Seem like good people but unfortunately my time was wasted going here as they could not fix my laptop. I brought the laptop in, they ordered the part that needed to be replaced, then I brought it back to them once the part arrived but unfortunately it did not fit. So I was without my laptop for 24 hours and the process of ordering the part took about 2 weeks. I could have spent this time taking it somewhere that would be able to fix it. Obviously there was no charge, but now my laptop keys are all slanted, and the keys that were broken are still broken. Overall my time was not spent wisely here. Just one mans opinion.

First class service!. My work computer crashed and would not reboot i called and they said bring it by and for fifty dollars they will run a diagnostic test. I had called other places before hand and was not received with a professional a person on the other side plus they wanted hundrend dollars just to look. So, i was a little sceptical at first, however once i stopped at IE Support Miami i was greeted by a friendly and professional team members.It took less than an hour and for fifty dollars my computer was alive again! No scam, no trying to upsale me stuff i didnt want or need. All in the same day!So in short i walked in with a broken computer and for fifty dollars and an hour of time i walked out with a fixxed computer!!Thank you very much!The only down side which is no fault of thiers was the parkingt here really isnt any. if you have a heavy computer you may need to come early or have someone drop you off in front.
