I had my brows done by Shanice here a few months ago and she did a good job. Steph did my brows today and she had no idea what she was doing. I don’t know if someone called in sick and she had to step in. There’s no way she had any Benefit Brow training. She was sloppy and it actually hurt getting my brows done. I left with uneven brows that still had stray hairs and wax all over my eyelids. Steer clear. This Ulta doesn’t have much to offer.

I came in with full brows yesterday that just needed cleaning up . Ended up leaving with half my brows gone. I havent had thin eyebrows since the 90s . If I could review 0 I would. I wish I could post a picture of how awful they turned out. She literally took my whole eyebrow off stear away from this place if you want to keep your eyebrows.
