Love going to this store.Most of the staff is friendly, polite and incredibly helpful. In my opinion it is THE place for good wine, liquor, cheese and plenty more, in town.

Crown Wine & Spirits is my favorite shop to find that special birthday gift, celebratory bottle of champagne, or fine selection of wine and other spirits. Always the best experience coming here. I swear they sell the best hand carved prosciutto you can possibly get here in miami and they have a wonderful selection of specialty food items and spirits. A true gem of a store.

I absolutely love this store. My favorite one is the one off of red road next to Swenson... it is so clean... everything is displayed so beautifully.. the deli and cheese selection is fabulous.. and the employees are the friendliest and happiest people... I cannot wait til they are able to host their happy hours again..

I went in to buy champagne. The staff was extremely customer service oriented and very helpful. The store was very clean and had an extensive selection of wines and liquor. I will be using this store often!!

When I entered I was greeted by Ashlee who was very friendly and helpful. I needed to order my yearly Christmas basket for my hairdresser. I needed it by Wednesday and this was Monday. Usually I am able to give them a more advance notice for this. This year things changed so I needed it sooner than I usually do. Ashlee was able to help me make up my basket and did it with a smile. I used to shop Crown Liquor all the time when they had a location in Palmetto Bay, Fl. When that store closed I could only go to their Coral Gables, Fl. location on special occasions. The trip is always worth it as the people there are very friendly and will go out of their way to get what you need.

This is my go to local store. Besides a good selection of spirits, including hard to find single malt scotches and varieties of Irish Whiskey, they have a great selection of beers and wine. Their deli is well stocked with great cheeses and other good stuff. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Never been disappointed

I went to Crown to see if they had Proscuitto di parma because Wholefoods was out of stock. Crown not only had the right product, they did a great job slicing and packing it for me. I also liked the thorough cleaning of the equipment before slicing. Nice job!

Everyone at this store is always incredibly helpful. The assistant manager Juan is a stud. Any time I ask for a suggestion he’s able to understand my pallet and make a great suggestion and he’s incredibly knowledgeable.

I love shopping at Crown Wine. They always have a great selection, great service and friendly staff. It’s much easier to find what you want versus bigger stores, which makes your experience better. I always make Crown my first stop when I need to replenish my wine fridge.

I went to the Crown on US1 & sw57th area for first time today. I usually go to Crown Liquors @my home zone @ Red Bird Center also off of 57sw. These are nice people who run a good business & deserve as much support as any other small biz. Fair prices & they pretty much got what ur LOOKing for. The one on Route 1 is like a supermarket. & Crown doesn’t just hand out plastic bags unless you need one, which is Good, right? For the seas...

We shop there on a regular basis, they actually asked me for ID and Im 62 and I been a customer for 2 years. They never tire of asking me if I want to join their program. Some of the clerks are great. Some how they forgot people go to a liquor store to stock up on good times and not to know they studied marketing and know how to relentlessly up sell a customer.

Wine and Spirits for every budget thanks to the large inventory and very knowledgeable staff. Monthly wine tastings are a must-attend! They also sell food ( Cheese, dips and other delicatessen) Easy parking.It is Miami store, so opening hours are flexible.(This is convenient whenever your late but it is not so good when you are in a rush and they have not opened the store yet...) It is so Miami and part of the charm !

They have my wine 😁 but I noticed several times I was never asked about rewards until resent. A lady never seen before with great service ask me. F or a year or so, No one ask me. When I call and ask do they have something the report is great but when I get there, the lack of help guy just pointed down there as if find it. I did know exactly what it was, buying for someone else.😥😑🙄😏😣I feel a certain kind of way. The upside there more stores that sell what they do with, 😁on their faces going back there iffy.
