The late hour of our shopping spee date, was ruined by our impulsiveness to have fun at the local super store. i also miss the Greeters position at thee Walmarts. A Smile can be seen even through a mask. If you know what I mean... thats all for now. Have a great rest of your day.

Hey Wal*Mart Corporate!This stores filled with unopened boxes of stock thats been piled up for several weeks now! Check out the photo, when these piles start falling on customers someones gonna get hurt!Please pay a little more to the stock guys so we can buy your products!If this is typical of your stores, and Ive seen it is a couple locations now, theres going to be a numbers miss!I love to shop at Wal*Mart, but its getting very hard to navigate the aisles. Shelfs are empty, and aisles full of pallets of product. Somewhere some smart manager must be thinking...What if we paid a bit more?Update - 2 weeks later and little improvement, more empty shelfs... Added a photo or 2 of the shoe department. Sales are going to be way low as products are in boxes piled everywhere. Where is this stores management? Corporate backup team? Wow.

Nothing is ever stocked they are always out of everything. They stop you at the exit and want to mark your receipt with a marker. The person marking the receipt is coming in contact with everyone who comes out The door so if one person has covid they are sharing it with everyone else not My idea of social distancing thanks for spreading covid

Didnt find everything we were looking for. No tart cherry juice. Found everything else. Did self checkout and no problems there. Camping on the dunes, so great place to get supplies. Will use again.

We are encouraged to bring in our own bags. But if you do that you have to bag your purchases.

Knowing that there is a severe shortage of employees, it was a relief to find such good customer service.I was helped by Sam, who was very helpful and VERY knowledgeable. Ive been to Walmarts where they dont know how to put my paychecks onto my PayPal card. She was kind and efficient.This is the third time Ive gone to this specific Walmart and it has always been a pleasant experience and people are very helpful.However, people need to understand that employees are hard to come by right now. So when you complain about no customer service or no employees to be found just keep that in mind. Maybe even apply for the job.

This is the best Walmart Ive ever seen! Huge selections, more choices. Friendly staff. I dont like the move toward cashless transactions. It makes people with cash only stand in long slow moving lines. Other than that excellent rating!!

Acceptable prices on things I need. They used to have more selection. For whatever reason they reduced the choice on so many items. I wish they still had the large selection but I understand the space a large selection takes up and the overhead on housing those products that dont sell quickly. Sales analysis will tell what products are worth keeping and what sits too long. I get the financial reason to cut back on selection and only keep what sells quickly but this benefits the business more than the customer. Large selection benefits the customer especially when the customer becomes bored with the items available and seeks something different. Lack of selection in the local store will force online shopping. That said, this area lacks shopping options so Im glad we have a Walmart. There are things I can get only there because I live here and dont have time to drive the two hours to Eugene. Living here in Coos County is wonderful but not if you need to constantly shop. But thats OK. Shopping centers pave over nature and draw in traffic and crowds. We dont need that here. But we do need to keep our Walmart.

Drove up here to this Walmart because I got to my vacation house and found that I forgot my laptop charger for my work computer. I wasnt sure whether they would have it but I was hoping for a universal charger or something to be able to get on to my computer. Unbelievably they totally came through! They had a USB-C type laptop charger that was 100 watts and only cost $39. Totally reasonable price and super happy that Walmart came to the rescue.

I had to transfer rx from eagle point. They said it would take 1 hour. It took less than 5 minutes. Crazy never heard of. So impressed with everyone involved. Very nice too.....

Got better customer service here than I did at the local napa auto. Thank you walmart for the headlight bulbs

Not a good experience. I came from California to buy a motorhome and visit family. Stopped here to get food and supplies, was harassed by security, customers were more helpful finding what I need than employees were. One employee was very kind and helpful. His name is Josh, such a nice young man.

Always appreciate Wally World. Our high light was watching this automated floor sweeper! Yes. We found everything we needed.

Was not impressed by how dumb people are. My aunt whom is disabled had to scan her own items until I was able to help her. There was only ONE LANE OPENED it was the 20 items or less and it was loaded with people wanting to get their items checked out. If it was my store 20 items can check themselves out and let the disabled go to a check stand. No ONE thinks of this right.

All departments are great but the auto center. Never have had a good experience with that department.For being so short staffed and stressed all the other employees are pleasant and friendly.

Average Walmart experience but it is a little older the parking lot gets extremely busy. It seems to be quite a few homeless people out at exits panhandling and harassing shoppers, but thats what you get at Walmarts everywhere.

