as cute as she is friendly...

Hardly ever shop here. But when I do, its usaully clean, short lines and organized, it has a nice flow to it. The soda is expensive though, which isnt that great. Go here for fruits and vegetables. They always have the best.

Normally a five star, but when they no longer carry an item that I really like I have bring it down a star.

Selection isnt as good as other stores because of its location. Sometimes help or assistance is hard to find. Still prefer their products over Walmart anyday though. Especially in produce and meat.

This Safeway is the best around, with many high quality offerings in meat, produce and dairy.

Good prices and fresh cuts of meat. Butcher readily available if needed.

I love going here..

I have always shopped at safeway but the last two visits I’ve had horrible customer service. They seem to not train their cashiers on customer service. I was paying while carrying my one year old son in my arms and the cashier asked if I could hand her a box of diapers from the bottom of my cart. She clearly saw I had my son in my arms and did not bother to offer help, seeing how I was struggling to get the box out that was trapped behind a case of water. On top of the eye rolling from the cashier and no greeting. They definitely need to train their staff in being more courteous. Definitely will not be using safeway as my primary grocery store anymore.

Hats off to Coolidge Safeway. I bought a four pack of thin cut t-bone steaks for mothers day and paid right around eleven dollars for all four. They have to be some of the best steaks Ive ever purchased. Tender, juicy. Thank you for making my moms mothers day one to remember. She liked them so much she wants me to cook up the other two for dinner the next day. Everyone in this store are always so friendly and helpful. Again thank you.

Pharmacy staff is very nice and remembers me after just a couple visits.

I just left Safeway a while ago after grabbing a few grocery items. The store in Coolidge, AZ always appears clean and the staff are nice and most of them follow policy well, which I mean good customer service skills. Ive worked with the public most of my life and have been in management too, so I know, all too well, how good customer service skills with a smile is a must regardless if youre in a hurry or not or made a mistake. Today I did not receive a smile from staff. I was very polite and always say thank you. I was told I entered my card information wrong which I knew I didnt and my order was double what it shouldve been. The problem was quickly resolved and I never received an apology or smile. I said thank you and pushed my cart out of the store feeling like another number.

Great, close, excellent grocery shopping. Full, friendly service including deli, bakery, pharmacy, butcher and floral. Checkout willing to open new lanes before getting too busy and carry outs are very friendly and helpful but no tipping is allowed. About 95% of the grocery items I want are available and the vegetables are always fresh. Restroom is easy to reach and the overall the store is clean and accessible. The aisles are wide enough to accommodate 2 shopping carts with extra room except during the holidays when displays are placed in the aisles and the store is busiest. Overall a great shopping experience.

Safeway was awesome because they were very clean & professional, I didnt feel like I was being followed or stalked like the Wal-Mart workers do. One day me & my dad went in Safeway & we didnt have a mask for the covid 19 procedure that everyone had to obey. well all the stores like circle k sells them for pretty expensive like $10 for 5 masks. But a Safeway worker, very clean cut and polite answered my question when I asked him where I could find a mask! He said come over here, so I followed him to customer service and he reached behind the counter and pulled out a brand new mask still in the wrapper, my heart melted. It was so thoughtful of him and still til this day I cant ever forget it. It was a red headed guy kinda short at the Coolidge Safeway.

The store was exceptionally welcoming and clean.. almost a breath of fresh air when I entered.. never have been to a Safeway before.. it was. y 1st time and I must say that all the employees were kind and seemed knowledgeable of the products i asked about and where to find them.. All and all is was a pleasant experience and I will be shopping there again soon.
