Worst costumer service ever! They brought me a very wrong order that was damaged. I do not eat meat or products cooked with meat, and it was such a waste of food and money. They never replied to my emails, charged me fully for the order I never received and the only option on the app gave me $5 cash credit for the next order!! Like I would ever use this app again. DO NOT recommend them AT ALL. If anything goes wrong, good luck with getting any response!PS. They change the final prices in the receipt :/
Used to love this app. NOT anymore. I used this here and there for years, and it was fantastic. But recently (between my partner and myself) weve tried, and 5 consecutive orders have been late (not from the same place and to two different addresses.) The place makes it on time, and the driver is timely from there to here. But theres a 1-2.5hr gap between the food being ready and a driver assigned. I had to throw away food thats been cold for over 90 minutes. Premium $ delivery=same thing. 0/5 stars.

Last night I placed a Postmates order, and it was confirmed and my tracker said my order was being prepared. An hour later, Postmates sent me a text informing me that my order had been cancelled because there were no Postmates available to complete the delivery. How can Postmates allow orders to be placed, paid, and confirmed without having any idea whether they have the capacity to deliver? This is the third time this happens and it’s the reason I’m going to delete the app and never order again. This delivery service is a joke.
Wow should have seen the reviews before choosing postmates. The reviews dont lie. First and last time I use postmates. I ordered some food delivery time was 815 to 855 at 0830 my update states enjoy your food? Well I was wondering what food. I was looking out my window waiting for a car to drive thru the street and dint see anything after complaining, postamtes rep stated they delivered the food? Well I wouldnt be calling and complaining in the first time. They should know not to mess with hungry people!@@
I placed an order at 10:06pm. The store had ordered a Postmates pickup by 10:25. At 10:42pm, I contact Postmates and inform them of the delay. Emma (Postmates assistance) explains the order is still within the delivery window. I understood and agreed to wait. At 11:26, I call the store and asked if my order had been picked up- the response was a No. Postmates couldn’t tell me if a delivery driver had accepted my order.....you know? Like Uber letting you know the play by play of their drivers.At 11: 31pm, I contact Becca (Postmates assistance). I explain the situation. Becca asks me to standby so she can transfer me to the proper department..... then Jholina comes online at 11:40pm. She understood my frustration, knew it was something I did not expect, and assured me she will cancel my order. I understood, but added that My refund be processed also.....I wasn’t satisfied with hearing cancel..... I wanted to read refund also. She explained the credit hold and the funds would be released immediately. Long story long......no food.....it’s now 12:19am and still no refund on my account. Will wait til business hours and check again. One star....for the customer assistance.
Let’s start off with the rating. Because google doesn’t have the option to select 0 stars I have to be generous and put one. I just wanted to let postmates know I will never be ordering through this application/third party. My “driver” - who I was given no information of, picked up my food from the restaurant I ordered from and never brought it to my location. I can confirm the order was picked up since I contacted the restaurant. The sketchy part is, the so called “tracking” feature claims my food arrived at my house when it didn’t. I contacted the 1800 number and the person helping me was useless. He said there was no order history or any information found under my email or phone number... A good amount of money was wasted towards this order and they wouldn’t even offer a refund. You would think that a company with a network of approximately $3 billion would offer a refund, but no. Not to mention I order my food 2 hours ago. Overall, get bent Postmates.

I ordered food from a local restaurant totally $93.00. After an hour I contacted the restaurant that my food was never delivered. I was informed a woman picked the food up. In the app it shows a pic of a man. I have sent numerous emails attempting to resolve the issue with no response. I have since filed a claim with my bank. I would advise anyone not to use this delivery service. I am RIP off report as well as filing a claim with the BBB
Wish I could give zero stars and I wish you could tip after you received your food. Ordered food. 45 min past estimated delivery estimate but never got an updated time. Most hotels don’t have microwaves and of course the food was cold. They were suppose to deliver to my door but they stayed in the lobby and had them ring me.
Awful experience. Placed order at 7 pm. App said food would be delivered by 8:15. Started getting updates that kept lengthening the delivery time. By 9:30 I got an unceremonious order cancellation via text. Called the restaurant that told me that my food had been sitting unattended for almost an hour and that they too had received a text order cancellation. Bottom line this “service” hurt me, hurt the restaurant, and wasted food with impunity. If I could give zero stars I would.
Order something from liquor store right around the corner and the app decided to order from one all the way in Kendall I’m in homestead I complained and they didn’t fix they charged me double the normal all they said is we are having technical issues last time I order from postmates.

