I originally started at the Allen ProSource, and do not recommend that store. I gave ProSource in general another shot by going into the Coppell location (which is actually much closer to me anyway) and I can tell you the staff makes ALL the difference. Kim S. has been helping me and my designer and has been very easy and pleasant to work with. We were able to select tile that was available. There are a lot of items that just arent available right now due to Covid related supply chain issues. As we selected tiles she would go and call the MFG while we were still looking to ensure it was available, if it wasnt she let us know right then so we could move on and select something else, this was a completely opposite experience than I had at the Allen store.

KP and team at the Coppell TX location are AMAZING!!! Just finished my selection process and simply cant stop smiling. The experience was absolutely WONDERFUL and FUN! Im so excited to see the outcome.

I am working on a bath remodel right now. I was able to get my materials really quickly under the current circumstances. This team is great to work with. I worked with KP and Stephanie. I made a few changes to my order and they took it all in stride taking the necessary steps to provide the best customer experience.

He is one of the very few people Ive met that could understand my design vision without myself having to fully explain things in detail and would just get it right away. As a General Contractor it really is true that team work and each member of the team being highly proficient is the only way to do quality work. ProSource is continually my go to on projects because they can help me with their expertise to help our design process and clients achieve the best results at also competitive pricing. Leah in Coppell is always helpful and I have worked with the Fort Worth branch for years.

Great selection and rates for tiles. I thought their collection of tiles were the best compared to the other 5-6 tile shops Ive visited. Worked with Leah Chalfant and she was great to work with, she helped me a find a substitute tile I needed for my shower walls. When you check out samples. you have 48 hrs to return them, but they can work with you if you need more time. Remember to call them to schedule an appointment prior to visiting due to Covid. Ive ran into a lot of places where their hours differ from what their websites said.

Ask for Leah Chalfant when you are doing your home/bathroom remodels and more, my clients love her. Coppell ProSource store is really updated with the best floors and home accessories.

[Update 5/5/21]: ProSource fixed our countertop on 4/9. As of 5/5/2021, the cabinet door latches that the staff forgot to order as part of our cabinet purchase are still missing with no date for estimated delivery and install. Still waiting and hearing “will find time” from the staff and vendors. The cabinets were installed back on 3/26/2021. Let’s see how long it will take before I come back for an update.——Original review from 4/5/21: After 4 months of finalizing agreement and exact spec for our wet bar counter and cabinet design with ProSource and thousands of money paid, our cabinets are missing push mechanism and the installation team installed an incorrectly measured and cut quartz countertop to my wet bar. The countertop is popping out of the corner like an eyesore as pictured. Ive spent countless hours on this renovation to remove the previous wet bar that stuck out of the corner in order to create a modern look flushed to the wall. Well, ProSource slapped it right back regardless of the months weve spent on the spec. When we reported the issue and missing piece, no solution is confirmed. Its been 7 days and Im still waiting to hear back from ProSource as to when the team is going to make the fix according to the agreed-upon spec. I will update here when I receive an update for a solution to replace the countertop to the spec and supply the missing mechanism. So far, Ive only experienced incompetency and do not recommend ProSource.

They have all you need in one place. No need to look further. Ask for Leah she is along with her colleagues very knowledgeable, very great at helping you achieve the look you are wanting. I trust her with my clients and my jobs. If you need to shop late they are open late on Tuesday and Thursday. Please only advice is make your appointment so you get the attention and help you need. Prosource in Coppell is by far the best place for all you interior finishout needs. Ive been going here for about 2 years now and sending my customers here makes my life and the homeowners life so much easier. I highly recommend Prosource and if you end up going ask for KP shell take care of anything your needing.

I thought at first that this would be a good place to work with, however after 2 months and about 4 visits while trying to pick out tile for our Master Bathroom, our account manager Kim told me that because we were in-decisive in the direction we wanted to go with the tile that she no longer had time to deal with us. I am appalled that this took place on a purchase that is not easy to change Tile with as expensive as it is cant be changed easily. It is interesting to me that a company can throw away business/money so easily. We have over 3000 Sq ft in our house and are planning to re do all of our flooring. This is a huge loss of money for them.

I went here to find some tile. Pierre was very helpful and although they didnt have the tile in stock he was able to point me in the right direction and answer some useful questions for me. Ill be sure to go back here in the future because he knew we wouldnt be purchasing the tile here, unless we chose a different tile, but was still so very helpful.
