They broke my gas cap during dps inspection. Do not use inspection service if you want to keep your car safe.

Nasim was rude as hell. He took 30minutes to do an inspection. And then failed it over a lug but missing. But refused to explain why this same shop passed that same lug but missing tire last year. He refused to listen. I’d been going to this shop since 2007, but he has lost my business forever. Over a $20 inspection. Didn’t have to be a jerk about it

They sell non legitimate Texas lottery and Powerball tickets. If you were to actually won, you couldnt claim the winnings. Scam. This should be illegal. Both of these tickets were not legitimate says the system when I pull the data

Nasim is the epitome of an idiot. This guy and whole staff have no customer service skills. Extremely rude, a whatever attitude and leave you waiting while they engage inpersonal conversations. Avoid this place and pass along your business to those who appreciate it.

The inspection technician was more interested in his personal phone call than attending to a customer. The guy stood inside the bay while I was parked out side, clearly waiting to have my car inspected (I was the only customer). He told me I would not pass inspection while my break light was on. I understand I needed to get the break light fixed on my dash board, but the guy never once stopped his personal phone conversation while looking at my car. It was very unprofessional and rude. I ended up not getting my car inspected there and when I drove away, he was still on the same phone call. Not worth saving $5.00 to be treated like an inconvenience. If it were possible to give negative stars, I would. The gas station attendant has even less charm than the technician.

Dont waste your time trying to get a state inspection here. The guy who does it will talk down to you like youre an idiot, which is out of line in my opinion.
