Refer to other 1 star reviews discussing bad attitudes etc from the manager. Its absolutely true.As far as my experience: (Daytime)Prices are POORLY marked if they are not marked at all. Went to buy 2 generic (not Häagen-Dazs ice cream or anything!) Ice cream cones. Was rang up w/ something like $4 bucks each!!My immediate confused reaction was, whoa!!!! Why is my total so much!?!? Cashier asked me what it was, so I told them what I read on the sign.Then a small male manager pops up and rudely said no its not! - yeah... thats what the sign said. - no it didnt, I know that for a fact! - fine, Ill show you! I said already irritated by his RUDE behaviour. (With him following he yammering on about how knew better etc etc)I get over there, there is a sign for some, but now I start to realize ze most just dont have any prices AT ALL. He said see.I was already sick of his attitude, and started back to the register loudly saying, No wonder you were SO SURE of the price because you didnt have ANY listed for these and alot if other prices, and thats why you couldnt tell me the price but that you only knew that it was wrong.I told the cashier (nicely) I wasnt buying anything from a store that pulls this and that also has such a rude owner/manager, as if Im trying to scam him for a few bucks.The cashier under their breath said, I dont blame you, he does this and acts like this all the time... While rolling their eyes.Not returning due to the rudeness, unclear (unethical) pricing. Im just not going to reward shady business practices and play russian roulette with my wallet!****This happened about Oct 2020, I am writing this review in DEC 2020. I waited to put this review up since I didnt want the cashier to get into any trouble or be recognized by the unprofessional manager****
Shiva is one of the best guys around. He always friendly and generally a stand up guy. The store is clean and the service is great! Our family stops there daily....don’t judge that, lol. Thanks Shiva for being so awesome!
Worst manager unskilled
Great customer service, the night time guy Shiva, is as honest as they come! I once dropped $900 in the store, Shiva made a point to catch me when I went back in a few days later and return every last dollar! (I didnt realize I had lost it) The man speaks several languages and is always friendly to everyone who enters! STARMART has a awesome employee in this guy!

Went in today to try the CBD rethink. When I first bought one before I even left the store I noticed it was empty and messed up so asked for another one. They did give me another one but I also asked if it looked ok because this is the first time buying it and he said yes its ok.later that night when I got home I noticed what seem to be stuff floating in it and it seemed to be a bug or something. So I went back up there to show the man that works there and he didnt care. he didnt even get off his phone to properly talk to me. He then told me he did me a favor earlier that day by letting me get a different one . I never left the store with the frist one how is that a favor.Then he said it must be my vape pens that are not working. So both my vape pens I have I also bought from there. This is not the first time I ran in to a problem with them there.
Guy shorted me money then gave me a huge attitude when I asked him about it extremely poor service I wanted to speak to a manager but couldnt get in contact with one they will be losing a neighborhood customer plus the rest of my family because of this....disquating night service.....day service is amazing tho