Very poor customer service! Two orders with Postmates so far and issues with both. First order never showed up. Postmates policy is to refund 100% which makes sense. What doesn’t make sense is receiving a credit that expires. The app doesn’t allow another request to be submitted and there is no phone number listed.
Ordered Jerseys Mikes, it did take like 40min to get to my house but the delivery guy was very friendly and my food was fresh and secured in bag with store stickers so I know it was not altered. Very good would use again.
I placed an order for home delivery totalling $63. When they sent the confirmation, it showed my office address. I called to change and they said I had to cancel and reorder. The $63 would be refunded in a few days. After I canceled the order, I went on to Ubereats and placed the exact same order at the exact same place and the total including tip was $38. How is this possible? Only thing I can say is thank you! Because of your screw up, I ended up saving $25 by using your competitor!
Wow! Unbelievable. I had surgery last week, on specific diet and times to take meds with food. Single mom, I cannot drive right now and have no one to help me. So...I ordered 3 times, 2 out of 3 items, both times not what I am allowed to eat, and tonight, said they delivered it, but it wasnt to me. I doubled checked, and I gave correct address.Worse delivery service i have ever experienced.
After seeing everyones experience, I was fortunate enough to receive my food. However, delivery took about an hour and when the food arrived, it was missing items and lukewarm. I was happy to get my food but next time I will be using another service.

Big mistake. I searched for the restaurant in google and I thought I was ordering directly from the restaurant. The food never arrived but I got a text saying that the driver was at the location. I contacted Postmates and they did not answer the phone. Then two days later I sent them email. They reply saying that they could not do anything because it was too late. They did not care at all. I paid $ 10 dollars for a delivery that never happened.
I order lunch from a local restaurant and postmates advised it would take 3 hours for delivery. My family and I decided to wait because we love the restaurant. 3 hours went by and the app said they still have not prepared food. As I called restaurant the owner advised he had the food waiting and no postmates pick up. He then said I could come and get it but would have to pay. Postmates already charged my card so why would I pay again. I arrived to call postmates as my wait time went from 19 minutes to 27 to 38. I now have a complaint in with post mates for my refund.

Ive been using PostMates for a few months now. Aside from a few delayed deliveries, overall things have gone off with no issue. Until today. We ordered lunch from Pommodors Pizza. After a few bites, my husband noticed there was mold on his bread. I notified PostMates, as the vendor we paid I was expecting a refund. Unfortunately their response was none other than sorry...not sorry. You should contact the restaurant. Ive had delivery issues with DoorDash and those are solved within an hour. This is the worst customer service and they will just keep giving you the same sorry...not sorry response in different words.
I ordered dinner for my 5 year old, my neighbor and myself at 8:30. Delivery time was pushed back several times, until finally I received a cancelation notice. I called customer service only to have a very rude Postmates customer service representative hang up on my staying honey, you will get a refund. Called back to speak to someone else around 10:30 and remained on hold for over 2 hours. Needless to the we all went to bed hungry. I recently got a COVID vaccine and did not have the strength to cook tonight. Thanks Postmates for making Uber Eats my new go to and my Saturday night suck.
Probably the worst food delivery service in Miami. They cancelled my order40 minutes after confirmation, leaving a family of six with no dinner. Yes, they refund your money but no explanation (they are just bad doing deliveries and do not have enough people working ) and no solution offered... just a standard apologize email and bye bye
I order food last night at 709pm. It was supposed to be there by 803pm. At 8pm it still said preparing your order. I called the restaurant and they said food was picked up 20 mins ago. I waited, nothing. At 826 I called postmates which took 16 minutes on hold. After 16 minutes the line dropped. I called again, 14 minutes later it was now 917pm and the customer service rep said “oh sorry driver had a personal issue, we cancelled your order”. What do u mean? U couldn’t update the app or let me know?? He said not our policy..... I said I want my money back and never using postmates again. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with them. After all that, I had to drive to chick fila. Defeated the entire purpose. Terrible customer service and terrible policies.
I would put negative stars if possible. I ordered food, they charged me money and never delivered the order. After my claim they gave me credit back. So I ordered again, delivery guy took more than 2 hours to deliver food and they charged it from the credit which was ok, BUT they charged me today AGAIN!!! even I didn’t order anything. So I put another claim and their explanation? It’s temporary hold and they will return money back in 1-3 business days. I just got an unauthorized “recurring charge” on my bank statement for an unlimited membership Postmates decided to enrolled me in and I couldn’t even delete my credit card off of their system! I have sent them an email since I believe they no longer are taking any more phone calls. These people are committing fraud! This is completely unacceptable! they should be shut down.

