One of my customer-friends brought me in some bagels and cream cheese for myself and my coworkers. I only tasted one and it tasted pretty good. The cream cheese tasted good also. The smell of those fresh bagels caught the attention of the customers as they walked in.

I love this bagel shop. Better than Einsteins or any other bagel place on the map. Their veggie cream cheese has fresh cut up peppers in it! Service is always speedy. And their iced coffee has ice cubes made of coffee so it doesnt get watered down! Their sandwiches are off the chain too. I eat here often.

As a New Yorker I feel that the bagels at this store are a bit thinner, Miami Beach Diet type bagels, than what I would expect from a store that bakes their own bagels. The asparagus mushroom bagel was delicious. The coffee on the other hand looked and tasted too diluted for my taste. Luckily for me, the pot was nearly empty and the lady made it much stronger for me.P.S. the menu is too close to the vents

My friend invited me out for bunch and I got the Spinach Bacon Croissant Sandwich. This was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have tasted in a while. I even took my two daughters there the next day. My oldest said it will be her new breakfast stop for her and her son. Workers were very pleasant and customer service was great. The owner Trisha was awesome too.

I have come to Manhattan bagel multiple times for the adequate Nova lox since its cold and very easy to maintain to make. Today I decided to get the steak egg and cheese bagel.... By far terrible mistake. I expected something that at least looked relevantly to stake not gyro meat. Cheese was kraft (fake cheese) and eggs that tastes processed. No flavor. Would recommend to put on a sauce for flavor and use actual steak thinly sliced which would make it more appetizing and better for business. And real cheese as well. Terribly disappointed.

If I could put 5 diamonds would be not enough, bagels are better than in NYC, Coffee Fresh and delicious, Cream was Cold like Manhattan in Winter but the best of all are the guys that work there, nice and always taking care of Customers!!!!! The bagels are so good here. I miss my time spent in residency in NYC (not the hours :-) and when I have a craving for a real NY bagel I’ve been heading to Manhattan Bagel for my fav a bialy with nova spread smear. The everything bagel is soo densely packed with seeds it’s an experience with every bite and my daughter’s go to order. We love coming on a busy Sunday but wish they were more covid mask conscious here so we order to go.

Honestly this is one of the best businesses in coral springs. When I was in highschool it was tradition before any big test to leave for school early and get a bagel. Now Im in college and today I found myself continuing the tradition and getting a bagel before my final exam for one of my summer courses. Easily the best bagel in coral springs and the staff is so friendly. Every bagel is delicious, freshly toasted, and they dont skimp on the lox like other places do (the picture of my bagel doesnt do it justice). The prices are also VERY competitive, ESPECIALLY for a lox with cream cheese. Thank you for being a cornerstone business and a place that creates family traditions, and for treating me like family every time I come in.

Absolutely worst service I’ve ever experienced. I called and ordered my breakfast sandwiches they told me 10-15mins. By the time I got there it had been 10mins, I walked in and didn’t get greeted. I waited a couple mins and asked if they started my order the worker said not yet mind you it’s not busy and there were three workers at the order station and two at the counter. All employees were to busy talking to each other. As people were coming in there were starting their orders before mine. After another ten minutes they start mine and once they finished they put it on the counter instead of telling me my order was ready. I had to again speak up and ask if that was my order or I would’ve been standing there waiting for who knows how long. With no manager or owner there to watch over the service was horrible.

The bagel was very good, but when I walked in the customer service was not good. I had to say hello, excuse, do I order from here and she did not even look up, but said “mmhmm, one second”.

What a crummy experience. I drove an hour here to have a nostalgic New Jersey/New York experience. First I ordered the bagel toasted (cinnamon raisin, with butter and cheese toasted) it comes out cold and then they re do it, but the cheese is cold and the sandwich is burnt. How do you comfortably serve that knowing it looks horrible? I cringed when I saw it. Then I ask it to be redone because i didn’t want burnt bread and cold cheese, and they said if they re do it it’ll come out the same ( you don’t know how to melt cheese?) then i just had to settle with that. Wasted gas, horrible sandwich. On top of that when I asked for soy milk I got like half a cup of it. Soy milk should be available on the counter and not have to ask the cashier. Overall this is terrible. This isn’t Manhattan vibes at all, this is Florida trying to be manhattan but all it’ll ever be is a WORSE version of Einstein, and I didn’t think someone can get worse than Einstein. AVOID!!

The bagel breakfast sandwiches are pretty good, but the service is absolutely atrocious. They offer curbside pickup, but you have to keep calling them to remind them you are there and they dont pick up the phone at all sometimes. Also, the owner or manager refuses to wear a proper facemask and instead wears some tiny, worthless plastic piece that sits three inches off her face.

This is the bagel place that probably put Brooklyn Water Bagel out of business. Never heard of it until I saw reviews, and noticed that Brooklyn was closed for good. Great service, outstanding bagels, and shakes. Though they don’t offer iced coffee as good as Brooklyn, they exceed them easily.

