David and Tess were very patient with me and helped me find the perfect replacement pillow. I look forward to coming back in 5 years when I’m due for a new one.

David, in particular, was informative and patient especially considering the fact that we were shopping with our 5 and 7 year olds in tow. We took our time deciding between medium and firm and didn’t feel pressured in any way. A much appreciated shopping experience.

Excellent store experience. Last year, I had the brilliant (terrible) idea to try out the bed in a box phenomenon. After my first returned effort, I visited this store, and I was immediately impressed that nothing was being forced on me, unlike the rather unpleasant experience I had the day before at Mattress Firm. Nico answered all my questions, and we corresponded some more over the next few weeks as I considered my options. Its also just a really nice store.Unfortunately, I had the bright idea to continue down the online mattress road..... Sparing you the rest of the details, I found myself back at Tempur-Pedic a few months later. Nico helped me choose the right mattress with some great info and comparison testing, and ever since receiving the mattress, I have been quite irritated that I waited so long to buy it.Nico deserves an extra mention for his great e-mail communication throughout the whole process -- he answered a bunch of questions, well before I had made a decision to purchase.One more note. Delivery was outstanding. The company they use was incredibly professional AND very accommodating in terms of scheduling. They were in and out quickly, and handled everything with a lot of care.

After spending over $6000 for a mattress & frame with a 10year warranty, it was a surprise to experience worsening dissatisfaction after only two years. The model in question is a Cloud Luxe Breeze, touted as the very best. While it’s not visible when you’re out of the bed, both of us have well defined “holes” that make us feel trapped and offer no support. Imagine feeling like you have to climb the mattress just to roll over. And you can just forget that good night kiss because you’re going to dislocate something or give yourself a hernia in the process. Intimacy is about as possible.These conditions have grown markedly worse with time. It’s great there is a “replacement” warranty, subject to delivery, but we don’t want another one of these beds. It’s an “epic fail” decision.Now we’re just trying to get as much use out of it as possible - much less than half way and that SawzAll looks more fun every day!!

What a great experience! Nico helped me choose a supportive pillow for my neck. They even have protective sheets to place on top of the mattress and pillow to try them out. The pillow is so comfortable! Would recommend!

Great experience! The store is very well setup and very clean; they offer disposable covers for mattresses and pillows as well as gloves, masks and hand sanitizer. The attention from Alex was excellent, he suggested me to wait 1-2 days since they were about to receive the Black Friday promotions and we completed the transaction on the phone two days later, which was also an easy experience. The store is conveniently located in a larger shopping area with other businesses and restaurants.

When you go you should ask for Erick Amaya, he was so helpful and so patient with all of our questions! Highly recommend to go to this location!!