One hour later I get a text that my order had been cancelled..I called the restaurant and they said my food had been picked up by the driver..He just didnt want to deliver it. On 04/14/21 the driver delivered my order else where and Postmates said they’d refund my order and that I would have to order once again. Now today it’s still not yet refunded and been on the phone on hold for 1:49 min in which first started at 59 min and keeps throwing me back on more time. Now it said from 30 min to 53 min. HORRIBLE SERVICE! took an order for a celebration, and only delivered part of the order. The large pizza was not delivered. A $157. order with $27 in tips, $22 service fees plus I gave an extra $20 to the driver. When I called Postmates and explained that they ruined a Celebration by not doing what we paid for, they said sorry, we can do nothing. Weve refunded you for your pizza and thats it!! When businesses say their hurting, this doesnt reflect that. If I had a paying customer, Id make sure to take good care of them, and fix any errors I made. POSTMATES showed me that they could care less about me as a customer. I will never use their service again. My Celebration was ruined along with their reputation! As Americans this would be the time to shine in this kind of business, or any business that is still open. But, to solicit my business relentlessly and then take my patronage for granted is unacceptable. I am an important consumer and I deserve the respect of the businesses I support. Ordered from Sushi Sake and after 40 min waiting for my food I called the restaurant and they said is not their responsibility that Postmates has not appeared with my food after sending me a message that they were on their way. Postmates is definitely the most unprofessional delivery service and Sushi Sake Bird Road very irresponsable for doing business with them knowing all the irregularities that there are with the service. On top of not taking responsability for doing business with a horrible delivery service company they hanged off the phone on me. Phone service at Postmates has a waiting time of 59 min. Impossible to get throught, very frustrating 🤯

Driver consumed the food. About half the order was missing .Still being charged a Service charge and tip I was forced to pay upfront . Postmates says there system is not setup to refund service charge or tip. Postmates refund the missing items but failed to refund Tip and Service charge. Wake up local business. Postmates/Uber eats Their eating your Lunch. Using them is affecting your brand in a bad way. Your giving your Service most important part of your business to a 3rd party that does not care.I dont normally post anything. But what happen today was so wrong. This company deserves a lawsuit.
I wish I could give 0. I was waiting more than 5 hours and the product never was delivery. Then they call me to ask me the address because the driver has some problem to get to my address. After that call they canceled the order because my address was not correct and that was not true my address was correct and they never give me the refund of that service. The other thing is apple uses it delivery services if you buy an apple watch or something like that.

I ordered an Edible Arrangement from the stores only Order Online tab. Unfortunately, it took me to Postmates and being unfamiliar with it as a Delivery service, I completed the ordering process. I noticed it didnt give me the option of a delivery date (I wanted it delivered the next day) or note to attach to it as a gift. I immediately called the store, they had no record and told me they were closed to online orders, so no problem, Ill call tomorrow. Then. Im notified its being delivered in 27 min, on the way, arrived and Contact them to collect your order!? NO NUMBER TO CALL - EVER! Links in the text messages go nowhere. Postmates does not allow any information to be given to the merchant. Gabriela got to enjoy a very expensive bouquet of fruit. Oh and Free Delivery ($17.97 service fee) was $27.60, as I tipped her and was charged a cancellation fee.NEVER use Postmates.Fortunately, Jose at the store was awesome and would redeliver. Postmates owes me the $27.60 but after spending most of the day on this, theyre still incommunicado.

