I needed to change my alarm company and found Protection First. I am very happy I did. Alisin was a delight to speak with and when the owner Jake came by to go over options and price I knew they were the company to go with. What I like most is Jake is a real person. He tells it like it is and is very honest. And I am spending about half of what I was spending with my former company. Highly recommend.

Protection First is extremely responsive if I have an issue with the system. They try to resolve any issue over the phone and, if that is not possible, they usually schedule an appointment for the following day. They also send the same tech out all the time so he knows your system and knows what issues have already been addressed. Finally, both the office help and the technician are very personable and friendly. It’s great to work with them.

Dont even bother with this company if you want to make your own decision on what company to use. One year ago we were moving into our new home and got a few quotes, including from Protections First Security, and decided to go with the security package the cable company was offering. We are now going to leave all ur cable services to stream and called and scheduled a time for Jake to come over. Jake called and said I was there last year and you didnt go with me so Im not coming over. Will definitely take my business elsewhere but this 3rd grade childlike behavior of you didnt pick me first is a warning sign that if you say or do something Jake does not like watch out. Very poor business practices!

Protection First offers a great alarm security system. I never expected to be able to have infrared lights on top of the expected camera system, wireless alarm system and smartphone friendly usage. Their system works very well. They have very convenient hours, mostly from 8am to 9pm. They have great customer service! Contacting the company by phone is the best way to fully understand what youre getting. Definitely recommend!
