Alfredo is the best diving instructor ever, patient, professional, and particularly good with kids. My 15 year old Nephew felt very comfortable and safe while Alfredo was teaching our Open Water Class. My salesman is Josef, a very knowledgeable young man who suggests rather than sells, no pressure, good information, lots of choices. All in all, Divers Direct is the place to go for anything DIVING. Thanks for great service ! Ive spent close to $6000 on equipment for 2, and it was all money well spent !!!!
Last night I went to Divers Direct and had one of the most pleasurable customer service experiences ever. Joseph was EXTREMELY helpful in assisting me with filling my tank as well as introducing me to Freddy who took some time with me to share some insight about my brand new spear gun. As a business owner I can attest that your team is what makes your business and these 2 individuals are definitely assets to Divers Direct.Joseph was so kind that I went ahead and purchased a fill card for future air.Definitely would recommend visiting this store - Amazing Staff
Excellent staff who are familiar with the local area and always willing to help and offer their expertise.The store is clean and well organized with a wide selection.The Divers Direct points program is a great way to save money by receiving gift certificates based on purchases.
Have a great selection of items but your customer service needs a little help. I have visited the store 4 times been in there for 30-40 minutes trying to fugure out when I need and never have I had anybody help me out until I get to the cash register always get asked if anybody help you i say no and they always apologize. If I would have had proper help I would not have bought equipment that I had to return and a mask that I was told I could dive with and my ears are in pain just from going 4 feet under. Ill just go back to amazon.
Great place to buy dive gear! I went as a new diver and Luis helped me a lot to pick up just the gear i needed. Scott, the manager is great and responded to my calls as i was travelling from abroad so i knew they had what i might need.
Finally in MIA! And by far the best store of DD. Might be smaller than other DDs, but its a lot more organized. The layout flows very nicely and the product selection is very good.

Divers Direct Miami is a frustrating place that I will stay away from. They are under staffed with less than slightly knowledgable sales personnel, they are unprofessional and make me question if they have ever tried scuba diving themselves... Take your scuba gear repairs elsewhere

Costumer service the worst!! They only take care of you went you go to the store to spend money.. I left a sunto watch for batery replace they told me that is not gonna be for more than a week.. Its been more than a month a now they are telling me that they call me a couple times for make my payments thats why they didint send the watch.. Its not true... The watch was misplace.

In general Divers Direct is not efficient with rewards, they have a very complicated system when you want to use the points, and on the other hand nobody in the store knows how to use it, you have to wait between 45 min and 1 hour until they can no longer and They say it cant be used. It is NOT the fault of the boys in the store, it is that they have not received the proper training to apply such rewards or points.To top it off when I turned my points into a gift-certificate on June 18, 2015 and tried to use them on July 1, 2015, after so much treating the boy who treated me very kindly LuisI try to wear up those points, call the company and they said that this gift certificate was used on June 29, 2015 in Orlando.How is that possible?They sell your information or use the same repeated gift-certificates.Divers Direct already has me very upset and they lost a Client.