They request that you tip the driver when you place your order BUT they will not refund as per their policy, they only refund the money for your food. NEVER AGAIN. I ordered my food at 12:40 PM today. I tracked the order and it said that it would arrive by 1:40 PM today. I got A text from Postmates stating that Cassandra will arrive in nine minutes. An hour later Cassandra had not arrived. I called the restaurant that I ordered from and they confirmed that Cassandra picked up the order over an hour ago. It’s now 3:18 PM, Cassandra has not called the number that I provided nor has she Delivered my food. The restaurant stated that they have no way of contacting the driver. I searched the Internet for a contact number for Postmates and there was not one available. I will never order anything through post mates again. Apparently Cassandra got hungry and decided to eat my food.
Awful. Don’t bother. Food comes hour+ late or just gets cancelled.
It has taken well over 1 hour and my food from Sergios has been ready for 40 minutes. They are telling me the driver is waiting on another order before leaving with mine. I will NEVER use Postmates again

The worst experience ever! Placed an order at 8:40pm. By 10:15, still no food. Contacted the restaurant directly and they stated that the food was ready and waiting the entire time for the Postmates driver. There is no way to contact Postmates to resolve and never got my food!
HORRIBLEEEE!! . After waiting hours for my food . I never got it and they refused to refund my money. I do not recomend Postmates.
Refuse to refund my $43. Was late to deliver the food. Was I hung up twice by customer service. Food was bad and ended up throwing up! Management was suppose to contact me on Friday. Today is Tuesday. Customer Service just puts me on hold and tells me to wait for management to contact me. Which they never do! All they care about is taking your money and not proving good service.
I dont have postmates nor would I ever use this delivery. I walked in restaurant this morning and witnessed driver being loud disrespectful no mask and harrassing customers. I called their so called customer service. Nothing but kids on the inet taking calls I was denied a supervisor or any assistance. Dont use this service. Your merchant should not be harrassed and abused by a driver.

If I could I will give 0 stars.....I order food and after 20 minutes they send me a text saying that they cancelled the order without any explanation but of course they charged me.... then I placed another order I was charged again.... someone supposedly picked up my order but never delivered.... someone else went to pick up my order but when she arrived to the restaurant they told her there was no order that someone else picked it up earlier.... I was trying to call but Postmates doesn’t have a customer service phone number.... then I sent an email and they said they will answer me after 72 hours....REALLY DISSAPOINTED!!!!!! I hope I will receive my money back to my bank account..... I want NO credit with Postmates.... I will NEVER use this app again.
I am 37 weeks pregnant and on bed rest. I usually dont use Postmates but wanted food from a restaurant about 10 minutes away. The order was only supposed to take an hr tops. The driver picked up the food on time but took over half an hour to deliver it!! I live 10 minutes away! I tried contacting the driver with no success.I tried to cancel the order but when I got to that page it wouldnt load and contacting customer service is impossible!!I will never use their service again!
Do not use this company!!! You have been warned!Just placed an order with them for Tijuana Flats....food arrived late, cold, and disgusting. Submitted a request for refund and was denied with a sorry-not sorry response. Cant call, only communicate through email. They are horrible do not use them, I hope they go out of business. I would really rather give them O stars but 1 is the lowest.
Please never ever get this app or order food from them this is a real bad company that overcharges you a lot after you make the payment, they say they give you estimates and then whatever the merchant charges you they adjust, thats insane since i checked with my merchant they don’t have different prices and they overcharged me $14 and thats even with a $5 discount i have.... from $23 i ended up paying $37 and they refuse to see their mistake saying that the merchant can have price changes after, can anyone believe this company???They shouldn’t exist ....please please never buy from them again. Shame on them.!!!
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. POSTMATES IS BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE WORST Delivery service I have ever experienced. As the old saying goes, “twice is a coincidence, three times is a pattern.”Food arrives late and It’s cold! This last time I ordered from them, a $55 dollar order from tucker dukes just never showed. Customer service is unavailable as they have moved to an email only contact Method. So with no immediate recourse, if there’s a mistake, they count on you not wanting to go through the trouble of getting your money back. Ipso facto, I’m out almost $60 and still hungry. Moral of the story: if you’re hungry—just go to the place yourself or order a pizza. As creatures of convenience we are at their mercy!
Worst service ever terrible company was on hold for three hours then they cut the line
I made an order a week in advance due to delays and inavailabilities related to COVID. I then cancelled that order two days later. Yet, this company still charged my credit card on the day for which the order had originally been set up.I had properly cancelled this order and had the confirmation of cancellation emails and data on the website to validate it.This company even conceded that they made a mistake and promised to reimburse me after first trying to brush me off. I have three separate emails confirming that monies would be refunded within 1-3 business days. The total of those funds was confirmed and verified.It’s been two weeks and now they won’t even return my messages. And they’ve yet to refund me.Don’t use this company out of convenience. They are common thieves and their customer service and support sucks.
Horrible drivers and costumer service. They need to be more careful hiring employees. They always get lost or delivers wrong items. It’s incredible that when something is wrong with your order you dont have an opportunity to call the driver for an explanation because the information of your driver disappears as soon as they think “you already have your order and everything is correct” This company has the WORST EMPLOYEES EVER... If I could give 0 start I would.
What a joke!!! Placed and order, arrives 2 hours late ice cold, and the food wasn’t edible at that point. No live person to speak to and days after sending messages through the app I finally received a response stating that for my inconvenience they will refund $5 for a $110 order.
I ordered pizza one night and driver never showed up after 2 hours so I cancel order. Than Order same pizza from same place. Contact postmate to refund me first order who didnt show. They say It was my fault driver never showed up. Excuse me how is it my fault driver never showed up. Worst customer service. I am making sure If you read this dont use postmates. One day you will lose a lot of money on a order and they dont care.
I ordered dinner while at my daughters house in South Florida and over an hour passed without the delivery. My daughter had tracking on her phone from Postmates and it showed the order and delivery as completed. We never received the food nor any response from the delivery person regarding what happened. My daughter had to to try and contact postmates while I contact the restaurant. It was nearly impossible to try and find a phone number for postmates. She was able to finally get in contact with them and per the delivery person she called us when she couldnt get thru the gate that was s total lie. I hope the delivery person enjoyed my Lobster Bisque. This is the second time this has happened to me when ordering in South Florida. They say they will refund my money. Well see. NEVER EVER WILL I USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!
We ordered from a nearby restaurant, never been delivered! the app show as delivered, we live in a house very easy access, we are hungry!never again!
Postmates has the worst customer service. On more than one occasion I’ve complained to Postmates about issues with my order and never received a valid response. Today I had an issue with the quality of an order (a large bug was found in my food) and I notified Postmates requesting compensation since I could not eat what I ordered. They were not able to compensate me or offer me any sort of credit or reasonable response. I will no longer be ordering from Postmates and don’t recommend them to anyone. There are multiple other food delivery companies with better customer service who better support their customers
So here we are using post mates for the first time we had ordered food (breakfast this morning) then to find out after calling the restaurant that our food was never picked up so we never had received our food. Never again will we use Post Mates!
Ordered food and the driver picked up my order... Kept it and his “proof of delivery” was a picture of my house from his car... like a drive by... So one of your drivers robbed me... This company is horrible.. wish I could give negative stars.
My wife ordered food from Boston market in North Miami last night, 5/31/20, by mistake from postmates, and set it up for pick up. When I arrived at the store with the pick up number, I was told there wasnt any order. I showed the manager the order on my phone with their store address on it and, they told me that there was no such order. We contacted postmates and was told we could not have our money refunded.THIS IS A GREAT BUSINESS MODEL IF YOU CAN GET AWAY WITH IT. COLLECT MONEY AND PRODUCE NOTHING!
We have had food stolen from the driver. We also never got our food, called the restaurant and was told Postmates said it was for customer pick up. We would have never known. BEWARE OF IVAN F. !