Being able to shop online, and then just go pick it up, has been a huge help to me. I am a disabled person and this made it so much easier. I appreciate it

I brought a printer back that had a glitch. With receipt in hand I headed to customer service and waited patiently while the customer in front of me was promptly taken care of.. My turn! Quick, easy, painless and OUT all in about 15 minutes or less!!! Thanks Walmart employees, 98% of the time I have a good experience with your help and kindness.

Empty shelves, long lines, two check-outs which then forces everyone with full baskets into the self-check-outs! Ive pretty much stopped shopping at Walmart and was here with other family members.Door greeters were very friendly!

It has nothing to even do with the employees, but the bottom of the gene pool in Coos County who shop there.I most likely just now, taught people how to spell the word, zero.Its what is less than one, for those who did not already know.

Walmart has to be the best store Ive asked in a while. Specialty stores are fun but Walmart is that and extremely practical as well. If you need it in s pinch 8 xs 10 they have it! On the shelf! Hard to beat!

The service is slow theirs no checkers. The ladys who do check us out are super nice and I feel sorry for them. Now that Oregon has opened back up maybe less people should have there shopping done for them. Those extra workers could get back to the registers and stocking the shelves.

Shopping at this walmart is exasperating. I drive over 50 miles to get there, then there is very little product on the shelves. Is this across the country or just local to this store? The merchandise is stacked down the isles and is getting worse.

1st - I shop local if I can.2nd - they are having an awful time hiringAs a result, nothing is stocked, the whole store/aisle are an OSHA issue just waiting for a lawsuit. Employees are stressed out. They really have a “that’s not my job” attitude.3rd - the knowledgeable dudes in electronics are the only reason this location gets more than one star.I have often had questions, and even if the product is not Available they will let me know how to purchase and where.

Walmart store there were no issues. Lots to choose from and friendly staff. The McDonalds though was a nightmare. Masks were required to step 5 feet and order. While putting the mask on and trying to hear my 9 year old daughter tell me what she wanted (who was wearing her mask) this worker yelled (yes yelled) at me to wear it properly. Never have I been yelled at in front of my kid at a McDonalds. She was upset at how this boy employee was acting. Definitely avoid until the mask mandate is over. Not worth the rude behavior. The other lady working there was kind. Too bad you cant get good customer service these days!! Also people need to chill. Its 2021 NOT 2020. We have vaccines.

Cashiers and fitting room attendants were very helpful.. I had not gone clothes shopping for myself inane, many, years. Walart is still on top of its game:)thanks guys.

Typical Walmart. Very crowded with parking lot with some strange characters and broken down cars, trailers and motor homes (hope those dont ruin it for others needing an overnight). Empty shelves with boxes stacked all over, some reaching heights of 10+.

Its a Walmart. Its the one-stop shop where you can also run into everyone from high school and have awkward conversations you didnt want to have while annoyingly blocking the entire aisle. The prices are great, the meat is not. Do not buy the meat.

They are always so patient with us late comers! They are never rude and im almost always showing up within the last 30 minutes before they close! So nice!

The employees are wearing masks but there are people in the store not wearing masks. Employees are courteous and helpful. Overall the store could be cleaner.

The store is a mess. Pallets of stock everywhere! Employees dont wanna help you at all. And now it appears we all work for them as they only have self checkouts. You would think that if you gotta be the checker youd at least get a discount. Ill pay a little more and go to Fred Meyer from now on.

Great experience for shopping. Has really cheap prices for most items, and sells pretty much everything. They have a really cheap oil change station which is a better deal than doing it yourself. Best shopping in town! 9/10

Went into the Coos Bay Walmart with a fairly simple list if items to buy. Didnt find a single item. Most poorly stocked Walmart Ive ever been to. Wish there was a lower rating than 1 star.

I bought tires for my suburban @ their online site after mngr.recomendation and they refused to mount them on my vehicle?I had to pay Stampers in Coquille $138.00.They are supposed to put them on and service the tires for the life of the tires too.@$1000.00 for 4 they should right.Still have Not been able to catch their mngr. of that department for comment on why his staff refused service to my vehicle on this matter..@5mnths ago!

Excellent store close to beach,marina etc. Will let you park overnight. But do note towards end of summer every year they run everyone out and only allow 1 night stay.

Closed at 11. Failed to lock doors or stop me from shopping for almost 10 minutes. Despite going past numerous staff. Even greeters on my way in. At 11:20pm... Then got yelled at and told to leave by some guy. When I begged to be able to just pay for my dog food and diapers they proceeded to threaten me with police if I stayed. And no they wouldnt let me buy anything.

