Horrible experience in this store. The owner does not seem to understand customer service at the even the most basic level.We first went in the store a couple months ago, but left when the owner ignored us -- in an empty store. Today we were at the lighting store next door again, so we thought wed give the guy one more shot.This time he at least spoke with us. The store was empty this time as well. We found a stool we liked, and even though it was on the pricey side, we decided to bite the bullet and get three.When discussing delivery, I said that I didnt think they would fit in my car. His response was Oh, I cant make it fit. When I said that I didnt want to ruin the leather in my car, all he did was mention his ability to wrap them well. He just wasnt listening.After we discussed it a little, and not wanting to go to yet another store, we gave him our credit card. But after a few minutes, he came back saying that he had trouble running our card because it had a chip in it. He asked for another card, but all our cards have chips now. I had to suggest that he simply call it in. With a grimace he went to the back. Twenty minutes later he was still talking on the phone in the back.I finally said forget it, and walked to the back to get my card.Heres the thing. He didnt even try to save the deal. He just handed back my card and stayed on the phone. It was surreal. Who doesnt try to save a $600 sale?Its my fault for giving the guy a second chance after being so rude the first time I went in. What a waste of our time.

Many types and styles to choose from.David helps with the selection by giving straight details and advice. Prices are fair. We purchased our last set of bar stools from Barstools To Go 15 years ago. There are still in great shape. Hope our new ones last as long. We came back after 25 years.