They will charge you for items that their drivers did not deliver and then refuse to refund you your money!!!!!Maybe if your drivers will confirm the order prior to pick up, you all wouldn’t have this issue!!I cancelled my unlimited subscription and I was a daily customer of theirs.Screw them!!!

Lets see the response time so far several hours passed and I have not received a response . Counting to the 24 hours.I except a refund at the least . Dont except anything else and I dont care . The location for delivery is off, and drivers gets lost. Very frustrating. So.e orders go in and get canceled when there is a driver available. Pricing is too high.
By far the worst company ever to deal with. They placed a hold charge triple times my original charge on my order. In addition, I canceled my order and had to wait a week to get my money back on my account even dealing with these difficult times such as covid. I never had this problem with uber. In addition, two times I ordered food with them I got my food delivered to me one and half hours later. My food was then to cold to even eat. If you order with postmates you are better off cooking for the evening. In addition, it will save you money and your food won’t be cold!!!
I work in a restaurant that is not partnered with post mates. We have no arrangement with them, we dont have a tablet, and we cant contact them. They do NOT call your order in to confirm any details for you.They show up to the store with outdated prices and an outdated menu to order your food, and they charge you whatever the difference is due to their lack of research without informing you first.The other night I had a post mates driver show up to order a sandwich that hasnt been on our menu for over a year. I would recommend you use literally any other delivery service first, because I want my customers to get what they expect, not a handful of surprises.
