I’ve changed my diet and the past year and I just started going to this Publix even though I past it 5xs a week. I prefer this Publix because I find everything I want here without bouncing to different stores. Some weeks, I’m able to skip Whole Foods as well which helps with time management. The customer service is also exceptional. If you can’t already tell, this is becoming my favorite Publix for a few reasons.

This location is massive. Its sparkling, well presented. They have everything to do with groceries. Not sure if the prices are competitive as they seem more expensive. Lots of locations, they seem to be the main supermarket in Florida.

Visited today to have 1st dose of Covid-19 vaccine. Very short wait I must say so that is a plus. Appointment was at 5pm shot at 5:05 pm and then a 15 minute wait just to make sure of no immediate adverse effect. The store is very clean and well kept.Pharmacy staff was very nice. We stopped first of course to sign in with ilka. Then the pharmacist staffer gave me the vaccine in my left arm and she was very polite and professional. I have another shot due in 28 days so hopefully it runs as smoothly as this one.

Extremely disappointed. I just did my weekly grocery shopping there ( I go there every week) and I bought cereal that was 2 weeks after it was expired(august 25th and today is September 9th). I only noticed it when I got home when I opened the cereal box and a really bad odor came out of it. I went to return it right away only to find that all cereals from the same brand were all expired ( more than 40 boxes). The person who checked to see if they have more in the back said no it will come again next Monday and that was it. I wasn’t even offered a replacement or even a sorry. Not going there again after this incident that wasted almost an hour long of my evening. The only reason I give it two stars and not one is because I generally enjoy shopping in that location but not happening again. Shopping at Publix was definitely not a pleasure tonight

Its close to my house, Im up there all the time, and the workers there are always welcoming, and wanting to help.

Employees were friendly, store was clean. I had a fast check out also at the cashier. Ill recommend this publix to anyone!

I would like to see my store offer the publix brand soda in the 2 liter bottle. Today I was there and they have almost the whole isle stocked with everything else and very few of the publix brands on the shelf. Today they did not have 1 bottle of publix cola.

Love Love LOVE this Publix location!! NEVER fo they disappoint on quality or customer service. Got a beautiful and TASTY bday cake for my mom from here and was NIT disappointed as PER USUAL!! I Really appreciate you ALL from Deli Bakery Floor Stock Cashiers Courtesy Clerks(i Never call them baggers) and Mgmt...PLEASE FONT CHANGE. YOUVE BEEN AWESOME SINCE THE 1ST DAY I BEGAN SHOPPING HERE(10 plus yrs ago)!!!

DONT WASTE YOUR $ or TIME HERE ! The deli guy Edy is very rude to customers acting like I was pain because I waited patiently for him to finished and he catched a attitude and rolling his eyes at me because He said I should’ve stopped him and said something . Um no? I was waiting until he was done. The way I’ve been treated in this store especially by the manager Michellene is disgusting!!!!! Don’t go here

Every time I buy something from the bakery that is bagged at the register, it is destroyed in the bag bc it ends up UPSIDE-DOWN.PLEASE LEARN TO BAG THESE ITEMS BETTER SO i DONT HAVE TO WASTE MY TIME COMING BACK IN FOR A NEW 1 OR settle FOR SUB-PAR products.I spend my hard earned money on it and would appreciate if more care were taken in regard to bagging those items.

What can you say Publix is at the top of their game and with the store manager like Steve ciervo you cant go wrong

A good Publix but not a SUPER Publix. Doesnt have everything but employees are very friendly and we shop there regularly while they are rebuilding the Publix at Riverside Square.

MICHELLIENE, is very rude & insisted on making a scene when I just wanted to make a simple return, that way I could get my 2 year old daughter the fruits that she needs . She said lm going to call the produce guy over here and make us wait . She had the worst customer service ever . I hope she doesn’t treat every customer like this . Don’t waste your time with her !Everyone else there is super nice !!!!!

Nice store however last of the cashier that have checked me out are rude some do not even day hi and they look at you like they are doing you a favor. If you do not like your job maybe a career change would be good.

Publix Pharmacy was great!! My siblings had their Covid19 shot today ( Johnson & Johnson) and the Pharmacist and Staff was very Professional and Organized.

I am a little disappointed, this is the third time that is out of Fosters beer. I had to go to the other Publix about 2 miles way, and they didnt have it either.

Some saying masks not required here? I am fully vaccinated, at a Publix, and if face diapers arent required here, this is the one well be going to.

Excellent service from everyone starting with Noah in the parking lot to Jimmy and his team in meat department to the stock team willing to actually direct you to item you are seeking to the smiling behind their masks cashiers. Butchers always happy to help me decide what to make, repackage meat if needed so I don’t over buy, guide my selection of best cuts and provide detail direction on how to prepare meat of choice - family actually believes I can cook!! Today, I couldn’t find corn boats and after asking one fabulous stock team wearing a green apron in the aisle, she asked 2 others who then then pitched in on my aisle by aisle hunt. Came up empty, but I appreciated the effort!! Cashiers always have a genuine cheery hello and a smile even behind their masks!! THANK YOU Publix at Brookside Square!!

Hideous and extremely rude service in the deli department refused to wait on me and only took care of other customers. Will never shop here again. Hideous and unnecessary rude and ignorant behavior. MASKS ARE NOT REQUIRED AT THIS PUBLIX. Just walked in to find a customer using her shirt to cover her mouth. When she spoke, she lowered the fabric to expose her mouth. Great work, Brookside Publix— this on the day when Florida is reporting 17k new Covid cases.
