What a great place to buy a mattress from..Both Carlton and Manual are very knowledgeable about all mattresses that are on the floor. They don’t “hustle” you to make a purchase until you feel comfortable with your decision. I really recommend this place!!

I had a great experience buying a King mattress at City Mattress. I shopped at a couple of different stores to make certain that I wasnt missing anything different before settling on buying at Mattress City. Not only was there a vast array of every type of mattress the knowledge, patience, and customer service was excellent. James worked with me and never once did I feel rushed or uncomfortable. He answered every question and concern with complete knowledge, patience and understanding. Stock was good on the mattress that I chose and it was delivered on time and efficiently the very next day. Josh Simmons was extremely helpful. He didnt make it feel like a sales process. We knew what we wanted and he even offered some other options in the price range to make sure we were happy with our decision. While we sat down for the paperwork, he was answering calls and made sure he took messages to call people back. He was on top of everything but still made us feel valued. He explained the process and offers available to get us the best deal. The mattress was just delivered and they were in and out in less than 10 minutes. The process from start to finish was seamless. Absolutely horrible customer service. We got a mattress from here and they lied to us so they could keep their commission even though the “90 day” sleep guarantee said that we would be able to swap it out. This company and this store is full of lies. Go anywhere else.

After a really bad experience with Mattress Firm in Margate, Florida, I decided to look at premium full featured adjustable bed bases at City Mattress in Coral Springs, Florida. Note I have no medical issues but wanted to make my existing bed even more functional with additional features using my existing five year old mattress. I was happily surprised that City Mattress had a huge selection of products to choose from and Natasha and Carlton were both super friendly and extremely knowledgeable as they took time and helped me understand the differences and narrowed down my choices. After my payment was processed, which included a generous discount, Natasha informed me that I would receive an email delivery notification later in the day and a text or call from the delivery driver before delivery was attempted. Both of those events came true to her word. I purchased the PranaSleep 5.0 Adjustable Euroslat base primarily because it had the most features to offer. Their newest model also came with adjustable European wooden slats to provide even more durability, functionality, and comfort. It is important to mention that Natasha and Carlton have high integrity and back their words with actions. I will certainly do more business with City Mattress mainly because of them, especially when I upgrade to a new luxury mattress. Special thank to Natasha and Carlton for making me a city mattress customer for the foreseeable future.

Easy 5 star rating here. Went in looking for three mattresses and was helped by Manny. Such a great guy. Took the time to explain the mattresses and differences in materials and was extremely knowledgeable. He didnt push us one way or another just gave us information. We liked everything we heard and bought that night delivered everything a few days later on moving day. Followed through every step of the way. Seriously, go check this place out and ask for Manny. Also had to make some changes, adjust delivery time, add mattress removal last minute. All taken care of instantly by Manny. The delivery guys were literally in and out quickly and efficiently with zero issues. Well done guys.

Our salesman in Coral Springs, Joshua Sullivan made or experience easy and pleasant because of his knowledge. Store was very clean. He only had to show us about 3 mattresses in order for us to make our choice because of my neck and back issues. Josh was able to accept a letter from my doctor stating I needed a special mattress and he applied the discount immediately. While there we ended up purchasing a beautiful bedroom set as well.
