I bought some chicken bites today. Never again the combo #1 was absolutely horrible. The chicken was under cooked. Im just sticking to the ice cream.

Worst blizzard I have ever had. I should have read the reviews. They only put toppings on the top and didnt mix any in. The texture of the ice cream was not correct. What a rip off. It was so bad I didnt eat it.

I finally got better service here in the way of time it took to prepare order and food quality. But, instead of going in and ordering for 4 or 5 adults, I drove through and ordered 2 Blizzards. Get your moneys worth by buying a large, because a small is only pennies less. Customer service is still lacking.

We ordered 4 twist cones and a pup cup. Perfect! Roxy loves her pup cup.

Yesterday, Tuesday, May 12 we ordered 2small oreo mint blizzards. The bill came to $10.57 and we asked how much does a small blizzard cost? The girl checked and said $4.69 (wow - $1.00 more than the advertised price for small blizzards elsewhere! If the Coolidge Dairy Queen charges more than other Dairy Queens, they will soon be out of business. Please do answer with the same response for each of the other reviews because we will not be back.

Over charged $5 even after cashier was told it wasn’t the right price of the cake

I hate to say it, but typical Coolidge franchise story. Started out good and then it falls apart. On three separate occasions we have been disappointed. First time we were going to treat our family to Dilly Bars, only to find out they were out. Strike 1. Second time we had another craving, this time it was brownies. And they were out. Settled for a cone. Strike 2. Third and last visit. We went to order the Animal Cookie Blizzard. Guess what, they were out. Changed it to Cookie Batter Blizzard instead. Guess what, they were out. This time they left the microphone on and we could hear the employees laughing, presumably at their failure to maintain inventory of popular items. That was strike 3. We will NOT return to Coolidge DQ. Unfortunately, its just a matter of time before this town loses another franchise.

Just got two banana splits and they were half frozen and just a little dab of whipped cream for the price they charge you think they can make fresh ones and afford to use a little more cream..not good for a company in a small town lost my business

No food at this one. So I ordered the Chocolate strawberry shake. It was too runny. I asked the young girl for a lid that my spoon could go in...she hands me a lid for a soft drink that will only rip apart and be pointless. Then hands me a cone lid with no hole. So I try and explain the lid to her..And shes confused and says no. Look get better customer service skills. make a freaking hole then. That shot will spill all over the car. Since it was already runny. Worse DQ, worse customer service. This whole town needs an attitude adjustment. lol

Take orders really good

Went through drive thru received wrong size. Not good business to give people less than than what they pay for.

Drove 20 miles to get a banana split. Out of bananas. Ordered a new brownie item. Out of brownies. Settled for a hot fudge sunday. Could have gotten that 13 miles closer at the Sonic.

Service was ok but not really using precautions for covid-19

Warning; Make sure you receive your order by checking your receipt. Cashiers are very forgetful. The management refused to honor our receipt. The only way they would honor our receipt was to have the manager look at the security video of the transaction. They forgot my club sandwich on one day until I presented my receipt to collect what I paid for. Next they forgot ice cream. Next, they forgot another ice cream for 2.79. My review went from 5 stars down to 1. This place is going downhill fast.

Great food and desserts

They cant seem to get my shakes right! Always giving me smoothies yuck!

Aside from the fact that they pay people to up their star count (local guides, as does taco bell, sonic, mcdonalds, subway and pizza hut) they close early when they feel like it. Give the wrong orders and blame the customer, even when the receipt shows they are wrong. The town of coolidge, has some of the worst options and worst franchises when it comes to dining. Its better to just drive 30 minutes to another city.

Chocolate ice cream in my wife’s brownie dough blizzard was bad tasted old and like it had been refrozen 12 times don’t eat the chocolate ice cream

It is nice to have Dairy Queen in this small town. Selections that this place offers are not bad. Great place to stop by for sweets/treats.

Almost 40 min wait for 2 hot dogs and 2 sodas.... Saw 6 people walk out before they even ordered. Absolutely ridiculous. Talked to another couple waiting, we figured they went to grocery store to buy the hot dogs. I think the cashiers fake eye lashes were in her way. Ordered 2 sodas. 1 coke and 1 root beer.... Took her 3 tries to get it right.... They wont be here very long. And when we finally got the hot dogs, they were cold. Had to have her microwave them. Just awful!!!!

Just got a mini-blizzard. Quick service. Tasty little blizzard. Tables and chairs are wobbly (need to be adjusted). They have a short food menu (I think 4 items), but good ice cream menu (normal DQ).

New location. Sort of a lord of the flies vibe to the place. Lots of people standing around waiting for who knows what while it takes 20 minutes to get a small cone and a small blizzard. 2 groups of customers in front of us with 5 total items ordered. Another group of 4 came in 10 minutes after us and had their items before our small cone and blizard. Service is lousy, if you havent picked up on that yet.Clearly they must have one person in the back hand churning the ice cream here.With up to 9 people standing around during our trip youd think the store would be spotless, but its not. You can see the shake mixer from the front and it was covered in mix. God only knows how bad the rest of the area is you cant see.We were looking forward to this store opening but clearly its going to take some time before we try them again. Maybe after the kids go back to school and they hire competent help.Sonic is close. Well keep going there for now.

Ridiculous !Wanted to try one of their new blizzards and when I took a bite it was nasty so I tried to give it back and asked if I could receive a different one something I’ve already tried before and the worker was extremely rude and said I would have to buy a whole new one ! I feel like that is so unnecessary as I wasn’t trying to keep the one I had and get a second one I wanted to give it back and receive a whole different one all together! just crazy never coming back !

Like always at the DQ loved it. Servicers treated us just great. Shakes were wonderful.

Newly opened, so still working out the bugs. One blizzard ok, the other too soft & they new it because they didnt turn it upside down.

They are clean, efficient, well staffed and regularly get my order wrong or forget a topping. The drinks are not always the same and the employees are very appolagetic and very helpful. They try really hard but still screw up my order somehow.I am giving 4 stars because they try hard and the restraunt is well run. I am Hoping the inconsistent prepared drinks are just a product of the new location. Honestly its been 6 months DQ should have this under control by now!!! But other that the small missing things. They are helpful, clean, and eager for more.

Love DQ just wish they sold Burgers and other fried menu items like the others and offered the lunch specials with dessert included.

Certainly there are telltale signs that it is a new restaurant and new staff. Female at register was disoriented with register, and had difficulty finding the items on the screen - very understandable given she is new. They were very busy, but they delivered the food to our table (which I assume is not the norm) and was attentive to the eating area. Tables were kept clean, and we were asked a few times if we needed anything. The floors were a bit dirty, but I think this could be expected at the end of the day in an ice cream joint. We only had ice cream, and cannot attest to the food quality. Ice cream quality was on par with other Dairy Queens, if not exceeded. Prices are a bit high, but again, expected for Dairy Queen.

Horrible customer service, after a long wait.. and still waiting I asked the cashier how her day was going and she literally glared at me and slammed the window in my face (we were in the drive through) didn’t even comment or say hello or anything. not to mention, when we got our order, my sisters banana split had no banana in it and there was like 1/2 a cup of pineapple juice in the container. Strawberries were old and mushy. I called and requested to speak with a manager, he was very rude and started arguing with me, he did offer me my money back, and to remake the order, but still yet, you don’t argue with the customer. It’s just disrespectful. I will never go back, nor will I recommend anyone go there.
