Cassandra the manager refused to fill my propane tank because it was to heavy “for her” those were her exact words. And it was “my fault for not telling her the size of my tank when I called”. Again her exact words. She offered no help to solve the situation either.

Employees will jump through the hoop to help you find what you need. It’s truly Awesome!! And they carry Dots pretzels!!!

Purchased 2 new 40# propane tanks. They charged me $30 ea to fill.Only put 8.5 gal in each tank...its suppose to have 10 gal in ea tank..cheated me on fills. WATCH these folks..trying to support local businesses but not if they are dishonestNever will go back

They had what I needed, needed help getting a cooler down off the shelf but noone ever came. Ended up climbing on the shelf to get it myself. I got the odd feeling as I was being watched when I go in this store. The second you walk in you are met with almost an aggressive how can I help you and if you say no they radio to the other employees. Kinda felt like they were waiting for me to steal somthing. Then when I did need help no one was around.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. One gentleman that wasnt even helping me walked up asked if he could carry my purchase to the front for me. I was very pleased with this experience. It was only my 2nd time ever in this business.

Always have folks that can help you find just that right gizmo and advice on how to repair what ever needs fixing. They custom mix paint, sell tools, lumber and home decor not just hardware. If its the wrong part just bring it back and the person who helped you will make it right.These folks are just plain great at what they do!

Ace is never as huge of a store as Home Depot or Lowes, but they always have what I need. Furthermore, regardless of which Ace you go to, the employees are always polite, inviting, and extremely helpful. When I go to the other stores, I walk around forever looking for an employee.

Keith Ace Hardware is NOT a bad store. Their a little higher priced than some other stores. However, they really drop the ball this time. Im remodeling a house for a good friend of mine and it came time to put on the house wrap. My buddy doesnt have a hammer tacker so he got one there and picked up staples as well. The person at the counter said they would fit but, of course they didnt. So I told him Id take them back and pick out the ones we need. Of course their out of them. So I called my buddy and told, asked what he wanted me to do. He said get a refund. So I did, but only for the staples. The counter person said its not on the receipt. I dont have my glasses, so I cant check. I get back at the house and give him the receipt and explained that the counter person said that it wasnt on thereceipt and he says yes it is just right here. So needless to say, three trips to the same store for nothing. And we still have the hammer tacker, just no Staples...

Has alot of stuff, not to excited about someone at the door asking what your looking for. Calls someone to let them know your coming. Dont get me wrong, assistant is nice and helpful but, it makes me feel like thats it...get what you want and move. A simple hello and let us know if we can help is just fine. Maybe I want to look around.

Ive always loved Ace Hardware but this one made me feel like I walked in on family. I was immediately greeted through the door by staff and asked if theres anything they could help me with. Although I was only there to peruse, they took the time to ask if there were any projects in the future and if there were any questions I may have. Each time and associate came by they asked if I found everything okay. If youve never been to Ace Hardware I guarantee you will never go to Home Depot again! Being as I am visiting from Florida I was even welcomed to the Neighbourhood. A+ guys keep it up!

Thanks to her I always find everything I need!I don’t know why this place isn’t my first stop, other than it’s the most out of the way for me to go to. But I never find everything I need at the other stores, and forever am making it over to Ace for the last little random things. I think I’ll start going there first from now on. I’m a veteran and Ace Hardware won’t give me a military discount because I bought a building materials items according to them.When I’m trying to get some items from Lowe’s or Home Depot they always honor my military discounts regardless if I’m buying a building materials or something else.

This is my go-to hardware store! Its convenient and easy to get in and out because the store is organized and well stocked. The entire staff is friendly and someone is immediately available to help find what you need everytime. Randy was extremely helpful today setting up a new lawn mower for me and getting it into the back of my car.