Absolutely the best bagels we have had. The manager recommended a bagel that looked similar to a onion pocket but is not. It has fruit in it which is never a favorite of mine. I tasted this bagel and thought I was in heaven. No one else makes this but Manhattan. Super clean, great staff, we are very impressed. Long drive, but I will be making it much more often. I thought I was back in Brooklyn. Whole wheat honey with everything? WOW! I thought bagels are bagels. What a lesson Manhattan has taught us. There are bagels and then 10 or more notches up there are Manhattan Bagels of Coral Springs! They also make a open face nova with fresh homemade veggie cream cheese. Had to try it. Huge, fresh with taste beyond belief! Thank you for a wonderful experience to the manager who helped us and to the wonderful cheery staff! We totally recommend everyone to try this at least once. You will be happy you did.

Shameful. Been here many times in the past for their delicious bagels. Now during Covid, however, I can see that the people who run this place have ZERO respect for the customers health and safety. Every employee I saw was wearing a thin piece of cloth that barely covered their mouth and nose, and some didnt have their mouth/nose covered at all. I didnt feel safe in there at all so I walked out. Sad to say I wont be giving this place any more business. Ill have to find a new bagel place that actually cares about their customers. Unbelievable that we are still dealing with places like this at this point in the pandemic!

First let me say that they have the best bagels, however the rest of the experience is pretty much no different than any other bagel place. The problem now during this coronavirus time is the inappropriateness of wearing masks including one of the employees is wearing a very small chin mouth shield that comes from the chin upward which does absolutely nothing unless she is drooling or spitting downward. Whether the masks are truly necessary or not at this time the customer must feel comfortable and that shield is unsettling and Questionable. The owner should control what masks are worn. I will not go back most likely till long after the coronavirus situation has changed.

Visited for the first time on Saturday about noon. Ordered a couple of breakfast bagels. Prolly 20 or more people ordered, got their food and left.... Im still waiting. I started asking gently if there was a problem....to which I got a lot of looking around and shrugs. Finally when I realized it had been 25 minutes, I went to someone at the register area who appeared to be in charge, she walked over where they were making the food and told me.... Were just really busy. A minute later she shoved a bag my way looking very irritated. No apology, no offer of refund, she just seemed annoyed and bothered.The only redeeming aspect, was the food was very good.I wont be back.

Not only was my order messed up, but the bagel was like rubber. Also noticed that they cooked their food in a microwave. Being from Jersey and having worked in a Manhattan Bagel, I am very disappointed.

This place has always been a great place to enjoy a meal. The team here are always providing excellent customer service. Whether you are dining in or taking out, your meal is given pretty quick and as you ordered. Need to make last minute changes? No fret, they will make them and still give excellent service. The Friendly atmosphere is a plus!

Best bacon egg and Cheese ever. Really good bagels and authentic coffee. Fresh ingredients. Friendly and quick service. Prices are not bad and definitely worth it. They also use recycle products when possible and are supportive of their community.

The new management could write a book on how to take apart a perfectly good restaurant. What once was a hot spot and extremely consistent has become a place where service is quick because it is empty and they don’t bother preparing your meal as requested. Too many other places in town to go back, or maybe the old management can buy it back for pennies on the dollar...

I used to love that place. Today I went to get nova on the multigrain bagel asked for toasted. Came home opened my beg bagel was old not toasted there was nothing on it except cream cheese and one slice of nova . No tomato no lettuce and no pickle on the side . At that time when I was there place was empty so I don’t understand what was the problem that you can’t even make the order right. Not going back again there are better places you can get bagel from and at least you get what you paid for. Sad because I used to love that place

Never got my order

I’ve been coming here for two years now, new owners recently took over and I must say I love the new ticket system they’ve implemented making things much simpler and smoother. They’re coffee is outstanding as always and their bagels are absolutely delicious. Would recommend as its my go to spot and will always be so.

Food was served cold. Asked for my croissant sandwich to be toasted and it seemed they popped it in for a few seconds and took it right back out. They offered to replace it but it took 10mins. I’ll never go back. I’ve gone twice and wasn’t impressed at all. You can get better service and breakfast elsewhere. This area is full of great spots.

Omg this place was FANTASTIC! I tried to go yesterday (their hours are actually till 3pm) and didnt make it (no biggie) but finally tried it today, hoping that their French Toast bagel would be nearly as good as the one I had in New Jersey, which I thought was impossible, well guess what??? I’m pleasantly surprised to say this is *THE* best French toast bagel I’ve ever had! Such incredibly friendly staff, I can’t even begin to rave enough about this place. Truly one of a kind. We will absolutely be returning!

The bagels are still good but the service is not what it used to be. There has been a considerable drop-off since new ownership came in. Im still upset about a negative experience on Fathers Day and managements decision not to make things right. Nobody should have to stand in line for 15+ minutes just to place an order and when the order is lost / forgotten about by inexperienced staff, its not unreasonable to ask for the bagels to be on the house, especially to a long standing customer. I wont be returning anytime soon. Dyans Country Kitchen and Einsteins are better options.

I always get a nova on a bagel, they raised there price from $ 9.62 to $ 13.82 and there bagels are smaller than usual and they gave me less nova on the bagel, very disappointing, I will never go back👎

I tried this place for the first time.....I am closer to other venues serving the same type of food. I was pleasantly surprised. The coffee was excellent, as was the bagel with egg and cheese. .....very happy with this place.