Always fast and kind at the pharmacy and willing to answer questions about medications. They will also help with the vitamins and point you in the right direction for what youre looking for

There was alot of stuff that needed to be put out. Its Sat. And stuff needs to be out on shelves. I drove from Florence because I heard it was a great Walmart. I wasnt impressed. I know people are short on employees though so I am sure thats what is causing the problem.

Grocery side is awesome always find what I need, last few times theyre a lot of empty shelves in the other sections but overall good

Well,... its Walmart. Some days are good, fast and full of helpful staff, and some other days are not. Still cant hide the fact that most likely you will find what you are looking for at a low price, at any time of the day.

So I did order a lot of food. But have to note that the shopper I had was given permission to substitute some items and chose not to. So no bananas or corn dogs. Might be issue with being trained that way for good reasons. I just dont see why. Also they like to substitute with walmart brand a lot. Thats no surprise. But id have rather paid more for a better water than have their brand. At least where I live. But I didnt have to waist time going in so thats worth it. No real complaints.

Have almost everything you would need. Always packed. Low in health food options.

I needed a sander and called several of the hardware stores. They were out of them, but of course Walmart had one. Thank goodness we have a Walmart in our town.

Ive been to a few KOAs, however this was wasnt as fun as others. Very windy. (I wonder if its like this often. Almost blew my tent away! There were camping spots open, however I was given the worst campsite out of the 5 empty ones. Firepit was broken, tent area had large roots, and not evenly flat. Small playground.I dont think I will go back here again.

Seems to be getting some of the freight put up. The clearance isile actually had a couple items that were priced for clearance.

For a supercenter this is probably one of my least favorite Walmarts and I have been too many Walmart supercenters they have little to no selection on many items especially in womens clothing and shoes.

Employee training needs improvements, as I asked about how to use Walmart pay and careless withdrawal questions at the money center and got no help at all. Besides that, the prices and variety of products available are good. And having McDonalds conveniently located at grocery side entrance is a plus on the occasions we go shopping while hungry.

Apparently the ship has come in, while theyre every associate with packing and unpacking boxes to put on the shelves this is a great Walmart supercenter its large and even in the Portland area where you cannot get a bicycle you could get one there, very well stock. Put you walking shoes on if you cam here. It has both groceries and the Department Store. This Walmart rivals any Walmart from the Southern States.

So much cleaner than so Cal wally worlds. Plenty of creeps, creatures, dope fiends and street urchins to keep you amused and worried about your car and contents.

There was a lady in clothing dept. to ask questions and was very nice. Had to return radio and I had receipt . There was no problem.

Literally services unavailable all the time.. wanted to buy a phone but I had to wait till someone licensed was there to sell me one and even then couldnt get a definite answer on if they would even be in today cause they make their own schedule.. go in to use their money center where their hours clearly State 8am to 8pm Monday through Saturday and its 4:30 on a Thursday and its closed.. with limited places to do these kind of things in this area and it being one of the biggest you think itd be less of a disappointment

The place was not terribly crowded. They had tons of stock in the aisle, waiting to be put away. The employees were not very helpful and it was hard to find merchandise.

Clean store. Helpful and friendly employees. Well stocked even on busy weekend. Bathrooms large and clean, located up front. Cashier was very friendly and pleasant. Plenty of cashiers and self check-out options. Everyone masked in store for covid precautions.

Our WalMart in coos bay is absolutely ridiculous. All the aisles and most of their products are blocked by all the boxes they have out and not in storage. Its extremely difficult to push a wheelchair or even a cart thru the store. They need to get off their butts and make things more accessible. They only keep 2 registers open for cash, all the self checkouts are card only.

Walmart has everything you need. It is the only place to shop for many in our area. The section on ethnic foods is very good. Also do most of my plant shopping there.

Its Walmart. Busy and a few empty shelves here and there. There was a ton of product sitting in the isles waiting to be stocked so thats a good sign, I guess. At least there shouldnt be any shortages in the near future. Kind of a hassle trying to get around though. Other than that the store was pretty clean and organized. Quite a few people in the store but most of them were using self checkout. There were only two registers open other than self check and they were four or five deep waiting to check out. Its Walmart.

Very disappointed with electronics staff. Two employees talking to one elderly lady. I had to interrupt just to get help. Employee was rude and forgot her customer service skills when I asked about a certain laptop. She then told me that of the nine laptops on display, only two were in stock. What? If they arent in stock why even put them out. Thats why I buy online to avoid this stupidity.

Not a bad Walmart. It was easy to get to. Was able to do quick in and out. We were able to find three dresses for a funeral. I kinda let my kids pack for me bad idea. Then if mom needs a new dress kids do to as there teens. We were able to do this in 10 min. Only thing is I wish dressing rooms were open
