Nice Wal Mart to come in and shop. Has a variety of items but it is on the smaller side. Not as big as other Wal Mart so theres a limit on what they carry. The 5 items i neededtbey only has 3 of them so make sure yoy look at their website to see ifitems are available. No one is there to help you. Everyone is at the front at the registers or standing around and talking. The front rest room stays close not sure why but every time I have came in its close. I eidh there were more employees around to help you but theres not. Other then that I give it 3 or 5 🌟 since they are well put together and organized.

Ok if YOU are the one getting your own stuff. Horrible for curbside! They dropped our order and never even told us I had to call to see what the delay was .

Customer service is horrific. Restrooms always filthy. Bakery is half stocked in donut case. Employees rude. Only go there when I am forced to HEB has much better meats and produce and friendlier associates.

The ladies in the bakery are awesome. Very helpful. However, there needs to be a phone line installed so customers can call in. Right now I have to push 0 for help but 19 out of 20 times nobody picks up. Inventory is getting spotty at best and expensive.

Firstly, this Walmart feels huge inside. Im not a Walmart expert, by any means, but the isles in this place go on forever. Considering that, I was even more impressed by how maintained the stock and cleanliness of the place was. Ive been to some Walmarts in California that were... lackluster, so say the least. Good vibe in this place, and friendly employees. Pharmacy available, self-check out, and the other things youd expect from a Walmart location.

They only had three cashiers worker all the rest were self-service. How come they can train the few cashiers but No training for customers. How does management know if all items are scanned? They have signs about American jobs. The talk the talk but.....! No, Im not an ex employee.

Its Walmart, nothing to be said there. I will say that compared to the Killeen Walmarts, its the least ghetto.

I love going in and out of there quick. I dont like the fact that there isnt enough awesome and helpful people as they are. Its all the same in dollar tree. Very helpful people.

I had a package to be shipped to my home but FEDEX doesn’t follow instructions so it ended up going back to Walmart near Waco. I went in to the Cove Walmart to see how I can get these issues resolved and an awesome representative named Grant assisted me. I have not had this type of amazing service in a LONG LONG time. He helped me and went above and beyond. Walmart need to promote and give him a raise. If you need help in Cooperas Cove Walmart ask for Grant he sets the standard for Walmart’s work ethic

The store was easy to locate. The store was well stocked and somewhat busy. I found my items easily, self checked and left the store. I would recommend this store.

I love shopping at Walmart but the automotive center Chris the guy in the automotive center took care of my tire problem which the other guys would not take care of and I very much appreciate Chris in automotive section not only that is my car battery went bad I turn around two days later and bought a car battery from Chris just because he took care of me and I appreciate you Chris in the automotive section and I will be back to see you anytime thank you Walmart and give Chris a raze for taking care of the customers and I aint the only one who had car problem thank you Walmart !

What has happened with Walmart? First they move everything around in a fashion that does not make since. Their employees do not even know where items are anymore and now they want me to check myself out and bag my own items. If I wanted to do that I would shop on line. No wait, I think I will do that.

This Cove Walmart is 10X better than the one on Lowes blvd. I went around 10 to get a flat tire fixed. Andrew, Rhonda and Tim were super! The gentleman, (young) who actually mounted the tire was responsive. Jumped into action once he knew my tire was patched up and ready. They all seem to have excellent teamwork skills.

Its a great place 2 shop. They have everything. Groceries to clothes.

This Walmart location is very crowded and busy especially on the weekends but I like how they have most of the registers open including the self check out, if you plan on coming here on weekends you better have some patience cause your going to be looking for parking space driving around the lot over and over.

The room was clean. The hallways to the room was hot and smelled like pot. There wasnt that much hot water to take a bath and didnt last long when taking a shower.

Im always greeted at the door by a happy and friendly employee. Even though there are always plenty of checkouts, I LOVE the self checkout! Very fast and you can pay by cash or card and with either 1 or 200 items. It dont matter. And if you need help, there is always a knowledgeable and friendly employee right there to assist.

I hate that the store has moved things around. I couldnt find an item and when I finally found an employee, she told me its on the other side of the store. I had to ask her three more times to tell me where to look for it.When I needed another employees assistance, she went out of her way to find the item I wanted from the back and carried it to the garden area register. Then the cashier had a young man help me get everything I needed and taken to my car.

Always have and always will love the store especially this location. The employees really want to help you. Special thanks to Manager Maria who went above and beyond for me yesterday!!

Store is clean and well stocked. I like the new magazine section. It looks like they have increased the size and selection of the magazines they sell. The doors have masks required on them so make sure you have a mask on hand. Good experience and probably one of the fastest check outs I have had at walmart in a while. This may become my go-to store.

