Best car buying experience ever! My husband and I bought a car from Benny Boyd in Copperas Cove back in April. Debra Crichlow took care of us and I have to tell you she is good at her job. We told her what we wanted and she took care of everything. If you are looking for a car do yourself a favor and go to Benny Boyd. Everyone there treated us so good it was a great experience.

I just want to give a HUGE shout out to the Benny Boyd service department for taking FOUR DAYS to change a battery out. So for those that dont know, my battery in my trunk blew up, im assuming that was due to the texas heat, and there was battery acid all over! Not only did it take 4 days to do such a simple task, but charged me over $400 for said battery & labor! I could have easily done that for a little over $100 and installed it myself in about 30 min, but because there was acid all over my trunk and the way things were acting, I wanted someone a little more professional to check it out for me. What I EXPECTED was that they would change the battery, find whatever is wrong, CLEAN THE ACID (which they didnt do, still acid all over the trunk space), and keep my car at least in the same or better shape it was in when I turned it in, NOT smelling like mildew because they kept the doors or windows open while they were checking everything!!!! Who doesnt LOVE sitting on damp cloth seats and inhaling the lovely smells of mold for the next couple of weeks?!?!? But you know what?! Thats okay! Because they were there for me in my time of need! 👍.......👎👎j

You guys are selling cars but don’t know how to drive. A white lady with short hair and glasses was driving your vehicle with your name plastered all over it. Blue work car, coming on the highway in her own lane tried to pass that lane, speed, and cut me off. Inches away with my kids in the car. Dangerous workers with disregard for life, or laws. I can just imagine how the other workers are at their place of business.

An appointment was confirmed multiple times through Facebook was supposed to take place 3:15 p.m. Did not receive any help whatsoever from the two people spoke with initially, no one could find the appointment and acted as though theyd rather not talk to me. Profile against, lack of professionalism, trade valued at way less than 1k, higher payment on the vehicle that wouldve actually fit all of us than what were paying monthly now. Did not care about veteran or USAA for discounts. False advertisements. Definitely dissatisfied. Waste of time.

All they are intrested in is pushing a car on you that you dont want. I got my car here and had issues. My son went to see about buying his first car and if I had not been with him they wouldve sold him a car by pressuring him. And he was lead to believe he would get the car he wanted (VW) and that wasnt the case they wanted to put him into a smart car I walked in and witnessed it I yanked him out of there fast! And gave the 2 men a few words before we left. They said he wouldnt be able to get the VW car he wanted because he was first time car buyer.. Next day I took my son to place I had told him to go to and guess what! He got his VW Eos ! I have friends who have very similar complaints and have also walked out.. I have always been reluctant to purchase vehicles from any used car lot, unless it was a big franchise dealership like Ford, Chevrolet, etc. We went into Benny Boyd yesterday hoping to find a cheap little gas saver under $5k. They didnt have anything that we were initially looking for but once they started talking to us and was being more transparent as you would expect from a used car lot, we found something that fit our budget and worth every penny. They have warranties that I truly wasnt expecting and they didnt try to hustle us. I would definitely go back if needed another car.

Great service. Walked in during a thunderstorm, still received good service. Was in and out with the vehicle I had chose in about an hour. Tim was very helpful, worked very hard to get me the vehicle i wanted. Drove it home that night, and I love it. Financing was rushed, because it was late in the evening, and they had some place to be, which I understand, people do have lives after work. but i have been trying to get answers to a few questions for over a week, and still have not. i think the help they gave to get me the vehicle i wanted was great, i think the rest of it needs a little work. Got a great deal on an awesome truck. Nobody could beat it and I did check against other dealerships. The staff was friendly and helpful and Andrew was great to work with. Walked in,met by salesman, his name was Tim (awesome human being, ask for him when you go), told him what we wanted and needed. Car for 16 year old son. No high pressure sales. Showed us a couple of cars. Picked the one we wanted to test drive. Great car. Was perfect. Three weeks later car is still perfect, son loves it. We had our own financing, Was out of there in 2 hours. Car was perfectly serviced. Tires all new. Engine clean. No leaks. Three weeks later checked oil and other fluid levels. Perfect.There are always people that are never happy no matter what a salesperson does. I know because I work in retail. Same difference. I would buy another car from them if presented the chance. From sales to all the other other STUFF when buying a car Benny Boyds has my vote. Upon purchasing my vehicle Andrew Waters tried to get me to complete my review but I decided to wait and Im glad I did.Andrew was a very kind and intelligent sales person. He knew exactly what strings to pull in order to sway my decision.1. I was promised that my vehicle would come with the basic warranties. I read my paper work in detail and signed the portion confirming that it would...No later than 3 weeks after purchase, I started receiving notices saying that my warranty just expired and that I had to buy another.😯2. Today Im at an auto shop that Ive trusted for years now. I brought my car in because there was a lag in breaking. I find out I need to change my oil, break fluid, theres slug all around my oil cap, power steering and break fluid are brownish black....and so on and so forth.😮3. While I was completing my purchase, a young lady came in threatening to sue because they sold her a vehicle with a bad engine to which she confirmed at an auto shop after a near accident.When you buy a car things happen but this is completely ridiculous. Im too early into purchase to have to go through this. If your single and just looking for something quick until you get better than by all means, this place is for you.If you you have a family or cant afford to waste money PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. They will tell you whatever they need to to get you in a car that will only drain you pockets. If you do consider going through them. Sign the car out as a loner and take it to get a diagnostic before you purchase. Do not believe Andrew or anyone else when they guarantee that their shop actually cares for the vehicles.