We went for breakfast on Sunday morning, and were overall very happy with this place. The food was fresh and delicious and the coffee choices were varied. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because of some confusion among customers at the ordering location and the lack of seating. We will be back, but probably during the week.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. I have been going here for many years. This is the 3rd time I have been here since new they have been under new management. Again very unorganized! Many customers are unhappy with the service. When I went in there was no line when I arrived but It took them 25 minutes just to get a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Many Customers receiving the wrong / lost orders and also experiencing longer wait times to receive there orders.They need to get their act together or they will he losing my business!

Cruel employees. Please read the many 1-star reviews regarding the very poor customer service; apparently my wifes experience was not unique. They were mean to her. It seems priority is doled out as the shallow young men at the counter see fit. When they didnt acknowledge my wife either before or after she paid for her bagels, she quietly left with her head down and said nothing. Then the employee standing by the bagels loudly and sarcastically called out after her: Youre welcome!Was that supposed to be funny? To whom? Was that said for the other guy by the cash register? For the few customers in the shop? Is that an acceptable way to treat a paying customer that youve already treated badly? They snubbed her, so she wanted to get away from them. When she couldnt look him in the eyes, he added insult to injury? Who does that? What kind of monsters do they have working there? Bagel shops are a-dime-a-dozen, and these bagels were nothing special. Avoid this place because of how they treat customers. Again, please read the many other reviews which make the same case: lackluster food, rotten staff.

Very big bagels

Went by this place today and it was closed. Read online it was closed due to rats. This is the second time rats were found there. A few months ago I saw a rat by the coffee urn. Guess they are back. Place has gone way down. Lousy management. Staff not trained properly. Fortunately Coral Springs has many great breakfast places. Too bad Manhattan is not one of them.

My favorite new place. Ive lived here my whole life and just discovered this little gem. I love the food (the passion iced tea is my favorite!) and the staff is always happy and helpful.

Just moved down here from the bronx and got lucky to run into this joint after shopping at Walmart and MAN...New york styled bagels with some pleasant employees.it was pretty busy but worth the 5/10 min wait...its my daily coffee spot on my way to work too!

I have been coming to this location for years now. It has recently changed ownership but the quality of food and service has not diminsihed. The bagels are always fresh and delicious, add an egg, maybe some sausage and ham and you have a great sandwich. I am not a coffee drinker but Im told their coffee is great and they recently added coffee cubes for your enjoyment. The owner is seemingly always on site which is great. He is extremely friendly and can often be found sitting and speaking with customers. The rest of the staff is just as pleasant. Give this place a try, you wont be dissapointed.

I was born and raised in the Bronx New York so I have plenty of bagel experience. Over my many years I have sampled Bagels in Southern Florida in Dade and Broward County and I find that Manhattan Bagels are the best bagels available if you really want a New York Bagel. I live in Mexico now but every visit I make to Florida finds me bringing back at least two dozen bagels when I return to Mexico oh, never enough to satisfy me but how much can I bring back. In addition to the bagels the food at Manhattan Bagel is excellent along with the service and you might want to be prepared to wait for awhile to get a table if youre going to eat there. Plenty of parking in the parking lot. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful and look for their coupons weekly that offer excellent prices for bakers dozen bagels.

Since new ownership it seems that profits are more important then customer service. On one occasion I ordered a breakfast sandwich (had coupon) paid for it...but when I got my sandwich it was wrong sandwich. I went back to the sandwich maker who, instead of apologizing or trying to fix my issue he was more interested in telling me thats what I ordered he was 100% sure thats what I ordered but it wasnt the sandwich I ordered. So I left the sandwich and never have been back!On another occasion, I left my bagel punch card at home (buy 8 next one is free) and when I tried to explain to the girl working register (I can only assume owners daughter) if she would honor my purchase if I brought card back on next purchase...she didnt offer to help me out. I still have the card with 7 punches but wont go back EVER!

I was just at this location and i was quite confused. I am aware that the sign says manhattan bagels but for some reason you have Einstein brothers product in your coolers and bagels behind your counter yet not one sign that says you serve Einstein brothers product? People have been writing reviews talking about how good the food is and it’s not even your product. I find places like Einstein’s to be just ok. And today’s experience was no different. I would rather find an authentic bagel shop to eat at then to eat at a chain restaurant hiding behind another name. Needless to say I was very disappointed. A word of advice. If you are serving another chains product give them credit so that people know and can make a informed decision on what they are buying.

Do not listen to the good reviews, they are all burner accounts from the owner and staff. The food here is overpriced and average at best. By far the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. They can barely put an order together without an attitude. They treat customers like they are subhuman and can barely perform their simple jobs correctly. The owner is one of the most arrogant people I have ever met. It says a lot about a person that takes pride in selling bagels to old people for a living. I will not be revisiting, this place was a lot better with the previous owner!

Food was very good. Service could be better. We had asked for more sugar and waited more than 10 minutes for it. The bathroom had no toilet paper either and it was early in the day.
