Attended the first day of Ledger’s closing sale with expectations to receive advertised discounts up to 70%. What we received was flat out being swindled out of $800 of our money. The furniture is marked up way beyond retail price, as we found out after checking other sources “after purchase”. A true case of buyer beware. I failed to stop the sale for a lift chair and ended up paying $2100 for a chair that retails for $1400 with free delivery as listed at multiple other locations. The same was true for my wife’s desk, which we bought at $1100 that retails for $925 to $1003 delivered to the house. I know, l know . . . . Buyer beware, but what outright thieves these Ledger Furniture people are. DON’T BUY BEFORE CHECKING PRICES!!!

Poor communication on when and where stuff is going to be delivered and very rude representatives. It should not be like this even if they are going out of business.

Going out of business sale. Wanted to purchase a dresser, but was told I would have to buy the bed as well. Never heard of that!!

Super expensive! Their so-called Going Out Of Business Sale was no sale AT ALL. Nothing was actually priced. You had to inquire about pricing on every item which seemed shady. This stores furniture has always been over priced. Not surprised theyre going out of business.

We were in the market for a recliner. Stephen Branch listened to what we were looking for and took us over to three different styles so we could test drive them. No pushy sales pitch. He just pointed out facts like how high the back of one chair was vs. another and how that might impact comfort. Martha got our paperwork done quickly and we were out the door. In less than an hour we got a call that they were on their way to our house! Friendly, efficient, and fast.

Had the best experience ever, treatment was not only proffesional, but very homely, felt very comfortable with the service and deal a got. The delivery was very professional as well, I never asked the senior man, but he had drill sergeant written all over him, very methodical. Great place.

I was pleasantly greeted when I walked in the door, but I was NOT assaulted by the sales staff. I walked around until I was ready to talk with someone about what I was interested in purchasing. From that point, it progressed to a satisfactory conclusion. I am ordering a new couch. One that will likely last at least 15 years.

Stopped in today because we are beginning to look for a new sectional and a sleeper loveseat. Elizabeth was helpful and not too pushy like some stores we have been to in the past. She understood we were not ready to purchase today and we appreciate the way it was handled. They have a huge selection and when we buy in the next couple months, we will be back here.

No one helped me whatsoever. And when I looked at the prices, they were more than three times the amount that I can get online. And, online delivers for free. It was a waste of time for me to even go there. If I could could give a negative star I would.

I bought furniture 4 years ago and I accidentally erased an area of leather stain. I called and asked for assistance in finding the correct stain and they fixed me up in a few minutes. Great company, great products and great service.

A Cove tradition. If you are shopping for cheap throw away furniture then this is NOT the place for you. The furniture here is good quality and you may pay a little more. However the items you buy here will be serving you for a long time.

Bought a beatiful sectional. Had one question for the sales lady. If this furniture goes on sale in the near future can I get a break in the price? Answer, How about a sale price now. Yes sir. Quality furniture. Check it out. Plenty of parking in downtown Copperas Cove.

Excellent selection, prices are very high. We did buy a couch and would have loved a recliner but no military discount at all. She said 10 percent off a floor item but it was in fact less than 10%when the bill was added up. Aloma was very knowledgeable of products. Clean and friendly.

I was on my way to Matress Firm but decided to try and shop local business first. We walked in to store to inquire about mattresses and also ask about a specific end table. Both workers were sitting down while one of them was on a recliner. Neither one of them got their lazy behinds up. The Male called another woman from the back to come out to talk to us about mattresses and then told me I will need to just go look around to find what Im looking for. They have permanently lost any present and future business from me. It was a pathetic display of customer service and a waste of time.

If they dont have it theyll order it. Very friendly staff. Owner is there and personally attended us. Had exactly what we wanted on hand. Been a customer since 2000.

Browsed as I was looking for a recliner. I did not like the prices. Too high. There was lots of construction going on outside the entrance as well. Took awhile to get acknowledged also. Sales people were kind of pushy.
