Very disappointed with this advanced auto I have had a corporate account for 14 years, spent thousands of dollars with them. Recently had a expensive part for ranch truck go bad two weeks after we bought is and they accused of damaging it.. I am closing my account and moving it to NAP.A I showed NAPA my last years invoices and the can beat prices by around 20% I voiced my complaint to management at advanced and they didn’t care to try to keep my business .

Customer service rep looked up the car found the correct part I wanted and was always polite

Dont, just dontWent in for a simple ball joint which was posted in line for one price AND said was in stock, get there and its twice as much and needed to be ordered. Not the first time its happened either. I have absolutely list faith in Advanced Auto.

Better selection than auto zone right next door.

Went there needing wiper blades (both front and rear) for my SUV. They recommended Rain-X. The universal adapter would not connect to the wiper arms in the front, so returned them.Then they recommended a different brand. Nope - not interested.They ran my debit card to credit my account - 48 hours later still not in my account.One more day or my attorney will be visiting them.

Usually I have to look up my own parts. And they do not dump your oil. They make customers dispose of it themselves.

Very poor customer service. Just went to this store today to purchase an air filter for my husbands truck. I could not even get an associate to come out from the back to assist me. After waiting 5 minutes and still not seeing an employee at all, I left and went next door to auto zone, where I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in the door.

The younger employees of this store have come and gone through the years, but the old timers who run this store are what make it great. Reed, Todd, Jim, and the others have been in various parts of the automotive industry and really make an effort to get people both the correct parts, and the correct information regarding peoples auto issues. By far the best auto parts store in the Killeen/Cove/Harker Heights area.

Walked in, no one greeted us like they did across the street at Auto Zone. Nor did they offer to help us while we were there even though there was only one other customer in the store. We ended up leaving and going back to Auto Zone.

I went here for a codon read on my Chrysler 300 they told me I needed an alternator I went to buy an alternator I did not need an alternator I went back they told me the other codes that radiator I want to buy a radiator I did not a radiator be careful about them giving you the wrong codes

I order a seat from this place on a Friday and was told it would be in in 2 to 3 days and when I called about it in Wednesday it was not in. Then I call again on Friday and it was still not their, I would NOTorder ANYTHING from these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
