If you want to be mistreated, disregarded and called rude for calling them out on their own error this is the place to order from. I ordered a dress to be customized by adding a train. The train was supposed to look like the one on the unicorn dress. I placed a custom order for this very reason and paid a custom price. I only wanted to add a train like the unicorn dress. Which was clearly explained. The front bottom of the dress is cheap and thin as is the back unlike the dress I ordered pictured below. Customer service is terrible, rude and unprofessional. They cast blame on me when I provided detailed instructions. Rather than offering to remedy the situation. They also said they would not waste time or money making a new dress but I could send this dress back for a refund knowing that my child’s birthday was only a few days away and I obviously would not be able to do that. This was a Terrible experience from start to finish. A custom order should be handled in a much more professional manner. A confirmation was never sent. They just said our DM is confirmation? There is so much room for error there. Also keep in mind that they do not properly line the inside of the dress. It is extremely itchy and uncomfortable. I was as nice as I could be but I was baffled at the way they spoke to me as you can see in the screenshot messages below. They did what they wanted which defeated the purpose of my custom order.
