Midtex has always been my go to when I need repair. Ive had my shares in accidents with hitting deers. This time I got rear-ended and had to get the back door and the bumper repaired. After they repaired it, it look like new!! Thanks Kenny, Mike and the wonderful crew! You guys are awesome, always friendly and helpful. And your greeter the cat is so cute!

I needed some repairs done to my car after having been hit on two separate occasions and I was going through my insurance. I had the appointment scheduled from the initial accident when the second accident occurred and thankfully MidTex was able to take care of all of the work at the same time, despite their packed schedule.I cannot say enough good things about this shop or these people. They have been nothing but kind and patient and their work is phenomenal. My car came back to me looking brand new. Not only did they fix the damage from the accident, but they also took care of some paint chips for me too. Their attention to detail is outstanding!I went through a different shop on a previous claim and it was an absolute nightmare, so I was a little nervous about going through the whole process again. But, thanks to the crew over at MidTex, my faith has been restored. MidTex is the only shop Ill be using from now on!

I’m came here to get a scratch on my new car repaired. The service here was great and they were able to help me out and get the scratch out of the paint to a satisfactory degree. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for great service and repair!

I originally went in for a quote and was concerned about having to leave my car for something that I thought was simple. This establishment made me feel comfortable with their capabilities and assessed my situation and offered to get it done on the spot( it helped that I had the parts already). They were super efficient with it all and quite honestly made my day! I had never been in an establishment that was so kind and honest. Definitely the best kept secret in Copperas Cove! I recommend this establishment!!

Needed a new windshield. If there was rust where the window sits they cant replace. Mid-Tex worked with me to make this work. They were fantastic and more than willing to help me out. I 100% recommend this business!

So my husband hit a day in my truck. Dropped it off at this business and they took care of it in a timely manner. The work looks great. They gave me a date when it would be done and it was. When I went to pick it up I didnt have to wait the truck was ready washed and inside was cleaned. If in then event I have to use a body shop again, I would definitely use them. Customer service was great.

The entire team at Mid-Tex is the epitome of professionalism. When My wife got into an accident we had no doubt that Mid-Tex was the body shop of choice for us. They were very patient with my wife and answered all her questions. They dealt with the insurance claim and initiated the paperwork without us having to get involved. It was basically a one stop shop. This made it very easy in the claim process when they established a trusting customer relationship with us and we knew Mid-Tex was there to fix our car and ensure that everything was legit in the process. Scott made my wife feel safe to drive her car again because it looks as though it just drove off the showroom floor. Even when my wife felt there were some issues still with the car Scott took the car back and stood by his quality and word by touching up a few little things and it was truly appreciated by us. Everyone from the paint techs, body techs all the way up to the manager showed true concern for our car. They did a great job at a most reasonable price and did not “stick it” to the insurance company with crazy repair prices. I can recommend that anyone who has no clue about vehicles should use Mid-Tex because they are truly honest and will not take advantage of any situation and treat you right so you want to come back. My wife got into an accident with our Hyundai Sonata and the front end got pretty banged up. Our car came out looking like nothing had ever happened to it, Im very satisfied and thankful for the crew being as down to earth and honest as they were. Go here if you want quality, you will be glad you did.

The staff does a really great job in repairing the damage to my car after a hitting a deer. The upper part of the bumper, hood and quarter panel where damage along with some other parts but Mid-Tex got the parts and repaired the car just like it looked like before the accident. I had a special running light that the dealer had put on and never updated my VIN to have the light. Mid-Tex went thought the red tape with getting the right part I needed and didnt stop till they got the right one and installed it. I highly recommend going here if you need body work on your vehicle they do a great job and let you know whats going on.

I was cynical at first because I havent heard of this shop yet...they have my car for 10 days because according to them, they order the best parts that my car really needed and the ordering take some time. They told me to let them know what ever I find odd with my car...well I dont know nothing about cars...I just thought that I could have given some time to decide where should I brought my car for repair...but anyways, I think they have done a great job, its just probably natural that the most damage part of the car has got a little problem when the damp light didnt work after I drove it at night after picking up my car from them..

Though it doesnt appear so, this establishment is a hidden gem in Copperas Cove. Over the years I have been taking vehicles here for one reason or another and the results have always been excellent. The façade might be a little worn, but the people inside are excellent at what they do. In this occasion my vehicle was delayed by one day because the owner didnt like the results of the paint job the first time so they did it again. The only issue that I have is that the parking can be a little tight and uncomfortable to maneuver around especially if you have a larger vehicle.

Polite and friendly to your face but they will STEAL items from your car. We had two 2$ bills a small storage compartment in our car. The bills were hidden and not readily visible - furthermore they were just sentimental oddities, not even really worth anything like the items most thieves look for - but when we pulled all of our belongings out a few days later, they were gone. Seriously MidTex? Seriously?If you have a choice, go somewhere else. If you dont, take EVERYTHING out of your car. EVERYTHING. Not even wadded up old all but useless currency is safe from these people.

I had my 2015 Chevy Silverado towed to Mid-Tex bc I was in an unfortunate accident.Kenny and the Mid-Tex family took care of repairs in a friendly, expedient, very professional manner.I didnt have to call them to check the status of my vehicle bc they were prompt in getting me updates .Not only that but bc of the accident they were very understanding and helpful in my particular situation...Id like to say thank you very much....P.S.My mother had to have her vehicle repaired for some body work and Mid-Tex also looked out for my parents with the same kind professionalism...

Brought my car here almost one year ago with front end damage on the passenger side from an accident. The work done was pretty decent (initially) and they even painted the passenger doors which were fading from sun damage. This was not in the original estimate. I did pay for it but I’m glad they did this even though it wasn’t a part of the actual damage from the accident. However they cut the wires to my aftermarket DLR / fog lights when they removed the bumper. Not only did they fail to replace them with a new set but didn’t even say anything to me about having to cut and remove them. They simply threw the housing units in my backseat. They also replaced the 8000K aftermarket HID bulbs I had on my car with standard 4500K factory bulbs even after I explicitly told them that I wanted the same 8000K color I had prior to the accident. The owner assured me they would replace the bulbs with the 8000K bulbs. Mid Tex told me to contact my insurance company to get an approval for new DRLs / fog lights but the insurance stated Mid Tex needs to find a way to tire the same DRLs / fog lights back on. NO THANKS! I didn’t want a ghetto rig of my accessories. I ended up just buying a new pair myself but I feel like Mid Tex should have paid. That experience left a very bad taste in my mouth regarding Mid Tex. This is my car! When I bring my car to a business for service or repair don’t give it back to me with stuff taken off my car and then don’t even have the respect to let me know what you did.Even after all that I wasn’t gonna post a bad review until now. So not even a year later my front bumper is coming back loose and I also discovered while drying off my car after a wash that the passenger side fog light that was replaced by Mid Tex is dangling from the support and it isn’t quite sitting right in its cutout. Basically, it looks like they didn’t use the best methods or care when putting my car back together.To top that off they then came back about 5 months after the work was done to state they forgot to charge my insurance company for additional parts that weren’t in the original quote. I don’t have a problem with them asking for money if they honestly had to order additional parts, but five months later?Seems like Mid Tex doesn’t have its act together. I wish I had went with my gut and selected a different body shop. I only used Mid Tex because it was the closest body shop USAA uses to do an estimate and since I had to have the car towed there I didn’t feel like paying another tow fee to have the car towed again to the place I originally wanted to go with.
