My battery died in the parking lot. I asked to test the battery. He said it was a bad battery and a new battery is 199.00. I asked him if he can charge the battery or is there anything he can do to help me start the car back. He said no and went back inside. So I was stuck in the parking lot. Im glad I didnt tip!

I was at the store the other day to get new windshield wipers. Rahsean was the one who helped me and I have to say how absolutely DELIGHTFUL he is. Extremely friendly, very kind, and actually educated me/showed me how to change out my wipers. He was helping everyone in the store and had such a warm and positive spirit, and truly cared about assisting people. One of the best encounters I’ve ever had at a store!!!! Will be back for future needs!

I got what I needed, certain conversations betweens co workers should be left in the break room

I was confronted with an extremely rude worker, not sure of his name but it started with a CA. We were civil with him and wanted to pickup an order we placed online. Every-time I go to this location he is not wearing a mask and has a nasty attitude. After this scene I will be taking my business to a store which actually has employees with basic customer service skills.

Two years ago great walked in today a manager I believe eg or what ever I tried to exchange a ac pro that clearly was labeled their product and was very rude and condescending to me in 92 degree whether trying to exchange a defective product

One of the worst stores to shop. I have tried lots of times but never bought a single screw. The reason is extremely poor customer service and speaking another language and dont even care about other people.

The employees are always messing around never doing there job. They are yelling across the store just haveing regular conversations while costumers wait in line. Always unhelpful an never know what there doing i asked or a retaining clip for my axle an the guy behind the counter brings a c clamp an a tie rod fork. I had to pull up what I needed on my phone to show it an he still couldnt figure it out. When I rent tools they never know what comes in the kits or what the tools are they always make me look at the sheet of tools an then ask me what the number on it is. As im writing this ive been on hold for 20 min without talking to anyone.I called back an told them how long I had been waiting an they just said okay what do you need if you can just drive alittle ways up the road there is an advanced auto they actually know what there talking about an give good service

Good spot to pick up auto parts and different items for your vehicle at a reasonable price. But there customer service leaves a lot to be desired, hard to get help and slow getting checked out.

Always seem to have what I need. The only knock is that the store is in a strip mall and usually crowded enough that theres not enough cashiers to ring up customers.

Did not have the part I wanted a simple fuse as well as the employees are stretched very thin because there is only ever two working at a time and they never know what your talking about I would like to be confident that the person I want to ask a question at least knew about vehicles

I didnt like the customer service. They did not help me at all to find what I was looking for. They stood around talking and never came over once to ask if I needed help which I did need assistance. They are like that EVERYTIME I go there. I dont think i would be going to that store in the future. Get it together guys!!

Place is filled with idiots.. walking around doing nothing while I was waiting in line to pay.. one guy had his ear plugs in listening to music while the so called manager was yelling for him to open a register.. never going hack

Worst service ever. I pasted by the store at 5:45pm and asked the guy behind the counter do you have a machine screws like this. He said nope dont got it. I say, you sure can you put it in the system and pull up that name, maybe you do. He said nope. Even if we had it I wouldnt know how to find it. I said what?!!! He you can look in row 6 tho. So...I went into row 6. I found the bolt but it was a different threading, I needed fine threading. So I went back to him and said listen I found the bolt but its the wrong threading. Can you pull up you bolt that I found and see what other version of this bolt that you may have? He said nope we dont have it. Ok. I said to him, you said you didnt have it before and I found it. Now that I found it you would see if you have different version of it in the back cause its not in the front. At this time I was so aggravated that I just put the bolt back cause I couldnt use that thread and just walked out. Plus on top of that the store got employees playing music on their phones as they walk through the store...very unprofessional. I was so angry they couple not even help me that I just went to pepboys...and I never got to pepboys. Now I guess I and my friends will have to from now on. Thanks for nothing.

Nice place for car parts

THESE PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING. I went in today to get axels, after putting the driver side on, I noticed that they gave me the wrong one for the passenger side. THIS IS THE 3rd TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. A few weeks behind I called them to see if they had a part in the store, they had told me they did when I went in (no more that an hour passed by) they told me that they didnt have it. I spent almost an hour there because they were trying to look for it when it was right in front of their face. Every time I go in I have a horrible experience. These people need to hire a completely different crew (ONES THAT ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING) Im never going to them again. I hate having to waste my time. I hate this place.
