This place is divine!Wide variety of chocolate treats wrapped to give as gifts, or you can buy a fresh selection of your choice.I had ice cream, coconut ice-cream with chocolate bits. The contrast was very pleasing.

I was in search of chocolate covered strawberries to brighten someones mood. It was quite late in the day and options were limited. I was picking up food at a nearby restaurant and decided to drop in to see what they have. To my delight they actually had a few chocolate covered strawberries left. They came through clutch in a tight situation. The strawberries got a sparkling review. Cant wait to try more items from them

I am a chocolate lover and have tried chocolate all over the world and I must say Kilwins has some mouth melting chocolate assortments of all different flavors. This was my first visit with my brother who is a frequent at Kilwins. They are pretty pricey but it is well worth the money. The staff was friendly and greeting us the minute we walked in. I will definitely be visiting again. 🤗

Unfortunately I can’t speak on the quality of the product because the owners are sticking to denying people their constitutional rights and medical liberties. I was not offered service because I chose my FREEDOM to not cover my face with a mask. Will take my business to a place that honors peoples freedom and sovereignty. ✌🏻

Bought apples for my entire family and one of my coworkers! She LOVED the apples and so did my family members! My coworker just asked where I got those apples from and she wanted to stop by. She said it was not too sweet but was just right!!

Poor service!Completely understandable if your hours have changed, Google shows open until 11pm, we arrived at 10:15pm, but if you do not update these changes or have them posted anywhere on the doors to see, when a customer comes up to the window and your employees look up at them and turn away completely ignoring them while laughing.... Unfortunately will not come back!

They have the most covid safe protocols Ive seen. Super friendly staff and always the best ice cream.

This is my absolute favorite ice cream place! My boys and I go here all the time. It’s in a lovely location! The staff is always friendly and the ice cream is always good. Though it is a tad on the expensive side, it’s totally worth it! So many flavors to choose from and so many treats to tickle your fancy. Fudge, chocolate and every kind of snack covered in chocolate. If you don’t know what you want, ask for a sample :) I have never been disappointed at this place! Plenty of parking available and a wonderful outside seating area.

Says 11:00pm online then when we got to the store it said 10:00 pm and it was 9:50 and they were closed looking at us like nope.

OMG Im so glad I stumbled onto this place! My husband and I went to order food from TooJays and then went to take a walk. Our walk took us past this little store in the next plaza over. And the aroma when we walked in! It was amazing! I spoke with the young lady there and let her know that I was just inhaling: Im lactose intolerant. And she suggested a taste of lemon sorbet or sherbert. And it was yummy! So I ordered a float! And all evening long I nursed that thing! My husband and I will definitely come back for other treats another time!

Walked here with my wife & got some ice cream. Normally my daughter hangs out here after recitals with her friends. When we arrived we were greeted by Arianna with a smile & a customer friendly attitude. She was very cordial and allowed us to sample various ice creams. I applaud this franchise for hiring people like Arianna, I am surely coming back due to service and product.😊

I was here on Monday and it was great. Came back on Friday it was a disaster. On Monday I had picked out 2 chocolate caramel apples. It was buy 2 get one free. Today I went back to do the same. The two girls there were so rude. They would not let us do it. Shame such a beautiful store has such lousy employees. The one heavy girl actually was nasty. This was the first time I brought my husband and it will be our last. Then to top it off you add a 4 percent sure charge to use a credit card. With the virus no one wants to use cash. All in all we were screwed by Kilwins. Never again

Ive rated this small chain before. This one is located along The Walk in Coral Springs. Large store with icecream, chocolates and candy. Seating outside in shade, very nice! Very creamy icecream which I will treat myself to once in awile! Its my favorite!

I got the chocolate toasted coconut ice cream and it was delicious, but the waffle cone was even better (one of the best I have had). The ice cream is expensive but worth a splurge. The fudge is even better and reasonable

The best chocolate creations in town are made here. I’m happy to drive a few extra miles west to go to this particular Kilwin’s for the chocolate covered Ritz, Oreos, pretzels, etc. The staff is nice and patient and the chocolate is perfect. I haven’t tried the ice cream at this location but I know lots of people love it.

Love this place. They got something for everyone. Love their ice cream, peach ice cream or their toasted coconut and chocolate is a little scoop of paradise. Then they got all other kinds of chocolate, Carmel popcorn and even candy apples. To top it off your on the Walk so you can chill and hang out or walk off all the delicious goodies you have consumed with no guilt

So you think youve had good chocolate? Kilwins has great chocolate. Plenty of selections and they will give you a sample to help you decide. They have too many varieties to list. Clean store, helpful friendly staff and you can watch them hand make the treats. Highly recommended by me!

Great Place for an evening qith me the Family

They are very toddler unfriendly. We have twin toddlers and a single serving is sufficient for each of them (which is usually 2 scoops). Our kids wanted a combination of 2 different flavors. We bought 2 servings and asked them to divide each one into 2 different cups (a scoop of each flavor in each cup). Staff was rude and said they can’t do that. We were informed by them that their manager does not allow any customizations for small kids and their manager would fire them if they accommodated our 2 servings of ice cream customization. We ended up doing the same with no problem. When we are taking our kids out and want to enjoy ice cream ourselves and are confronted by such belligerence to toddlers, it really spoils our mood. Stay away if you have kids.

WOW. What a service and what a cake. Hidaya helped us find the perfect birthday cake. Like any family, we are divided between chocolate lovers, vanilla, coffee etc. she advised us to get the grasshopper. Nice to see great customer service!!

Kilwins offers a full line of chocolate and candy items, plus ice cream. They also offer some very high quality sugar free chocolates. It can get a little pricey, however the product is extremely high quality. Their dipped apples are some of the best you will find anywhere. They have been in this Coral Springs location for many years.

I waited over 20 minutes trying to buy a piece of chocolate.. seems like there was only one person working and paid no attention to us. He spent the whole time giving out a hundred samples instead of ringing us up quickly.

Its a little pricey but they have a great selection of sweets, especially chocolate related. It smells really nice from outside so its a little tempting getting in there (I love chocolate). The staff is attentive and theres rarely the need to wait.

Went late one night with friends. Was greeted to an awesome experience by the fudge maker, Steve. He was awesome. Very personable and friendly. Extremely knowledgeable about fudge and chocolate. Learned a lot and had a ton of fun. Left feeling awesome and knowledgeable. 10/10 will go again

I live in CS so I visit Kilwins often besides Universal Studios Candy Apples Kilwins has the best In the world. I could sit and eat candy apples all day outside by the water fountain. The location is perfect and they have so much to choose from. Its name is tasteful just like their handmade treats, Rate 5 stars and beyond!!!!!!! xoxox
