Jessie I guess shes the store manager, shes really good. Never seen anyone before helping the customer like she literally calculated the discount and gave it. Amazing!!!

Should be one star but added a another due to everyone being new with Covid. But I came here with my daughter for a Covid test (we booked 2 days ago) that she needed in order to get back to school. I come to find out that I made a typo with her birthday. This seems like such a minor problem but Walgreens said they were unable to make changes and unable to provide a walk in testing to move forward. My only option was to make another appointment after 2 days…The unwillingness to help in this situation was poor customer service. I will no longer be coming to Walgreens for anything Covid related.

Imagine having a manager that doesn’t know how to void a transaction.

My daughters pediatrician called in two prescriptions this morning at 10 am. I called the pharmacy at 10:50 am to inquire if they were ready. I was told they did not receive the prescriptions. I called the doctors office about it. They called me back and said the prescriptions were sent in a second time and the nurse spoke w/ a member of the pharmacy staff who confirmed receipt and stated they were working on it. So a little after 11 I go inside and speak with the same woman I originally spoke to on the phone. She said yet again they have nothing. I end up explaining to 3 staff members that the doc office sent prescriptions twice and confirmed receipt but the pharmacy insists otherwise. The pharmacist just shook her head and didnt even say a word to me. They also refused to call the doctor office. This was all humiliating as they were doing this to me in front of several other customers. I told them the situation was ridiculous, the doctor office and pharmacy are insistent of their side of the story and Im the middleman who has no ability to rectify the problem and I just want them to speak with the doc office directly so I can get meds for my child. The lady at the counter insisted on arguing. I told her to forget it, I would have the meds called in to our regular pharmacy. Literally as soon as I leave I get an email from Walgreens notifying me that her prescriptions are ready. Completely baffling. Having a sick kid is frustrating enough, but having to convince a Walgreens pharmacy that they truly have my childs prescriptions adds unnecessary and completely avoidable stress. I stopped using Walgreens regularly about two years ago, but for location convenience had my kids meds called in here today. It just re-defined to me why I made the decision to stop using Walgreens. On top of everything, I let my kiddo check out the toy isle on the way out and there was a massive cockroach running along the shelf. I wont return to this store ever again. The only positive aspect was the friendly lady at the checkout counter who greeted us.

The pharmacy and also the rest of the staff are wonderful. I have been filling prescriptions and shopping here for 15 years. The pharmacy staff have helped me countless times in both complex and routine situations. Honestly dont know where Id be sometimes without their help. Thank you!

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for 16 yrs. Always friendly, and fast. Most employees the same that have always been there which I like. They know me by name and have been there for me thru sickness and health💕

Pharmacy staff here is SO RUDE. I have never dealt with a worse pharmacy staff than I have at this store. Just switched 8 prescriptions over from them to other pharmacies because I’m tired of dealing with such incompetent and just plain rude staff members.

I love this pharmacy!! The pharmacists not only remember my name, but help me find the best prices on prescriptions my insurance doesnt cover. SO thankful for them!

Very Friendly and helpful staff.

Great experience. I live in Houston and use my local Walgreens there exclusively.Recently, I had back disc replacement surgery in Dallas and stayed with my in-laws for the recovery period.I called this Walgreens ahead of time to make sure they could and would handle a new prescription of pain medications. The Pharmacist Jo looked up my account in Houston, said ‘no problem’ and even reordered the medicine I would need ahead of time to make sure enough of it was there for me. When my wife went to fill the prescription, they expedited it and it was ready within the hour.Great service. Walgreens, you should be proud of this store’s staff!!

The staff and management is clueless

Liceria was amazing. I had been throwing up for hours and she came and helped me figure out what was going on. She answered every question I had and made me feel more than comfortable when though I was in a clearly uncomfortable position. I would recommend this service to anyone, especially if you are like me and felt like you could leave your home without getting sicker.

I was giving the wrong medicine I have taken for one month until my next refill. So Bad! Welgreen must investigate this. and make sure it will never happen again.

If this isn’t the slowest Walgreens I’ve been to, I don’t know what is. Their service is beyond SLOW. Waited nearly 25 minutes just to pick up a prescription with ONE car in front of me! I had to eventually get out the line and go inside just to get my prescription. Service sucks. Would not recommend going here if you don’t like waiting!

Pharmacy was quick and friendly

Pros: good hours, usually quick in and out service.cons: no pricematch, including their own website.continually asking you to join the loyalty program.nice thing is they usually have what you want and you can get in and out fast.

Incredibly good pharmacy. They know all the details of insurance and can check whatever I need to know. Pharmacists are helpful and knowledgeable. Its a busy place, but the right place to go.

One is the worse Walgreens pharmacy... nobody picks up phone, it takes many attempts and upto 30 mins

Understaffed

The pharmacy is always under staff, they are rude and dont want to help you when you have a question for over the counter medication. I dont recommend coming here, go to the CVS down the street than here.

I like Walgreens, but I really dislike how they sell tobacco and cigarettes. They are a pharmacy which is supposed to support good health, tobacco and cigarettes do nothing positive for the consumers health or anyone exposed to smoke our tobacco. For that reason alone I buy from CVS whenever possible. I have not had a good experience getting prescriptions from cvs, they always give me generic which is not what I want and they dont even ask what I prefer!

Products are pretty typical of a walgreens. Always really clean except for the bathrooms. They were seriously some of the worst. Maybe thats to deter shoplifters but I worry about the workers in the store. I paid 2.05 for a 20oz coke. Staff was average.

Quick and close to the house. Pharmacy is great.

The pharmacy is constantly understaffed. They spend inordinate amounts of time at the drive up window with customers instead of asking them to go inside. Tonight there were 10 cars in line and 10 people in line inside and only one pharmacist one counter and one drive up. This is VERY bad management. Were looking for alternatives for our medications.

I wouldnt go there if it wasnt for the pharmacy. Even they need a tweak or two but Id give the pharmacy staff 4 out of 5. The store is 2 out of 5.

Their pharmacy department is awesome. I went to get some vaccines, which were not found in many cvs and walmarts, and had some issues with insurance. It is supposed to be covered by my plan but in walgreen system it was not. In the end I had to pay for the shots but the manager Jason Kessler spent a long time talking to my insurance company with multiple agents to help me out. It was such a great experience and nowadays it is hard to find such a supportive customer service.

Pharmacist was unwilling to assist us, we are from out of town. Not a very welcoming or supportive pharmacy.

Been waiting for my instant print photos for 40 minutes now. Another woman has been fighting over a holiday calendar misprinted that she has to give as a gift in an hour! Print your photos someplace else!!!

Excellent staff, great selection, fast service

The pharmacy is so under-staffed, good luck getting in and out within 15 minutes just for a drop off. Not the techs fault, just Walgreens not supplying enough people.