Took to Walmart to get 3 new tires. They put 4 on anyway and tried to charge for all 4. When they had to correct the issue, they didnt rebalance the tire they took off of my rim and now my truck shakes. I am having to take it to a real tire center. Paying twice the amount for what should have been done correctly the first time.

Walmart is one of my favorite store. I recently moved close to this location. Its hard to find stuff and also hard to talk to employees on the floor. Some of them are just not interested in listening to customers. Cashiers are nice tho. I just found out that they have very nice shoes for work and school. They are very comfortable.

Great Walmart, always fully stocked, helpful employees. Small Town with big city future, and Walmart is a big plus.

Its a typical walmart, they might or might not have what you want. Its getting worse because everyone is starting to hoard again.

I truly dislike this store. The employees are rude and hate their jobs, they think all customers should utilize self checkout, and their online delivery department is notorious for incomplete orders. If there is a chance I can get what I need elsewhere I do. Otherwise at least with delivery you dont have to actually associate with these people.

They always have the products Im shopping for in stock and at great prices. I can usually go in and quickly find my items, so that I dont have spend a lot of time looking for them. This time, I was actually able to find and purchase Lysol disinfectant spray, a rare find these days.

Every week I come to Walmart I have to wait at 20 to 30 minutes to get someone to open the cologne and perfume locks this is red icy loud worst customer service I’ve had compared to any Walmart I’ve been to over the years. Walmart’s corporate offices need to be notified about this problem to get it fixed because the Managers here can’t seem to resolve this problem

It was busy but to be expected on a Saturday afternoon. We found everything we wanted from a pot for our plant to food...it did seem a little picked over but still found what we wanted. We checked ourselves out with hardly any wait.

Walmart employees took me to the product I was looking for and that was across the store. Everyone was friendly and the store was stocked well.

Walmart is an important Supercenter for me. I get my 8 different Prescriptions filled properly everytime at the Pharmacy.I buy my personal necessities, shaving cream, lotions, clothes, shoes, socks, underwear and shirts and most importantly my Dog and Cat food.

Overall, had a good shopping trip. The jeans section was not very well organized and I had a hard time finding what I needed, but eventually I did find what I was looking for.

Love the everyday products sincerely dislike the pick up and how quickly they run out of inventory

Horrible staffing situation.. (This visit checkout was at 9AM)Second time coming to this store to get my weekly shopping.. both times the only manned register open was #5 or 6.. and of course those are 20 items or less.. employee rolled her eyes and started to act rude informing me I had to take my full cart to the self checkout. How are no other registers open yet I see plenty of employees through the store just on their phones?

My favorite browsing spot. I was seeking sale items. Pillows and pillowcases. Not too crowded but lots of people. I was out in no time.

My rating is based on the fact that there are no cashiers open in the entire store, only self check out. There is not even a cashier at the gardening department way on the far end of the store. This is on a Saturday too so I would think thats when they have the most customers.

Trash. I’ve been sitting at grocery for 45 minutes. People coming and people going. They won’t answer the phone. I’ve literally called 16 times. Complete trash.

While most of the prices are cheap just walking in the door makes me die a bit inside. The drab colors, the soulless employees who are dead inside, the cattle gates at the door to make sure you get your receipt checked at the door like a good little sheep… it’s ridiculous. I hate coming here for any reason and avoid it if at all possible.

Today my cousin was accused of stealing there....WITH A RECEIPT IN HAND! I havent had that experience myself but I would suggest they attempt to train the employees better! An officer came...looked at the receipt...and walked off😏

While they still have the signs saying they require masks you can easily walk through store maskless and not get harrased to put one on. This alone earns my business since I am very against the requirement to wear a mask. Makes them an easy choice over HEB which broke theyre promise to stop requiring masks once the state lifted the mandate

I know it has nothing to do with location, but it should! can Walmart PLEASE stock their clothing according to the region/temps/season? I mean, in Texas we need swimsuit selections longer than June. Honestly, you could keep swimsuits in stock all year long down here! Lol

I was not a fan of Walmart. Now I am. So what if I check myself out in store, apparently I am a fairly efficient employee. Also, on delivery, Walmart does NOT raise the product prices (HEB does) and $12.95 a month or $98.00 a year is cheap for $0.05 a gallon saving on gas and free shipping on everything and free grocery delivery.

I loved the experience of being able to shop and everything being so accessible.

Good but need to open more lanes. I understand you want to make more money but humans are a lot better.

I had been looking all over for these Pioneer Woman gift sets ....... who knew they.would put them with the wrapping paper and gift bags. From someone that use to be a merchandiser many years ago this is not the ideal location for these at Christmas time.
